This
was
the
most
disgusting
and
horrible
Hampton
we
have
ever
stayed
in.
As
soon
as
we
walked
in
the
room
it
smelled
dirty.
We
always
go
through
any
hotel
room
and
clean/
sanitize
again.
When
I
got
to
the
A/C
unit
I
pulled
out
the
filters
to
check
them.
It
looked
like
the
unit
and
filters
have
never
been
cleaned
EVER!!
The
unit
was
very
loud
and
kept
us
up
every
night,
smelled,
the
picture
frames
on
the
wall
even
rattled.
Bugs
were
coming
in
through
the
A/C
unit
and
flying
around.
We
had
my
son
with
us
with
Autism
and
sensory
issues,
he
freaks
out
when
he
seeing
any
bugs
flying
around.
I
kept
asking
n
having
to
try
and
kill
them.
The
window
was
completely
blocked,
you
couldn’t
even
see
outside,
only
a
wall,
vents
and
dirty
stuff
around
the
tall
vents.
We
were
on
the
second
floor,
no
idea
why
it
seem
like
we
were
on
the
roof!
There
was
a
big
stain
on
the
carpet.
The
beds
were
both
loud
underneath
them
when
anyone
moved
on
them.
The
room
was
supposed
to
have
a
walk-in
shower
from
what
was
listed.
It
did
not
have
one,
it
only
had
a
tub.
It
made
it
difficult
to
shower
my
15
year
old.
Packing
up
and
leaving
somewhere
else
or
to
another
room
if
they
had
one
(overbooked)
would
have
no
been
to
difficult
with
an
autistic
child.
While
checking
out,
I
asked
the
lady
at
the
front
Desk
when
the
place
was
last
refurbished?
She
said
it’s
a
new
hotel.
No
way
it
was.
I
mentioned
some
of
the
things
to
her.
Her
response
was
I’ll
have
some
look
at
it,
then
just
handed
me
my
receipt.
That’s
not
a
response
any
customer
likes.
I
didn’t
want
to
argue
with
her,
so
I
left.
This
makes
me
not
want
to
ever
stay
at
any
Hampton
inn
&
Suites
again,
from
the
last
23
years
we
have
stayed
at
them.
I
don’t
think
I
feel
comfortable.
