This is the newest and best hotel in Roseburg. It's the nicest Hampton Inn I've been to. Most importantly, the service was among the best I've experienced. I'm a road warrior, so I have a lot to compare to ;) Nearly every person I interacted with (particularly the gentleman who helped adjust something for me in the room) seemed to genuinely care about me. They were simply wonderful.

This hotel is a hidden gem, absolute delight to stay here. We had to stay here for a night on our road trip and the staff was so welcoming. The breakfast buffet is awesome and the rooms are fresh and modern. I am certainly coming back in the summer!!

This was the most disgusting and horrible Hampton we have ever stayed in. As soon as we walked in the room it smelled dirty. We always go through any hotel room and clean/ sanitize again. When I got to the A/C unit I pulled out the filters to check them. It looked like the unit and filters have never been cleaned EVER!! The unit was very loud and kept us up every night, smelled, the picture frames on the wall even rattled. Bugs were coming in through the A/C unit and flying around. We had my son with us with Autism and sensory issues, he freaks out when he seeing any bugs flying around. I kept asking n having to try and kill them. The window was completely blocked, you couldn’t even see outside, only a wall, vents and dirty stuff around the tall vents. We were on the second floor, no idea why it seem like we were on the roof! There was a big stain on the carpet. The beds were both loud underneath them when anyone moved on them. The room was supposed to have a walk-in shower from what was listed. It did not have one, it only had a tub. It made it difficult to shower my 15 year old. Packing up and leaving somewhere else or to another room if they had one (overbooked) would have no been to difficult with an autistic child. While checking out, I asked the lady at the front Desk when the place was last refurbished? She said it’s a new hotel. No way it was. I mentioned some of the things to her. Her response was I’ll have some look at it, then just handed me my receipt. That’s not a response any customer likes. I didn’t want to argue with her, so I left. This makes me not want to ever stay at any Hampton inn & Suites again, from the last 23 years we have stayed at them. I don’t think I feel comfortable.

Everything thing was great customer service and rooms and had free breakfast with a decent amount of options. The pool area is nice and has indoor/outdoor seating. The only negative I can say is that the dryer was broken and the front desk knew about it and didn’t have a sign on it and I wasted time and some change on a machine.

Beautiful hotel, everything was well kept, gym had plenty of exercise equipment, beds were large and comfortable. Hotel was quite even though it’s off the highway. Breakfast was delicious with many great options. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Rooms were a good size. Bed was comfy but pillows were too soft. Bathroom was also a good size, nice shower. Breakfast was very good, staff were all pleasant, overall very happy with our stay.

Stayed here on a layover from LA to Seattle with my boyfriend. Overall a nice little hotel that is close to the freeway. The room was considerably quiet considering how close it was. They have a nice breakfast which we grabbed for the road. Overall highly recommend staying here. We went to a local spot for dinner called True Kitchen which was so good.

Went to stay here after losing a family member and needing a last minute stay. They allowed us to check in early, staff was incredibly accommodating and kind making sure our needs were met. They even went as far as giving us 3 gift cards which was not necessary but brought joy to all of us because of the kind gesture. Thank you to all of the staff here for being so helpful and wonderful.

The accommodations were exceptional. We had a long day prior to our arrival and were greeted at midnight with such welcoming staff. Our room was so clean and my family of six were able to sleep without issue before finishing our drive home to Washington.

Me and my family had a tragedy happen to us and I never met so many people that went above and beyond like the staff at this hotel. Sydney and Makenya even went and provided a Christmas to my 4 children without any hesitation helped a stranger to help bring some christmas joy. They brought such joy to our kids and went all out! We lost a lot and so many people came out and showed love and compassion. Between the front desk, housekeeping and the kitchen staff they welcome us like family and showed love and compassion in everything they do. We lived their a little over a month and it felt like home! Kindness goes a long way and I know we will pay it forward!

No room service provided when requested- room cleaning is not automatic. Elevator down so took a while to get to room. Breakfast staff pleasant. Great location. Hot tub nice.

Clean and newly renovated room. Welcoming hotel staff. The indoor pool is well-maintained. My kids had great time playing in the pool during the stay. Great breakfast! My kids love the variety of its breakfast bar such as Waffle with chocolate, berries toppings in addition to the traditional syrup and cream. Hot meals such as ground pork gravies, unlimited bacon, and egg cheese wraps. The kitchen staff keeps all the food trays full all the time like a quality buffet does. Many hotels breakfast bar are doing different such as shorter time window like between 6:30-9am or ignoring the empty food tray. Here you have a wide time window between 6-10am daily!!! The friendly staff even gave my kids a toy❤️❤️❤️

The Hampton Inn in Roseburg is a GREAT place to stay. The staff were exceptional. I stay at hotels frequently and this hotel had probably the most friendly staff all the way around. The breakfast was also great and hosted by a very friendly lady who made sure all the guests had everything they needed... including microwaving strawberries for waffles with a smile for some of my higher maintenance travel companions! The ONLY thing I would change to make this a perfect hotel would be to add a place to fill water bottles. The sink wasn't deep enough and the faucet was too long to be able to fill a water bottle so I had to keep running down to the drinking fountain to fill my bottle. But anyway, they all did such an exceptional job and I will absolutely stay here again next time I'm in town!

When I found my AirPods lost in the room after checking out, I called the front desk immediately and Bianca helped me keep the key to the room while making sure no one entered the room. This is a very comfortable stay. Room is clean and quiet. Decorations with local spirits everywhere. Definitely a 5-star choice!!

The service here was incredible. The rooms were great. The location was close enough to everything we needed to get to. They were issues around reservations. The hotel staff worked overboard to correct. My only suggestion is to make sure that you are working with a Hotel staff and not the reservations line when it comes to your reservations.

We had to make an emergency stay here from Crater Lake. It was a nice economy hotel, but even for a very nice basic hotel, it was way overpriced! I would never choose to stay here again because if the price but because of the emergency situation, it was one of our only safe options nearby.

I spent the night here with my husband while passing through. The rooms were fine...basic, clean ish. The fridge didnt work. Definitley not worth $400usd. The audacity to charge that much for a basic room is just mind blowing. On top of that, on our way out, there was a staff member straightening her hair in the breakfast hall when we were checking out? Very disappointed.

Thank you so much for a great visit! The ladies running breakfast were wonderful and well organized! The ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful and special shout out to housekeeping. I accidentally left my iPad behind and they sent it back to me. I can’t thank you all enough for your kindness!

This hotel was wonderful! I was in town for a work function and stayed here. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast spread was quite a surprise and more than expected, and everything was kept very clean. The room and bed were comfortable and the shower pressure was great. I even had the chance to take advantage of the pool and hot tub which were both a nice bonus.

This was our rescue hotel after staying a night at a different location in Roseburg the night before that was very disappointing. Hampton was a bright light in our vacation. Everything was impeccably clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. The breakfast had a great variety and the pool was a wonderful way to spend our down time. 10/10 would stay here again!

My wife & I stopped here in March 2022 on our drive down to California. Great location just off I-5, super modern & clean rooms. Staff was actively sanitizing common areas and touch points. A Five Guys burger place is just across parking lot for food. We left early in morning before breakfast started and the Front Desk attendant went out of her way to make us fresh coffee, we were so grateful for that. Thank you for everything. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed. Very clean, our room was spacious & updated, the staff were friendly & accommodating. Perfect location with restaurants nearby. Other hotels have a lot to live up too after staying here.

We have been traveling to this hotel over the last 6 months and I am still completely impressed with all the accommodations. One of the biggest things I look for is how staff (in any public facilities) treat my children when they approach. My children have been treated like tiny humans who are in charge!! It’s the sweetest most adorable thing I’ve ever seen!! I can’t express my gratitude enough for such amazing customer service! Thank you for continuing to allow us to occupy your hotel!!

I stay at a lot of Hamptons and they’re generally pretty nice but this is the best one yet. Very clean, modern rooms, well stocked breakfast and friendly staff. They even have local beer and wine available! I would absolutely stay here again.

Wasn’t sure what to expect when we decided to book a random hotel in a random town, but did we hit the jackpot! We got in at darn near midnight and the desk clerk, Michael, was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Hotel lobby/dining was in superb condition and the rooms were equally as well kept. Complimentary breakfast was even better than expected! They even had plenty of options for us dairy free/ egg free people! And checkout isn’t till noon!!!! Will absolutely be back here again!

Best hotel I've stayed at! We got the room right under the Hampton sign. Super clean huge room, pet friendly, remote controlled curtains, when you walk into the lobby, they have a super nice dining hall. Really feels like a 5 star hotel. Hoping to book the same room when we return!

Newly renovated. Everything looks new. We stayed in a king bed room. It was pretty big. The bathroom was very big as well. Has a microwave oven and coffee maker in the room. The breakfast buffet has a variety of options. Overall it was a good experience.

The hotel was clean and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good. We tried to visit the pool and it’s very small and cold but that was the only thing that wasn’t great. The staff is truly great! Every single person we interacted with was kind and went out of their way to accommodate us.

Outstanding stay. Best place to stay in Roseburg without a doubt. Rooms were well appointed and comfy. The indoor swimming pool was outstanding. It was a big hit with my 9-year-old. The breakfast was terrific. I was very impressed with the people running the breakfast. They were very friendly and did an amazing job restocking items. The next time I am in Roseburg I will try to stay here again.

Recently stayed here for three nights and was very satisfied. It's obviously a new hotel and still has the new hotel feel. Everything was clean and new and well cared for. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced and I wanted to take it home. The staff was very friendly and smiled a lot. I didn't eat the breakfast but it smelled good. The location is excellent as it is just off I-5. This has to be about the best hotel in Roseburg and I highly recommend it.

Really an awesome place to stay in Roseburg, OR for few days. Everything was great here. Travelled with family and a pet for 2 night stay at this hotel for 4th of July weekend. The property itself is in a very good condition and appeared pretty newly renovated, the room and breakfast were fabulous. I was totally satisfied with what I paid for my stay here and amenities/services etc. that we got. It was around 275$/night, but worth every penny compared to other places like Best Western etc. where you pay 250$/night and get a motel type hotel with average rooms and services.

Nice hotel. I always stay at Hampton Inn's when I travel. This is one of the nicest ones I have stayed at. Front check-in employees were very friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast has everything you need to get your day started. Great location next to the freeway with food options very close.

Very polite staff at front desk and at breakfast. Indoor pool and hot tub very clean and warm enough for children to thoroughly enjoy and relax in. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast comprehensive and delicious. Special request for extra towels immediately acted upon, delivered to room, quiet through the night. We definitely plan on staying here again.

The rooms are great and the location is pretty good. Most hotels always leave something to be desired with both location and there rooms. What set this place apart was the service. All the service was amazing from the front desk to the breakfast and not to mention the numerous times I saw employees cleaning vaccuming hallways and moping the floors. Everyone was very helpful and made it an enjoyable stay! Sydney Kowal was a receptionist and was amazing! She was super helpful, timely and definitely knows the her job and the reservation system well. It would be in Hampton/Hilton's best interest to move her up the ladder!

Located right off the freeway and right in the heart of Roseburg, Oregon but that didn't sink in until I was leaving and had to catch the freeway. It felt like I was in a secluded island paradise during my stay. Most comfortable bed I think I've ever slept in. Clean and quiet room, clean pool and hot- tub and an over the top continental breakfast. All the staff was pleasant and helpful, I definitely plan to stay there again.
