Ended up being here way longer then expected and was paying weekly. Rooms were despicable, dirty and old. They used covid for every excuse including not doing housekeeping. Avoid this establishment. One bright star in this horrible place was the front desk manager Katrina Hart. She did her best too make my stay as good as possible but owner and manager are running this place into ground with no maintenance or upkeep on hotel. Again avoid if at all possible. Oh and cockroaches are bad.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Arrived to a filthy room, dirty towels, dead spiders, plugged toilet, stains, etc.. Straight out of a bad 80's movie. Spoke to the front desk had to wait over an hour for a cleaning lady to come finish the room. Then was informed that we would receive a refund for this day which we never did. After following up with numerous phone calls and emails after being promised a refund they conveniently stopped answering. If you want to stay here, it's at your own risk. Personally, I'd rather sleep in my car than stay here again. Management needs to start taking responsibility. The least they could have done is honor their agreement to refund my money.

The beds are rock hard and that's the nicest thing I can say. The exterior is dirty. The interior looks clean, but our room had sticky carpet near the door, and the coffee maker is stained. Also there were zero towels in the room when we arrived. To top it all off, the waffles, which were one of the reasons we chose this hotel, were unavailable. Overall, I think I should have spent the extra $20 for the hotel that didn't have breakfast, because they had an indoor pool and hot tub.

For the basics, it's a motel room with what you need to the stay a night. Can't say the area feels very safe but at least it's got lot of parking and the outside looks decent. Our room is pretty filthy. The sink and bathtub need a good scrubbing. The floor doesn't appear to have been vacuumed. Handles on dresses and desk drawers are sticky and visibly dirty. The coffee pot isn't cleaned well. There's a bunch of trash shoved behind the side table by the bed. Overall the room is very musty. I think from previous smoking. And our bed duvet cover thing has multiple cigarettes burn holes in it. I try to be understanding, especially in the current state of the world. I understand that it's hard to find good workers and that it's hard to pay a living wage to the workers that do work. That being said, cleanliness is probably one of the most important, easy things you can do to improve your guests experience. Small details like cleaning and painting door trim. Using a small brush to clean around drains. Making sure the room smells good upon entry. Checking behind furniture for trash. These are all things I would recommend. I have worked housekeeping in the past. I know that there is a lot to get done in a small amount of time. Overall, we won't stay here again but we are glad for the place to rest our heads.

Worst motel experience in two decades... those with kids should especially avoid this motel. The rooms smelled of mildew, there was dried caulk in the bathtubs, and the carpet was sticky. Clearly no decoration or renovation has been done here for several years, it needs a deep clean all over. Several long term residents in the motel made the stay even more unpleasant. We slept poorly and got out as soon as we could in the morning.

Disgusting. Paid for the room and checked in. Once we got to the room, it smelled horrible. The carpet was so bad we didn't even set our bags down. (Set them on the table instead). Checked the bed because we were scared of bed bugs and found yellow crusty pillows and stains on the sheet and all over the mattress. This room had clearly noy been vacuumed or dusted in quite some time. The lady at the front desk said that she couldn't give us a refund because it was a "new system" but she would tell her manager in the morning to issue a refund. She then asked us to go remake the bed so she could rent the room to someone else 🤯. I called the manager the next morning and he was more interested about how we got his number (which was given to us by an employee on shift that morning) and said he would " see if he could get back to us". We are traveling and on a time limit so we could not stick around for him to "see if he could get back to us." Unbelievable. I'm going to attempt to dispute the charge with discover but I'm afraid we might just be out 104$ and change... hope this review helps. I would highly NOT recommend this establishment.

The hotel is in a good location off the highway. The room door was open when we arrived which was strange. When we got to the door and walked in we realized why it was open, to air it out. It smelled moldy. Other than that the room was clean and the bathroom also( I did find a towel left by the previous person), but all else was fine. There is a small breakfast area too. The price is low so I say it was a bargain.

It was pretty good overall except it had the worst breakfast of any hotel I've stayed at that offers breakfast. It starts at 6am and we got to breakfast at 6:05. We figured they hadn't finished getting it ready but the only employee was in her car in the front drive. I figured her shift was over and the next person hadn't shown up yet. The waffle mix was the consistency of milk, so runny I didn't even try to make a waffle. The only thing in the fridge was milk. No yogurt or even cream cheese for the bagels or butter for the toast. We ended up just walking out. The lady asked if we needed anything. I said it looked like it wasn't ready yet and she said, that's all we offer. So we went somewhere else. Frustrating because I picked that hotel for their free breakfast.

The room was dirty and overpriced. The sheets had burn holes in them. Dirty floors, cob webs in the corners of the rooms, mold in the bathroom and dirty shower. The coffee maker was disgusting. There were greasy head prints on the headboard of the bed. You could hear the person in the other room breathing, because the walls are paper thin. Breakfast was a joke. The door was open to where the food was being stored and there was “bugs be gone” spray next to the food being served for breakfast. Don’t recommend The only thing I’d say was good about this hotel was the location if you’re traveling to Crater Lake

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. My sister and I came into town for a visit with my mom who is in a care center. The room was reserved through an online travel company and 3 nights paid in advance. So we couldn't get our money back at the hotel. The list of things that we had to deal with are too long for this review but I will name a few. The room in general was dirty, mold throughout the bathroom, bugs in the ceiling light fixture, bugs (cockroaches and fruit flies) crawling and flying. No phone in the room. Noise all night from people next door. We cleaned the room ourselves best we could. Our last night was cut short after I was awakened by a cockroach crawling on my arm. We left the hotel and spent the last few hours of our stay at Denny's until leaving for an eight drive home. I am shocked that this is a Wyndham property. The photos I've attached show a small example of what we paid almost $100 per night for.

if i could give zero stars on service I would. Attempting to move coast to coast and on the last leg of my stay I was turned away with no help in a snow storm because of my cats when the hotel clearly states they allow pets. the front desk said it was per manager and then would not provide manager name and cancelled my reservation on site with no help on a refund. Stranded in Oregon trying to find another hotel since the manager who does not exist has a preference on which pet is allowed with no signage or warning. awful customer service.

The room was DIRTY!! We would not have stayed if we could get another room that late. The washcloth had FRESH LIPSTICK ON IT!! I do not wear makeup. Yhe toilet had floating to in probably because the water pressure could not even flush only paper. Nightstand had something sticky on it still. Carpet could not have been vacuumed. When we came back in late from being out hunting our room key no longer worked. Disgusting do not recommend!!! People working there were super nice.

5+ rating. I just booked another night stay at this grand hotel looking forward knowing this is a clean room with a relaxing comfortable bed to get a good nights sleep. My last visit was a 3 night stay and absolutely wonderful. There was a little glitch with a electrical outlet that kept the fridge & lamp from working on my 2nd day stay, I called & staff came immediately to fix the problem. That morning I had to leave for an appointment. Left it all in their hands, they were not able to get Electrician out on the weekend. Bless their hearts When I returned that evening they had moved me into a deluxe suite. room. Absolutely awesome staff, so friendly and eager to help and you need to have. Very clean rooms, such comfortable beds & everything is fresh, tidy and neat. Full breakfast every morning. Rates are more than reasonable. The location is perfect for all the areas I need to get to. Staff treat you special from the moment you walk in the door to register. Treat yourself to this incredible hotel and wonderful staff that run it.

The room was okay, but two towels were dirty, and the coffee pot was full of coffee when we checked in. Told the employee, and she said she would let someone know. The afternoon receptionist was great. The night one was not friendly and was rude when I asked if they had sweetner, not sugar, and since I am lactose intolerant, I asked if they had a substitute creamer, and she said no.

The rooms were incredibly clean. The staff was beyond helpful. The beds were quite comfortable. It felt very welcoming. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would reccomend them to anyone.

Rooms were old for sure. Our showers soap holder was broken in half; but the room overall wasn't too bad! They let me check in a little over an hour early. Wasn't able to make it to bfast so no input about that. Decent spot near good shops to browse ($ store, Ross, Michael's), and less than 10 min from downtown. Best price in town 👍

When we walked into our room, there’s a strong smell of bleach that immediately hits you. After we left our windows open, which were missing screens for about an hour, we could tell the bleach was used to cover up smells as this room was not cleaned at all. the bathtub had hair in it, and also on the surround there was a dirt ring around the bathtub, so I’m guessing this bathtub has not been cleaned in quite some time. There is also mold on the bathroom ceiling cigarette butts were put out on the walls and counters. Carpet was dirty, was not vacuumed. I ended up going to the Walmart nearby to pick up cleaning supplies to clean the bathtub myself. Our entry door was kicked in and we can see where they had to screw the door frame back together. The security chain latch was barely held on by one screw. The pictures online are deceiving. Our room was missing a second lamp, an alarm clock, coffee maker, and a blow dryer.

Great friendly service. Good rooms we stayed 3 nights and will stay again. Breakfast was well stocked except for the day we left it was crazy nothing was out. She claimed they ran out of everything

Room had a funky smell like moisture was in there with little to no ventilation for a while. The carpet could have used a good shampooing, there were visible trails of dirtiness. Bed was not comfortable at all, you laid down and could feel the springs bugging you. We also got a room in the very end of one of the halls which to our bad luck was so close to the staff's utility/linen room and we kept hearing them in and out all the time. All that I could live with except for the fact that staff did not enforce or follow the no smoking protocols themselves. Everyone and I was surprised to see that it was mostly staff took their smoke break right outside this utility room, INCHES from our door. I expected a little more common curtesy since we did request a NO SMOKING room and everything in their website said this was a NO SMOKING hotel. I will never stay at this or any Days Inn ever again. Definitely, splurge a little more and pay for a better hotel elsewhere...unless you want to breathe in fresh smoke and mold all night.

Very poor. It was last month. Experience was so horrible I got to cancel my remaining days inn booking (I had 3 booking on different places for my weeklong trip). Except location everything was way below expectations (I have stayed Days Inn earlier and thus I was expecting it to be descent) As we entered parking lot were all messy. When I entered the room, I saw few Hot shot spray can on the carpet, while closely looking found many dead cockroaches. I was stunned and reported to desk, and they said room was assigned mistakenly and assigned another room, but damage was done (My kid was crying and blaming me on ruining trip). Ok so this other room too was below par on cleanliness, light etc. Sink was clogging but anyway it was just for one night, so I thought not to think much about and forget this experience. Next days inn (I couldn't cancel) was Carson City was better but despite mention they don't have breakfast. I will not recommend Days Inn @Roseburgh to anyone specially with family.

Is it a standard practice in the motel industry to charge a $100 deposit? Room was as clean as it could be (but my wife always finds stuff housekeeping missed at every place we stay). Bed was extra firm. Shower caulking has mold, must be the cheaper type

We had 2 rooms that were supposed to be together on the bottom floor, that weren't. One had no smoke detector(completely illegal), a big water bubble leaking into the tub, and no phone. This same room had holes in the walls. And when told any of this, they couldn't care less. The other room did not have an ice bucket, cups, or coffee maker. We finally got just cups after checking in 5 hours earlier. Again, they couldn't care less. They had employees sitting on the flower boxes right outside the front doors smoking. We had to walk in the driveway to go around them to go inside to the office due to them blocking the walkway when there are signs everywhere saying where to smoke or you'll get a $250 fee. Some of the stairs going up to the 2nd floor are loose.

Wyndam needs to step up. Room was clean and comfortable. Remodel was poor and the painted shower was peeling. Not worth the price

Good value! Good customer service. Room was clean. Older hotel. You can hear the freeway, but not too loud. Heard kids running around in room above me. Get a second floor room if you are a light sleeper.

For a 2 star hotel in Roseburg, this place was great and exactly what you should expect at such a place. Our room was clean enough and the a/c was cold. The breakfast was decent. Water out of the tap tastes like the city didn't quite get all of the dirt out of it at the treatment facility, but we're generally too clean anyways and I appreciated the opportunity to experience a less than perfect cup of water. Someone had kicked in the bathroom door at some point, and the staff did an okay job of fixing it. Even though the door no longer latched, the toilet was close enough that you could hold it manually to keep people from walking in on you. The proximity to the freeway created a natural sound machine to drown out the little noises that happen throughout the night, and I actually found the occasional sound of someone hotrodding their straight pipe big block down the road quite soothing. Good place, nice staff, would recommend.

Myself and three other families that were evacuated due to fires ended up here after a rough night at a motel 6. I just want to start out by saying, when you meet Barbara you know your in good hands! She cared about our stay and was so wonderful. The rooms were large and clean and the pool was great!

We had to evacuate our home because of wildfire and we first went to a Motel 6 which was terrible so we found the pet friendly days inn and were very happy. The service was amazing, the employees went above and beyond to help us get settled in with our kids. The woman who checked us in even gave us a play pen from her own home so our toddler would have a place to sleep. We also spoke to other guests and they were all very happy with their experience with the days inn as well. They also have a very clean well kept pool, best in Roseburg from what I understood. All in all it was a 5 ⭐ experience.

This is not a Hotel. The front desk person changed our room upon checking in. She stated she would give us a "better room." When my partner and I walked into the room the smell was unpleasant (body odor), the white bed sheet had stains, a couch was pushed against another door, the smoke detector was partially hanging off, and the bathtub curtain smelled like a wet towel that hadn't been dried. I laid my own blankets to avoid sleeping on the sheets as the room was in terrible condition. My partner ended up getting bit by bed bugs. My partner had showed me the bites after we had checked out and left. I took pictures and made several attempts to speak to Parish( manager) who always seemed to " not be in, just stepped out , won't be back just left for a few days " leading me to leave messages with the front staff to relay to him. 2 weeks later I call and Parish answers. After the 3rd time of requesting a reimbursement he asks me what I'm calling about. I then explain and Inform him my attempts in contacting him. He asks me "how do you know they are bed bug bites if you're not a professional." He then states he knows they're not bed bug bites because of the seminar training. He stated this without even having seen the pictures. He then tells me that he had arranged for his staff to call me to let me know that they don't have bed bugs therefore this is not true. I don't understand why he would pretend to not know what I was calling about to begin with. After a very difficult conversation with him he spoke about getting back to me after he looks at the pictures. If on a low budget or desperate for rest, avoid this place.
