    Kudos to Jakill for his wonderful and friendly customer service. I sat in on my break and enjoyed the fall decor 🍂. The dining room staff Ms. Wee came and checked on me and provided a place mat, very friendly and sweet lady.

    Spent over 20 bucks ans got nuggets that werent the proper portion size, made a complaint via app and Danielle Alderson didnt provide any compensation. Her response said that she was sorry and they hope to do better in the future (paraphrase). I'm done with this place, see the attached photo. I Added a badly handled Breakfast Sandwich from today 4/21/23, it's clear that they don't care and no follow-up about complaints.

    Excellent service and price. I’ve ordered hash browns today. They are crispy. And ketchup they provided is very easy to use without any mess. Definitely coming back to try their other breakfast items. Hopefully chicken isn’t dry and old like last time.

    The people here are very nice. The food is wonderful. The inside is also very nice and clean. However, entry to this location is near impossible. I've tried to come here on multiple occasions with the same result. A line backed out of their drive-thru blocking up the traffic in the mall road. No point in placing a pre-order. You can't get into the parking lot to park and have your order brought to you. Very disappointing. When you're hungry I suggest someplace else

    Me and my son come to this location every Saturday and it used to be great. No longer. Fries are usually soggy, cold, and not fresh. Nuggets tend to be undercooked and/or not fresh. Not sure what happened but I'm not sure I want to keep eating here. Quality control has gone out the window it seems.

    Let me say this is the rudest experience I have ever had at Chick-Fil-a ever!! The cashier which I believe was a front line manager was the rudest most I none personable person I ever met in here! If I heard the word ANYTHING ELSE ANYTHING ELSE ANYTHING ELSE!!! I was gonna flip out I couldn’t even remember what else I wanted because she did that! I guess because the cashier was cleaning windows she had to interact with people and that was a problem for her! Al I know she if she is my cashier again! I will make sure I leave!!

    Not too bad 4 stars for the food I only got hash browns while they weren't too bad they had been sitting a little bit so they weren't the hottest and kind of falling apart otherwise not a bad visit. Staff very friendly, professional and quick

    I've been to almost all Chick-fil-A's in Baltimore and its surrounding counties and this is by far the slowest chick fil A. I watch their workers play on their phones and have conversations with each other while customers are waiting for their food. The traffic setup around this Chick-fil-A is not great and because chick fil a's service is so slow they constantly cause issues on the main road due to the traffic they're causing. They have also messed app a very simple order multiple times... Chick-fil-A sandwich regular fry regular Coke extra pickles. I wouldn't think anybody would ever mess up the most basic order at a restaurant there is but somehow they've managed to do it several times.

    I stopped coming here for a while because the line was so long but now I’m completely done with this location. My orders through the app have been consistently wrong but today took the cake. I asked for 2 spicy deluxe, went back to get the right order and was given 2 regular sandwich’s again. It’s either they give you no condiments or your order is messed up. I just don’t understand how food is this hard.

    Who doesn’t love Chick-fill A? There’s people that actually likes their job, they greet you well, foods always on point. I always order the cobb salad, they always miss putting my dressing sauce but I’m ok with that, I know one day they’ll put it.🤣😎

    This place is great and I come all the time, but I saw an interaction today that I’ve seen multiple times from the same person and it’s not okay, blonde girl with glasses, always being short, always has an attitude, always raising her voice for no reason and as much I come there I had to say something, specially with DoorDash drivers, they’re doing a legit job and it shouldn’t bother you if they come to pick up an order or you should also have some respect for them. I’m probably speaking for plenty drivers, but if you can’t be nice and you have a customer service position you should maybe switch jobs.

    The last few times I have visited this chickfila I have had nothing but bad experiences. I reached out to the operator of the chickfila to share my experiences and I get a generic response stating that they are working on improving their team and service, thank you for having patience and providing feedback. Like if you really cared about your customers you would personally take the time to hear their concerns and respond back in a person email, not one that is auto generated by a computer that they send to everyone. The food the last two times I have been to this chickfila has been horrible. I have ordered the chicken minis and the biscuits were so hard and dry, they tasted like they sat for two days. The chicken was nothing but overcooked, dry, breading ends with hardly any chicken. I ordered a large drink and more than once the Spanish woman at the window has argued with me about what I ordered. How unprofessional. The customer service at this restaurant is just plain sad. Everyone looks like they hate their life and their jobs. No friendly, welcome to chickfila or it's my pleasure. It's what can I get you and then when you get to the window it here's your food and goodness please dont say you didnt get something or are missing something. They argue with you like its coming out of their pocket or paycheck. Like I said it's just plain sad. I will be taken my business to the middle river chickfila where they take the time to appreciate the business.

    It's Chick-fil-A... this is a good one. My drive through orders have always been correct, it's clean when we dine in and the people seem genuinely interested in doing a good job and have a positive vibe. I guess the major issue I have is a result of it's success. It is usually so packed that the intersection before the lot can become jammed. That is why I knocked atmosphere down a star... As with any of their locations, be sure to use the app and claim your rewards.

    Despite the drive thru line typically being long, the staff works fast and efficiently to keep the flow moving quickly. They have a system that makes it easy for a quick trip. The staff are always friendly and work well together. The food is always good and constant

    I have always loved this place but honestly I have noticed since people are out there doing our orders it's not as good services it was in the past it was more of the person had a attitude and she had me keep repeating myself and I feel if she wasn't ore occupied with other things she would have heard me the first time I said anything,so after we drove to next spot that man was one nice gentleman . So his pleasant voice and attitude actually made up for the beginning person. Thanks for good food.

    I use the chicfila app to order and three times I have not received my complete order. So usually I am short a chicken sandwich which means I don’t get to eat. Its me ordering the food and I consistently get charged for a meal i am not provided with so I will be switching to a different location to get my food from now on. Ordering from your business has cost me three meals. That may not be much to you but skip your next three meals and let me know how you feel about such an easily avoidable incident as not fulfilling your order is important. The obvious lack of follow thru of checking the receipt versus the items in the bag is sad.

    I use to come to this location all the time but have recently chose to give it up after this last episode, I rather ride all the way to the Martin BLD location and that's sad becuase I live almost across the RD from THIS (East Point) location. It seems like they can hardly ever get an order correct anymore because of trying to move to fast and not taking enough time to LISTEN!! I had to return to this location SEVERAL times yesterday (Friday 12/01/2023) because of their mistakes which shouldn't of happened because of working fast food in the past myself I make sure speak loud and clearly when speaking to a worker or in the speaker and on top of that the order was read back to me correct! Almost everytime I've been there in the last two months some how they have managed to mess my orders up! Yesterday I asked for a side salad and got a chicken wrap and side salad was clearly on the reciept, came back later that evening and ordered a chicken noodle soup bowl and received a tortilla soup bowl and once again chicken noodle soup bowl was on the reciept!!! Then when you have to go back to bring their screw ups to their attention they have the nerve to have an attitude as if you were the one who didn't pay attention and not them!! I don't get it...
