Panarottis Express has become my first choice to savour a delicious pizza. This franchise was opened a couple month again. It has a nice setting with comfortable chairs. The staff are friendly and helpful. The place can accommodate up to 40 people. I would recommend you to taste the Gourmet Pizzas, especially the prawn deluxe which has a succulent sauce. You can also enjoy salads, pastas or classic pizzas. Desserts are not yet available.

Rude and arrogant staffs. Never available through phone calls for order and delivery. Too much waiting to be served.

It’s a pizza restaurant. In a mall. Needn’t say more. Decent pizza, crowded around lunchtime and dinner, probably the best choice around the mall if you don’t want to go for Chinese food next door.

I ordered my pizza almost 2hrs ago and still did not received it.

We ordered a large hawaiian and was informed 30 mins later by a boy that they made chicken mayo instead of hawaiian. I was still talking to him he just turned his back and went away no apologises nothing. This is no way to treat clients. Very disappointed and this is the second time we are enconting problems at panarottis rose belle.

It's the second time...wat the use telling free delivery...when calling no one answers the call.....it's really disappointing...u cannot answer the calls!!!....cannot rely on this type of service

Whats the use of delivery services when you stop taking orders at 6pm but you closes at 9pm. Today tried to order at 3.30 pm and they said to call again in 2 hrs to ask if it would be possible for them to do delivery. Thanks for nothing. Stop fake advertising free delivery services and be real to your customers.

Staff at counter/check-out appeared rather helpless and slow despite there being many of them at a quiet time of the day. The sub however was crispy and delicious! Great job by the kitchen people.

Other better pizza are available. Since they are the only shop selling pizza, the quality is not maintained...

What is the use of free delivery in Rose Belle. When you phone they tell you it will take 1hr for and if you collect its 25min. When coming collect pizza @Panarottis we need to wait more than 10mins in queue. It make you more than 35min.

Been there quite a few times and got disappointed most of the time! Either raw dough or overcooked pizza! Work on the quality.. keep the standard of Panarottis Pizza

The slices of the pizza (monsterito) were not cut proportionately ... the taste of the chicken bbq was below expectations ...overall it was average

Poor service. Plus I had to call more than 10 times for someone to pick up the phone. I was told that delivery would take 1hr plus and I live less than 2 mins away from Plaisance Mall. Disappointed!!!

Pizza were awesome 😍 I often dine in at the foot court at plaisance mall and most of the time they even delivered at my doorstep. Since last December I came across some trouble with the order 🍕 not well cook the sliced is not standard the Dow is very thin lack of mozzarella. Today because of the bad weather there was no delivery service that's good 👍. I place my order by phone and ask for supplement mozzarella which I pay Xtra and I came over to pick it up, when I reach home to my great surprise I have pay Xtra for nothing. Very upset. Panarotti Pizza was the best at cascavelle mall every week I take my kids there that was awesome every thing on the menu was very good 👍.
