The care and attention to detail at this clinic far surpassed my expectations! As someone who has worked in healthcare for over 20 years, I find this so refreshing! Highly recommend.

Wonderful place! Everyone was very nice. Dr Richards was great. She was very thorough and took the time to explain what I had and the plan to remedy my conditions.

The staff was friendly and professional as always, and I was able to see Dr Richard’s after a very short wait time. My husband and I have been patients of Dr Richard’s for many years, and we wish her much happiness in her retirement.

Dr. Richards was very patient, informative, knowledgeable and caring. I would definitely be keeping her as my dermatologist, and that is saying something, but she has retired. The new staff lacked the proficiency to read records and prevent unnecessary appointments. I hope this will improve.

Dr Balin and his staff were do nice. First time to see them and they made me feel like I'd been there before.

Excellent Dr.Richards is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I was very impressed with her professionalism and respect for me. She asks you what part of the body you want examined for skin cancer. She doesn’t assume like other docs I’ve been to and I really appreciate that. Her staff is professional and friendly. Always have smiles and friendly. They actually look up from what they’re doing and greet you. Hardly any wait time either.

I have been coming to have my skin checked by Dermatologist Julie Richards, for 7 years and now I have seen Dr. Balin for the first time yesterday, December 13, 2023. I think he is going to be fine. My only concern is I was undressing VERY QUICKLY when he walked in. I just needed one more minute and I would have been ready. It would be nice if AFTER they tap on the door that they open it just a crack and ASK if you are ready. And pause to hear a “yes” or “no”. That would be very much appreciated. Dr Julee Richards and her staff are the nicest, most efficient, most knowledgeable group ever! Dr Julee is leaving some very big shoes to fill upon her retirement! She will se missed sooooooo much!

Everyone in this office is courteous and very professional! My experience was a great one and Dr. Balin was wonderful, would highly recommend 5 stars all around!
