Disappointed

Customer
I'm
a
regular
KFC
customer,
placing
multiple
orders
weekly.
(Yes,
I
have
a
stove
at
home,
but
with
my
tight
schedule,
cooking
can
be
challenging
—
and
thankfully,
my
two
online
jobs
allow
me
to
indulge
in
ordering
out
as
pleased.)
While
I've
had
multiple
issues
in
the
past
—
forgotten
items,
missing
sauces,
not
enough
mayo
on
the
toasted
twisters,
or
mixing
up
original
for
spicy
and
so
on—
I’ve
never
left
a
negative
review.
But
tonight
pushed
me
to
speak
up.
I
placed
an
order
online
tonight,
but
it
said
the
transaction
didn’t
go
through.
However,
my
card
was
still
charged.
No
big
deal,
I
thought
—
I
called
the
first
number
listed
on
the
website
and
waited
on
hold
for
five
minutes
without
any
response.
(Side
note:
please
fix
that!)
I
tried
the
second
number,
and
thankfully
someone
picked
up.
The
supervisor
was
kind
and
clear,
instructing
me
to
WhatsApp
my
name,
location,
order
details,
and
a
screenshot
of
the
charge.
I
sent
everything
over,
but
after
waiting
with
just
one
tick
for
a
while,
then
two
ticks
—
still
no
response.
I
called
multiple
times
that
night
with
no
answer.
Now
here
I
am,
over
an
hour
later,
no
food,
no
follow-up,
and
still
hungry.
This
experience
is
genuinely
disappointing.
Update
:
No
one
contacted
or
responded
to
me
for
the
rest
of
the
night
or
the
following
day!!
I
kept
calling
until
a
delivery
driver
finally
answered
and
mentioned
that
the
supervisor
was
"in
a
meeting"
but
would
get
back
to
me
later.
The
supervisor
never
reached
out.
Around
7
PM
—
24
hours
later
—
I
called
again
and
was
told
my
order
had
been
refunded.
I
asked
why
the
refund
was
issued
without
informing
me
and
why
no
one
had
responded
to
my
messages
or
calls.
In
the
end,
I
never
received
my
food.
0/10
for
customer
service.
While
KFC
food
is
great,
the
service
needs
serious
improvement!!
Update2:
The
KFC
refund
reflected
after
a
whole
week.
