I arrived about 6 PM and the restaurant was out of Sandwiches (absolutely no one) and out of Pepsi. The line was huge because people had to change their order when they arrived at the counter because lots of items were out of stock. Horrible experience.

On my last visit to KFC the experience was very poor. This is how my meal was packed 😩 honey BBQ mix with original chicken. There was no separation and everyone knows honey BBQ is a messy meal.

Jesus christ dominica KFC IS BORING. Please for the love of God introduce something new, bring back the apple pastries, the popcorn shrimp, introduce new stuff maybe like crispy chessy chicken burger, mashed potatoes, blizzards etc. Its disappointing the same damn thing every damn time be innovative pleaseeeeeseee

Quite possibly the slowest KFC in the world. Long 30 min queue and long 20 minutes wait.

In the early morning between 9 and 11am the service is pretty good. Unfortunately once lunch hour hits the service takes a bit of a decline due to the increased number of customers. However, a little patience and understanding will take you a long way.

My experience was a very horrible, dissatisfying one. The link I have been using is acting up. I keep getting a pop-up with your location cannot be found, then your area is out of delivery area, which is ridiculous as I've had several prior deliveries to that very same address. I spent approximately 28mins back and forth with doing this annoying thing. Then the number you have advertising on line DOES NOT WORK, please correct this!! This is misleading customers and a waste of precious time.

The flavor is always consistent def my favorite fast food place!

Really good compared to KFC in St. Lucia much more tasty, so far my regulars are popcorn chicken, any combo, BBQ Wings, Corn and Biscuits (they may be a bit dry I give 6/10) and for drink it normally Pepsi or sprite with no ice. Most times service might take an hour or 30 minutes depending on how busy it is but overall good experience.

The food is okay. Should probably move to a bigger location especially for the drive thru. Wait time is long and needs improvement.

The kfc here is pretty good but the location sucks! Drive thru is at it's best when there's less than 7 vehicles in the line. Inside is decent but has a crowded feeling to it. There's isn't really any spot for the introverts that just wants to eat without over hearing the next table's convo. Feel like they'd be better off at a different, bigger location. Everything is just crowded.

Worst experience at a so called "fast food" restaurant. Waited 1 hour to order, another 15 minutes till food was ready. Workers do their own express food business for money... burger wasn't fresh. I never come back!

Everytime I place an order for delivery is always an hour or more before I can get my order in Roseau it self

The place is normally filled during the hours of 12 to 4 but other than that the chicken is nice.

Chicken was kind of blend fries aswell and red drink like they call it was extra sweet, it would be nice to have more choices when it comes to the drinks option.However service was quick.

I bought a 3piece combo yesterday and only received two pieces. Yes there was a crowd, but workers need to get drilled in handling a crowd. I was disappointed. $19.50 down the drain.

I went into KFC 2 weeks ago i ordered i paid $65.00 for 1 Big Box ($35.00), 1 Perfect Match ($20.00) and 1 Limited Popcorn rd($13.00). Well to my surprise got home and had (1 box of 2 wings and fries) (1 box of 2 chicken and fries) the original order was for my Family and myself, i did not even eat that night i was so Angry. You say why not take back hey they would have said cannot redo the original order. OK gave them a chance Again my husband went tonight the queue as usual was ridiculous, people arriving well after my husband and going jumping queue. one till working, a male worker wiping the sweat of his forehead with the back of his hand how HYGIENIC IS THAT. They need to follow the Health and Safety Handbook which is a PRIORITY, a SECRET SHOPPER for this FRANCHISE should be brought in to INVESTIGATE this diabolic situation. ASAP.

I only eat spicy 😍🥰 most times it's a 2 piece or 3 piece 100% recommend. The BEST and affordable.
