Not sure if it was unusual as it was a Tuesday morning but it took a while for them to prepare & serve our food. Very unusual for a branch catering to drive-through, along a busy highway intersection. Most branches we've been to will often inform customers that a certain menu item will take a certain amount of time to prepare if they're a bit busy or certain ingredients are not ready. However, this branch took the order without question, took them half an hour to serve 1 silog then asked to wait more for the other dish. Upon noticing that other patrons are also waiting tor the same dish, we asked if we can change the order to longsilog, they immediately agreed and served the dish within a couple of minutes. Place is pleasant though with ample parking.

last December the place is crowded with a lots of local tourist mostly bound for baguio and pangasinan. parking is surely a problem since it is limited to less than 20 vehicles. and tricycle is park around the highway leading to jollibee.

They have menus that are not offered from other branches, but they have also limited drinks not sure if it is because that time it's already 8pm, they don't have iced coffee or coke float that time, but the place is very spacious.

We want to order spicy chicken in our meal fries & Pepsi Float or Coca-Cola Float... all of the things we want are not available, and the rice we ordered was so sticky. I didn't enjoy my meal. The idol person in the store called "Store Manager" two of them not wearing hairnet as well and the same i visited to the SM City Urdaneta Central there's also store managers are not using the hair net in food areas.??

the place is a great meetup point for those going north. becomes very busy and messy sometimes due to its popularity.

For a 24 hour store, the store on the opposite side is better in service. The after midnight crew is not that efficient. Please always ask for your receipt when you transact here.

Have lunch with family ordered for three 2 pcs. Chicken w/ rice and 1 spag. With chicken requesting for spicy chicken but not available and ordered also extra fries for sides but still not available even the ice cream also supposed to be not available because the ice cream is soft but still i ordered because its for the kid. I Dont know how the operations work during lunch time if too many items is not available Plus the order taker is not friendly.

Preferred place to drop by for our meals whenever traveling. Parking -OK CR -OK Service -Not Bad

Jollibee is Jollibee... This branch near TPLEX is just too slow and chaotic. Waited forever for our order, Too slow, we noticed they are catering to the drive thru firstly then the dine in customer. It must be first order in and out,but nah they cater for the drive thru first then they forgot half of your order. What an experience. It will be faster and easier for drive thru customer compared to dining in. Order done bythe customer and pay at the counter what a waste of time and effort.

For some reason, every time we go here, they only have Chickenjoy available, not even pies or sundaes. Maybe it's because there's always a lot of people.

We always dine-in every time we travel to Rosario. Very accessible because its just beside the highway. Before entering TPLEX Rosario, we always drop by here to eat

Longest drive thru waiting time I've experienced, waited 40-50 mins, just for a yum burger meal order. Parking is packed, difficult to find a spot. Crew felt like they didn't want to be there. Super slow service.

For a Jollibee that's near the expressway exit their services here is quite disappointing. First of all, their Drive Thru and Parking space layout was not very well designed. Vehicle Traffic flow gets entangled for those dining in and driving thru.Often times the traffic congeetion inside their vicinity spills out on the public highway. They only have one restroom in the first floor and it's supposedly intended for Senior Citizens/PWD but others also use it so it is expect a very long queue. They use three self-order kiosk but it is not the optimum service unless they provide additional counter or assistance because other people take a long time to do their self-ordering especially the older "non-techy" people. Again, expect a long queue in the ordering kiosk. Twice I mean experienced waiting too long for my order to be served, perhaps because the kiosk wouldn't advise whether my order will take longer to be served and it is unable to inform me if I would be willing to wait. This Jollibee joint should try to improve.

Manager Cjay very attentive to seniors and the companions on the seniors. Despite being a very busy location, the service was great. Havnt even seen a Manila branch this good.

Good stuff. I enjoy many of the menu items. Chicken dishes are delicious. Great place for a quick snack.

Been here last Dec 4 long lines at the counter, their newly installed ordering Machine where you tap n tap, is a bit hard for costumers. Especially the seniors and adults who doesn't know the self order, no one is there to assist them, which causes delay...

The place is always crowded but the food and service are very good, they need to expand their parking area though. All in all, it's a great place to hang around during a long drive.

24 hours open and serving garlic beef along with buko pie!

Poor menu availability at night. Arrived at 9 pm and ordered at the kiosk only to find out at the counter that half the items we ordered were unavailable including all fries, soft serves, spicy jolly chicken and peach mango pie and various drinks.

Rest room is clean. It has a bidet! The ordering system is not elderly-friendly as well as to non-tech savvy folks. No option to order directly from the counter. Food is okay. Gravy tastes bland though

Defective 'kiosks' made long lines. Also their user interface is inferior compared to 'another major fast-food franchise'. Finally for the food, note that Chicken orders are noticeable smaller in this Jollibee franchise.

We're just having a stop-over here, there were 42 of us going on eduVcation, this place would quench your thirst and hunger away. Just make sure punch your order on the machine first and finalize it through a print out and proceed to payment once your assigned number is called.

Jollibees is always good. Fast and friendly. I like that you can order on the touch screen monitors. The new chicken sandwich is really good ate it to fast befor i could take a pic lol. My go to is the champ and peach mango pie. Love the large peach mango pies.

They serve a lot of breasts, most chicken in my buckets were breast.:(

Must be a new Jollibee location, it's clean and looks contemporary, it even has the digitial kiosks where you can order your meal, but they don't accept credit cards. Decent parking, it even has drive thru. Same old Jollibee experience, quick service, fast & great tasting food.

One of the great fast food restaurants to eat before going up to Baguio or returning from Baguio. Place is usually crowded especially during peak seasons of people going up to Baguio.

Travelled from north, southbound, with an adult male pug in tow. They are a pet friend store, but only if the pet is on a cage or bag box.

Spicy chicken is not available, it took us 20 minutes for our order as there are a lot of customers

Very strategic location for people exiting the TPLEX. And as always, super love ang Jollibee :) Will surely come back here everytime we go up Baguio ❤️

Restaurant is nice and spacious. But parking lot needs to improve, it is quite small cannot accommodate the cars and drive thru. Nonetheless, the preparing and serving time is fast although the restaurant is busy usually in the peak hours, and there's no queue in getting the orders so it is a mess. Needs to improve this matter.
