Good place to stay. Room was in good condition and I never had any problems with the room or staff. Staff was quick to give extra towls, soap, etc. when asked. The free breakfast is just grab and go items and coffee. They also have a washer and dryer on the property, which is a plus. But for whatever reason that room smelt a little bit funky. The housekeepers came about every 3rd day and would clean the room. For whatever reason, it didn't seem like they cleaned the floor ever, durning my prolonged stay. I tend to track in leaves and seeds, due to my outdoor job. So, I would notice that the same debris would stay on the floor, even after housekeeping cleaned my room. The location feels really safe, overall. And it is within walking distance of many food places, stores and recreation opportunities. Overall, good place, they just needs to keep on top of cleaning a little better.

Horrible. Absolutely do not stay at this hotel. The staff gives conflicting information, doors won't unlock, stay closed, filthy, leaky plumbing, no answer from front desk when you need to get into your room and not safe whatsoever. Avoid and find a better place. Spy camera device detected as well. Negative 5 stars. They won't refund any of my stay for the inconvenience. Lawsuit in route.

The toilet was clogged. Sadly, the insite person was woken up to get a plunger, but it wouldn't flush/clear. I had come straight from the ER. It took 45+mins to get checked in because they required a hundred dollar deposit, we didn't have enough on our debit card after booking it via a 3rd party online. It wasn't disclosed when booking it they would require a deposit. So I had to call my dad with Dementia and ask if we could use his card. I had to talk him through the process of getting a form filled out and emailed back. It drove my poor dad over the edge for stress. It was unnecessary, I have never had an issue anywhere we have ever stayed. I was sick with low potassium levels and kindly issues and was vomiting & full body charlie horse type pains. I had to use the garage can, with no extra liners to throw up in. The smell from the toilet and vomit was unpleasant. I don't think we'll be going back. It felt like we were being bit by bugs as the night when on. The front desk person was pleasant and nice. The room was clean. But not worth the hassel.

Terrible customer service. Money hungry. They will blatantly remind you they are a cheap place to stay.

Outside is not great, but the room was clean and very nice. Good location near Roseburgs downtown and wildlife safari. Service even though are short handed were great. They are very friendly and helpful.

This is a no-frills, working man's motel. It isn't fancy, but who cares? The room was clean and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. I would definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff, rather ALL the staff seems like very hard workers and good people. They are helpful, kind and tried to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible (which was a godsend for a tired workin man 😅💗. The owner was super nice and accommodating. It was a very nice stay, will definitly be staying again 😊💖.

Beds were ok but no comforters. Got cold with AC on low, too warm with fan alone. The place was run down and in need of repairs and also it was not clean. Walls in bath were covers in drip stains, shower curtain grimy, towels discolored or dirty. Sink was severely chipped. There were a few stains on carpeting and some hair stuck to walls. Mirrors were clean as was small refrigerator. However the coffeemaker was gross inside. Continental breakfast was to be included but not provided. Price was higher than advertised online.

Hopeless hotel. Very dirty. Bed was dirty, no covers on pillow. Comforters very dusty and dirty with spots. Curtains were dirty and dusty. Carpet was full of spots and stains. Toilet was not cleaned, yellow stains all over the seat.yukkk. Moreover they charged us $20 for using the towels. They just give nutri bar. Most of the time they close the office. You cannot take coffee or anything because they are out of stuff everytime. They didn't even provide water. Very dissatisfied. Don't know why I wasted my money. Stay away from this hotel. Hopeless experience.

While the reception staff were excellent - cheerful, and helpful - the cleanliness of the rooms and the offered "included breakfast" were completely unsatisfactory. The bathroom had dried yellow urine all over the rear base of the toilet, making it obvious the cleaning staff hadn't even attempted a quick wipedown of the complete toilet or floor. The room rate was advertised as including a free breakfast. The breakfast consisted of a minimal selection of prepackaged granola or fig bars, and children's juice boxes. There was no orange juice or milk, no toast or coffee, not even any cold breakfast cereal. The offered items don't meet even my most minimal definition of "breakfast"

Usually I would expect much more from a Howard Johnsons. This one has no pool, no free breakfast-although in the front it looks like they are set up to offer the free breakfast. And the front door to the office is locked, you have to ring the doorbell to be let in.

Super nice front desk guy! The room though, it was grunge and in desperate need of an update. The location was good for me but it wasn't the nicest area. Wyndham needs to update it. At least get some new linens and towels that aren't stained.

Very sketchy hotel. We were a late check in (11pm) and the whole vibe of this place gave my family and I the creeps. Then when we went to go to our room, an older woman was peeking out of her window watching us come in. Looks like people actually live there. The sheets looked disgusting and huge black stains on the carpet. I'd never come back here again.

The rooms are updated and decent. The website says breakfast included however because of Covid they don't have breakfast they should update their website.. Somehow our key card didn't work so we had to go to the office to reactivate.. I had to ask for a extra blanket twice before I received one..

Wifi here was horrible. Every time our device turned off it would disconnect from the wifi. And even when it said we were connected it wasn't working (and our data wasn't working well in the area either). Breakfast was granola bars that weren't available until after 9 am. If you're just looking for a cheap place to crash, this is it. If you're looking for amenities (or functioning wifi) this is not the place to go. Also the shower water did get warm, but not HOT HOT which is what we wanted after all the hiking and traveling we had been doing. It is in kind of a weird location if you have to turn left (it doesn't really seem like you're supposed to take a left turn into there) but it's pretty close driving distance to food so that is a plus. The A/C worked GREAT! We were gone for like 90 mins for dinner and came back to an ice box (which is way better than the hot room that we arrived to).

Will never book reservations at this place ever again ! They docked me for one night's stay for canceling 38 minutes beyond the cutoff even after respectfully requesting the penalty be waived. This is a prime example of poor customer service 😒
