    I reserved a room to check in at 3 am since I was traveling from Washington to California and needed to rest with my 1 year old daughter and mind you I am also pregnant. The woman that was working tonight, her names HEATHER denied me my room and billed me as a no show even tho I said I was arriving a little after 3am. Choice policy states I have untill 7am to check in. Then she told me she wasn’t going to give my a refund. I never have been so frustrated in my life when it comes to hotels. This was by far the worst experience. She was not friendly at all very unprofessional and rude. She even raised her voice at me when I tried to understand why she would put me down as a no show when I clearly arrived within the time frame to check in. All I wanted to do was have a nice few hours of rest so I could continue to my destination. I ended up going to the BEST WESTERN across the street, they accommodated me fast and even gave me this room for the entire day. I am in the customer service field and this was unacceptable behavior period and should not be takin lightly. Choice hotels stated I will be getting a refund and that the woman named HEATHER had no right to do what she did. Management needs to hire someone that will represent their company right.

    I stay at many different comfort inn around Oregon and this was by far the worst I've been too, very disappointed in my stay. The rooms were tiny the bathroom were so tiny you couldn't turn around in it. The front desk lady was helpful for my check in and was very accommodating. I switched rooms which most places get grumpy when asking to do so but she was great about it. The housekeeping in the morning, very unhappy about. She lightly tapped my door and opened it before I could say a word and it was still two hours tell check out time.

    Excellent staff, the owner truly works hard and puts passion behind his hotel. The jacuzzi and pool were so clean. Everything in very clean and organized in this facility. The staff came and checked the chemicals 💦 in the jacuzzi. I have been at Marriot hotels that had dirty floors, carpets and hair and mildew in the pool I am ocd and I felt extremely comfortable in the rooms. Comforters to bathrooms were very new and clean Five ⭐️ star! Staff is very nice

    Staff provided great service. Rooms and breakfast were OK. Close to Wildlife Safari (next exit). Like most motels, owner should invest in renovations to protect the value of his property.

    The shower had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was a large bar of soap and someone’s shampoo and conditioner still in the tub. It was very warm in the rooms and the a/c wasn’t very strong?

    The staff was cheerful and helpful, even when I got in after midnight! With limited trailer parking, they helped accommodate my trailer and offered to keep an eye on it! It’s so refreshing to get helpful people nowadays!! The room was clean, beds were comfortable and staff was great!!! 5 stars across the board for me! Thank you!

    This place is very clean and the employees rock! The King bed I slept in was extremely comfortable. Tracy at the front desk is doing an awesome job and her compassion for weary traveler's like me means everything🙏🏻🥹 The only real thing I had an issue with was when I called downstairs to ask about the channels on the TV and the Wi-Fi code because I was very sleepy and very upset from my day and was spacey, the owner answered and was so extremely rude with me that I literally felt like he was scolding me about not knowing that they put the TV channel list in the drawers and stuff it was honestly heartbreaking. He needs to take a lesson from his employees on how to be respectful and courteous to other's🥴 Stay safe out there everyone💫💫💫

    I had the best experience with Comfort Inn is Roseburg. The room was clean and comfortable. I kept having to add nights as I went along because I was there to be with my mom who was dying and didn’t know when that was going to happen. The hotel front desk staff was always kind and helpful. During my last two days there instead of booking one night at a time I booked two and didn’t end up needing the second night. They really went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. My siblings stayed there too in another room. Can’t thank you all enough for being such a wonderful place to stay.

    My late night check in was simple and quick. The clerk was friendly and efficient. As a female solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable here. The room was clean and had everything I needed. There were a variety of breakfast offerings which were well-stocked and accommodated dietary restrictions.

    The front desk staff were nice. It's in a "blink-and-you'll-miss-it" location of town. The room layout was a bit strange, including a hard-to-find light switch in the bathroom. The fitness center had a couple machines down and was pretty cramped. Not too bad for a reasonably priced one-night stay.

    DO NOT BOOK HERE! This hotel absolutely refuses to let locals use a room here, does not let anyone know in advance & refuses to refund money. Go to Hampton, it’s cleaner, nicer & smells better

    Front desk is terrible and unable to do their jobs. Checked me in late in the evening then called me at 6am because they didn’t understand what their computer was telling them. Any company willing to inconvenience their customers, especially by waking them up so early is just garbage. 10/10 would never stay here again. Hopefully I can swing my company to stop booking with the awful location.

    Clean and what you would expect for the price was pleasantly surprised. They have coffee and juice in the lobby all day and breakfast in the morning. And a indoor pool/spa area. Also not paper thin room walls.

    Perfectly comfortable place. Pumpkin spice waffles were delicious. Pool and spa! Coffee is passable. Good TV including TCM (!) and some of the softest sheets I have ever experienced.

    BEWARE- this hotel overbooks its room! I was given a room key for an occupied room after checking in. After letting the desk know it was occupied they gave me another key and I walked into another occupied room. Make sure your room is locked while your in it!

    The beds were comfortable, there was a mini fridge, AC, and blackout curtains. The bathroom was good sized and clean. Like that the sink is outside the bathroom.

    Didnt stay at the hotel, but took a much needed break from our long drive home. Got some rest in the parking lot. Dont know if it is ok with thee establishment, but i felt safe enough to get some sleep.

    First place I stayed at on the road that wouldn't honor Military Discount, Veterans Discount. Was told today buy the manager that answered the phone thatper OWNER don't give out any discounts, stay away fr here. I wonder who there owner is 😱....I will never stay here again. Will pass onto Corporate but sure they won't care either

    Wonderful stay would recommend this hotel. Safe, Affordable, and comfortable. Staff was exceptional!!! Our room was cozy and clean. It is in a good location with shopping center and restaurants in walking distance.

    Terrible service! Might be taking them to court. I, my service dog, and my partner stayed there the night of April 14th. They did not tell us/ have a sign saying they didnt take cash app. We paid with a cash app card and it took our money. They then made us pay AGAIN with a different card but intentionally did it in 2 transactions so that when we disputed the charge with cash app we have to prove that we paid another way but the two transactions is not considered valid. They said to wait ten days for the refund. We have been calling them every day since the 20th trying to get answers but these people have no idea what they are doing. They are giving us the run around and we are not happy.

    My experience was good with the exception I have a sensitivity to fragrances. Once the room air conditioning was turned on a fragrance was dispersed into the room which was not agreeable to me. So through the night I had to breath it or sweat in too much heat. My vertigo wasn't doing well because of it. I wouldn't have stayed had I known. Otherwise all acceptable.

    They quite literally saved our vacation. The rooms were clean and obviously sanitized (the smell of sanitizer was actually welcome after leaving the last hotel we'd been at). The breakfast, while simple, was tasty. The indoor pool and hot tub were a huge hit for the kids. Staff were super friendly,. polite,.and extremely helpful. If we ever need a place to stay in Roseburg, we will definitely be back.

    Great place to stay, was there for a work trip house keeping was amazing always kept me stock on towels and clean. Isaac was amazing very friendly and help with recommendations on things to do and see. Staff was kind and more then willing to go the extra mile. Breakfast was great and always hot. Great view from the hotel.

    Stayed here for about a week. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Isaac was considerate and had great recommendations for local entertainment and food. Pool and spa were clean and well kept check in and check out were quick and easy. Breakfast was fresh and decent

    I was nearing the end of an extended motorcycle trip and had stayed at MANY Choice Hotels when I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Roseburg, Oregon 8/19/2023. This Comfort Inn was by far the cleanest ever. From the parking lot to the little gaps in the elevator threshold and every baseboard and every corner behind all doors that I used. This was truly a clean hotel. This Comfort Inn is in no way new but very nice, clean and comfortable. Dakota on the front desk was especially helpful with dining recommendations as well.
