The workers there don't provide a good service. They are very ill mannered and speak to customers with attitude. They are very mean, specially the cashiers.

Not the best tho' ! Don't get in their trap of false promo that's displayed in their shop or brochure as they will force you to have their membership card to benefit of these promo ! Seriously their marketing team i guess don't know the meaning of having something on promo. Moreover their staff...gosh...Aldrex represents the world famous brand Yves Rocher in Mauritius...the least they can do is to train their staff to talk with guests. I was confronted with this babarian lady who told me not to use my mobile phone inside their shop...SERIOUSLYYY is that a bank or something that i can't even make a phone call inside ???

Gud place for shopping,spacious and lots of shops but the toilets are a major drawback.leaky pipes,floor flooded with water,broken latches on the doors,never any tissue,never saw a cleaning personnel.Toilets on bus stations are cleaner than these toilets.A good cleaning service company must be sought for.

Love it. Very nice staff, but sometimes one 1⃣ check out counter operational. We had just one client in front of us in the sole counter. She who took ages to check out her full amount of purchases. Frustrating as no other cashier present

I had the worst experience The shops closing time on the site and on the door is 7pm but at 6:35 you are rudely asked to go downstairs because they are closing, one of the ladies that works there was extremely rude telling us that we had to go, when there was other client in the shop, she turned her name tag because she knew that she was in the wrong, telling me (be alle dire Manager la) they have such a nice shop but unfortunately We couldn’t enjoy that because of the rudeness of that ladies. last time going there

It started to rain and there was water in some places. There were no sign posts to warn about slippery floor. WC could be cleaner. Lack of toilet paper as well. Maybe more light in some spots.

Very bad staff, all other Stores can take pictures without problem but this one can't. Very disappointed with this store.
