I'm shocked that a place this low quality even exists in modern America. It felt like something out of a Russian slum. To start, let me say that Mark, the guy working the front desk, was pleasant and helpful throughout every part of our stay, including my request for a refund. A+ service. That is where the positives end. There was a pack of men in the parking lot getting drunk on beer, listening to loud music, eyeballing everyone walking in, and just generally making the place feel unsafe. There is no elevator, and the stairs are of vastly uneven heights, so my kids tripped trying to navigate them (and I stumbled down one at one point at well). The room we stayed in was a suite, with a main bedroom and a connected second room with a pull out sofa bed. The mattress on the sofa bed was falling apart - I mean literally peeling into multiple layers and drooping seams on the floor. It didn't have sheets on it, nor were there any extra in the room, so I had to ask for some and put them on myself. That room had a door leading to the hallway which was NOT a typical hotel door - it was a paper thin interior home door like you might find on a bathroom or closet in your home. It didn't even have a deadbolt, not that it would have mattered much because I could have easily punched straight through it! I did NOT feel safe having my kids behind it. Seems like that may be a code violation, but what do I know? Speaking of possible code violations, there was an unprotected and ugly jumble of cables on the wall (appeared to be phone cables?). How unprofessional can you get? The bathroom door didn't fit the frame, so there was a large gap at the top. Inside the bathroom we found the floor was sticky and made your shoes squelch and stick when you walked on it, plus the whole room smelled strongly of pee. There was a used bar of soap in the shower from a previous resident. The room had no free outlets to plug your phone into, only the alarm clock and lamp extension outlets which were connected to a lightswitch so you could easily turn the outlet off on accident. The seals on the wall air conditioners were in such poor repair you could peer straight through to the outside. The carpet was very poorly cut, leading to ugly, crumb-gathering gaps where it met the walls. Stains littered the walls, couch cushions, and floor. The room had not been vacuumed. The whole place felt like they fired their maintenance and housekeeping teams in the 90's and have been trying to get by with one overworked "facilities manager" ever since. Really they ought to fire whoever manages the place, and do a full renovation. They have no business charging the outrageous prices they do, comparable to the nearby Hampton and Best Western, for rooms that threaten to give you an STD and a cigarette burn just for walking in the door. Nasty, nasty, nasty.

Definitely budget digs but the woman who checked us in was amazing. Courteous, and thoughtful. We were her last guests to check in. Parking was tight so she had us park in makeshift spot in front of the office. After we told her we'd be leaving super early, she gave us each a breakfast bag and a water. The hotel is a bit dated but clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

No elevator, older hotel but air conditioning worked great and even though the 2 queen beds looked worn out. They were very comfortable. They had breakfast in the am, eggs, sausage , potatoes, and waffles. Plus cereal, and yogurt. Sausage was really good. A good one night stay as your passing through for a reasonable price.

There were no elevator, and the rooms had exposed plugs for the TV, wires hanging out on the lamp, and I’m pretty sure they don’t work. Bathtub has really weird stains, clock doesn't work and A/C keeps having its own mind and randomly turning off.

Housekeeping is usually undependable and frequently very lousy. Breakfast is poor quality. Desk clerks are often not available at the desk or by phone. Some don't know how to take payments, including the owner, which is a time-consuming hassle. I pay a monthly rate of $1,400 which is much too expensive for just a room, without any amenities.

August 2023, $112 with taxes. This is an older hotel but it looks like they are putting money into it. From all the negative reviews I thought I made a mistake and was prepared to find another place. Not the case as this place is fine for a nite or two. The hallways were freshly textured and painted with new carpeting. My room was freshly painted and linens were new and clean. The furniture was typical hotel stuff and fridge actually had a freezer. A nice sized desk for doing my work stuff. A/C blew cold and the three lights had outlets on ever one of them. The bathroom and sinks looked new. The shower had lots of pressure but the shower head was too low. The towels are cheap generic white ones but they are clean and do the job. It's is a walk up hotel (no elevator) but if you've ever traveled much around the world then this won't be a problem for you. The stairs are carpeted and it feels like someone left the metal lip on the edge from a previous installation. It seems some people have gotten spoiled or lazy when it comes to using elevators. The motel is right off the interstate and busy streets but we didn't hear any noise in our room. It has a couple of coin laundry machines next to the lobby. For the age of the hotel it's actually pretty clean. I would just suggest to the owners to update the front door area, lobby and reception desk area.

Nice rooms, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, fridge and microwave. Hot water and a decent continental breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and I was able to make my security deposit in cash which I really appreciated. Rooms were nice for the price and felt very comfortable (though mattress comfort is subjective). Air conditioner worked very well cooling the whole room though some people may think its too loud. Cons: There are no ramps or elevators and the rooms start on the second floor, so unless you’re packing light you’ll have to carry all the luggage upstairs. The layout of the light switches in the room is a little interesting and one of the switches turns on one of the lamps but besides that the rooms were great.

The one star is for the front desk attendant who was helpful and kind, which I really appreciated. The rest of the experience was pretty bad - first room's bathroom had urine on toilet and on the floor, there was a heavy cigarette odor, and the blanket cover was dirty. I was able to get different room, which was a little better but still dirty - coffeemaker was dirty, blanket cover had spots, nightstands had cup rings, doors were dirty, a light was out. Also, the lock didn't work... unless they improve cleanliness, I definitely do not recommend staying here

Super unclean, we had to clean it ourselves just to use the bathroom. Pee stains on the toilet and hair in the shower. Random socks under the bed from previous owners. Super unclean and not worth the price

Front desk staff was nice.. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Linens and mattress were clean. Floor, microwave, mirrors, tabletops were filthy and not cleaned. Hallways and stairs were filthy. Not the best neighborhood.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Very unprofessional staff 24/7...Vanessa bailed on me without a solution for no power for 2 days. Had power now no power in my room. No lights or charging on my devices. Night staff says stay in room. Totality unhappy. Now the power is out in my room while I'm doing business on my phone and laptop. Vanessa assured me that things would be fixed then she left without moving my room. I've got no lights, my refrigerator groceries are going to spoil. Avoid this place at all costs. I'm in the lobby since I don't have power on room to charge devices. They blamed me for my electric skateboard. Which was not plugged in but the manager said it was. No power in room. Have to charge my electronics in the room. They will not move me to a room with power😡 Checked out asap!

On arrival, we found that the only access to the rooms were up a steeper than normal set of stairs. On entering our room, we found food and trash on the desk, in the refrigerator and in the waste cans; used towels in the bathroom and a dirty vanity counter. After returning to the front desk, we were assigned to another room. While the room had been cleaned, we again found outdated accommodations. On first use, we found a significant leak from the drain of the sink. Not wanting to move again, we used the vanity waste can to catch the leak and reported it to the front desk. This was not fixed during our stay. The curtains were usable but broken. One of the bedside lights was burned out. The heat pump room air unit was a complete annoyance. The fan was loud as it would not change speeds and it cycled constantly which would wake us throughout the night. Even after blocking the large gap under the entry door to keep the freezing temperatures of the unconditioned hallway out, because the AC was located at eye level, the heat in the room was stratified causing chilling temperatures at the floor and warm temperatures from the waist up. While the tv had been updated to a smaller flatscreen, the cable/satellite box was definitely dated and provided low quality picture. Our visit to the breakfast was a waste of time. The only think offered hot was the waffle maker, which we did not try. The multi selection coffee maker provided very weak coffee. The milk, yogurt, butter and other chilled items were in a locked refrigerator and looked like they had been there a while. Bottom line, I will not be returning, and will recommend other locations to anyone that asks.

We thankfully only stayed for one night but the hotel is awful! The appearance of it alone, both inside and out, definitely gives an impression of an outdated facility. Parking lot and people hanging out there seemed very sketchy, a man was smoking pot that stunked up the whole place, there are no elevators which is hard to imagine these days in a hotel, the room was pretty dirty. The rug was the worst, it was disgusting. Bathroom was not clean, there was hair in the tub, floor was dirty. Bedding seemed ok but not much else. An employee knocked on our door and then tried to get in the room at 11 pm while we were sleeping, it scared the heck out of us, I've never experienced something like that in my life. The staff was nice throughout the hotel, that was good. But the cleanliness was the worst and the run down area around the hotel.

The place smells of cigs and the guy at the front desk even mentioned that management were a------- about smoking in the rooms and charging $200 which they did charge my card for! How are they still even up and running and charging an ungodly amount of money for these nasty rooms that arent clean and stink like cig. smoke? If i dont get the $200 back i will charge with fraud through my bank this is ridiculous. Dont stay here!!!
