East point mall a staple of Baltimore County East point mall is awesome it's Walls have seen a lot of business in the past 10 years call me crazy but I think we need to expand East point mall it's gone up and down overtime but it's still here despite the smell of the local area if you want to get fresh to death for a good price I would highly suggest Eastpoint Mall Santa Claus on Christmas they do a damn good job

This is my absolute favorite Subway the owners and managers and staff of this location a very attentive very polite and very clean. I enjoy stopping through just to hear them say hey where have you been haven't seen you for a while. It makes you feel welcome to even spend your money there everything is always been fresh and we'll up to par as far as my sandwich goes enjoy it keep up the good work.

This mall was the place to be years ago. But under management. It has declined over the years. Stores owners aren't to friendly. In most stores. It reminds me of the FLEA MARKET now. Its good to grab something to wear quick. Other than that it needs a whole reboot!!

With the exception of the anchor stores in a handful of small shops the mall is largely vacant. I worked there doing the 90s and it used to be full of life with people and stores that were all open also there is no dark and lonely looking storefronts. It either needs a revitalization or a Wrecking Ball.

Plenty of shops to choose from but not the best demographics. I use to work in a store located here about 6 years ago and there was a lot of theft/crime. But it seems like mall management are really making the effort to turn things around. I'm starting to like shopping here again, more during the morning, and I visit more often. Will recommend to others.

So not eat here, the guy was giving me the wrong sub and i told him, he scrapped off all the stuff and was re- using the roll for my sandwich and i told him dont give that to me. Thats not right and to get a fresh roll he refused so i told him keep it. He put the roll back with the other rolls

Just ok. Not a great selection of stores outside of the main department stores. The Burlington Coat factory here leaves MUCH to be desired in terms of customer service and cleanliness. The food court wasn't appealing enough to try.

I understand that this mall was once quite reputable, but it has clearly gone downhill since then. Don't recommend coming here unless you need to stop in one of the anchor stores and don't feel like driving to White Marsh Mall.

Access from east bound Eastern Av is easy n plenty of safe parking...I love this store...it is a company owned store...n they tend to replace the manager every 3-6 months...I think the newly appointed managers r really trying to impress, food is always fresh, clean store with friendly employees, they seem to take all coupons (paper n e coupons) u can pay cash..credit/debit..phone

Manager did not wash his hands before dealing with customers food. IJust put the gloves on and start to make your food. Just nasty. I asked him to put gloves on and he dinked me service but was about to make my order before I asked him to wash his hands after being on his cellular device. Need to just shut east point mall down atp. We’re still in a pandemic And still it’s dirty
