I
reserved
a
room
to
check
in
at
3
am
since
I
was
traveling
from
Washington
to
California
and
needed
to
rest
with
my
1
year
old
daughter
and
mind
you
I
am
also
pregnant.
The
woman
that
was
working
tonight,
her
names
HEATHER
denied
me
my
room
and
billed
me
as
a
no
show
even
tho
I
said
I
was
arriving
a
little
after
3am.
Choice
policy
states
I
have
untill
7am
to
check
in.
Then
she
told
me
she
wasn’t
going
to
give
my
a
refund.
I
never
have
been
so
frustrated
in
my
life
when
it
comes
to
hotels.
This
was
by
far
the
worst
experience.
She
was
not
friendly
at
all
very
unprofessional
and
rude.
She
even
raised
her
voice
at
me
when
I
tried
to
understand
why
she
would
put
me
down
as
a
no
show
when
I
clearly
arrived
within
the
time
frame
to
check
in.
All
I
wanted
to
do
was
have
a
nice
few
hours
of
rest
so
I
could
continue
to
my
destination.
I
ended
up
going
to
the
BEST
WESTERN
across
the
street,
they
accommodated
me
fast
and
even
gave
me
this
room
for
the
entire
day.
I
am
in
the
customer
service
field
and
this
was
unacceptable
behavior
period
and
should
not
be
takin
lightly.
Choice
hotels
stated
I
will
be
getting
a
refund
and
that
the
woman
named
HEATHER
had
no
right
to
do
what
she
did.
Management
needs
to
hire
someone
that
will
represent
their
company
right.
