Good for buy items and hang outs around

Mall is already deteriorated with no place to offer other than super 8 grocery store and a bingohan and small cinema on the upper floor.

Nothing to expect, below the normal in terms of standard, nothing much to offer.

Its a good place

Given the age of this mall, the proximity to SM Rosario, Puregold, Robinsons Tejero. It would surely be a struggle to keep this mall up. Most tenants sell used clothes (ukay-ukay), some cellphone repair. Same goes outside, more of he same cellphone ang clothes store. I know its hard to keep up with other mall in the vicinity but i do suggest mall owner tidy up the place, specially on the front. Make customers come inside, sell quality items. Make it more appealing to come to your mall than others. Yes selling used clothes can make people come, but its not the only items you need to sell. Entice tenants that sell quality items,,maybe a drug store, some food stalls, some furniture/appliance store. Make it like a divi mart if possible. Sell some cheap useful items.
