Very professional medical staff. Everyone made the process leading up to my procedure extremely easy and worry free, The procedure itself was one of the easiest I have had. Dr Anders is fabulous! A consummate and knowledgeable medical professional, she was very thorough in explaining everything I needed to know about the procedure and my results after the procedure. I highly recommend Dr Anders and her medical staff!

I am always anxious going to any type of Doctors appointments and this time was no different. What was different was the staff, they were very welcoming and comforting especially my nurse, he had me laughing and that helped chase away my nerves. My doctor was so kind and caring and not only listened to me but believed me and came up with a great plan.

Beginning with my megacolon many years ago, I have been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Wong. He always listens to my concerns and ensures that I understand if tests are needed, what the tests will entail, and what we will do with the information from them. I would recommend anyone with gi issues to consult with Dr. Wong!

Everyone was so polite and extremely professional. We didn’t have a long wait and the doctor actually took the time to ask and allow questions to be answered. Most Doctors ask her questions but don’t allow her to “completely” answer. Dr. Wong treated my 85 year old Mom as if she were just as important to him as she is to us. We left feeling productive and respected.

I have been seeing Dr. Lee for over 3 years now. As a retired Veteran of 21 years, I can put my full trust in Dr. Lee and his staff. They have taken immaculate care of me. My experience was like a dream. The treatment and kindness were great. Dr. De Trane friendly and professional. He explained to me how the whole procedure would be, which would only take 20 to 25 minutes. I was very nervous, it was my first time with this procedure, I was nervous and scared. Everything was in a blink of an eye... All good. Thank you Dr. De Trane for his professionalism and care.

Dr. Wong is great. He is very conservative, takes his time & very thorough. However, there are some issues with the office. Dr wants to see me in 6 weeks, but no available appointments for 3 months. To me that means they are not leaving him any time to schedule some appointments as needed. They are filling up his schedule completely & immediately. Also, you can't schedule regular appointments more than 2-3 months out. Most times when calling, you get voice mail & you may get a call back a couple of days later. I realize everyone is short staffed, but this was the case pre-covid as well

Dr. Lee and his staff with Denise Hamilton saved my life. I was having unbearable pain and could barely leave my house. Nobody could figure out was wrong until Dr.Lee and Denise Hamilton ran a certain test. I can't thank them enough now I am living life having no issues because of them. They're the best DUO, they listen, they care and they genuinely want to help. I can recommend them enough they're outstanding and they stay on top of it.

Amazing experience with Dr. Detrane! Very knowledgeable, professional, kind and patient. He took his time and actually listened, ask questions and came up with a plan that fits me. He performed my procedures and was very informative in my follow up appointment. Dr. Detrane himself actually called me the evening of my procedure to see if I was feeling OK! Absolutely amazing and wonderful experience.

Dr. Wong and his nurse, Jennifer, are amazing! After my procedure, Dr. Wong called me personally to check on me. That means a lot. Both Dr. Wong and Jennifer take their time and make sure you understand what they have went over. I feel like I am in great hands!!

Dr. Wong is a very caring doctor. I have been to him on many occasions. Some required that I see another doctor. Dr. Wong is always willing to talk to them regarding the situation. He is always great about following up with me or a family member if necessary.

Everything went great from check-in to nurse vitals to Dr DeTrane check up and discussion. After that another nurse handed me papers and dropped me off in the waiting room, waiting to visit with the scheduler to schedule a procedure that I discussed with the doctor. After an hour waiting to get called back to meet with the scheduler, I went to the front desk to ask on status. Apparently I had slipped through some process gap and they didn’t know that I was even still sitting there waiting. The front desk called the scheduler who then took me back and apparently had no idea that I was waiting to meet with her to schedule the follow up procedure. Appears to me that the office needs to improve their internal communications and not let customers sit around for an hour and waste their time.

Everyone is professional workers. They take their time in listening to you. I love my Gastro Dr. She is phenomenal. I would be loss without her, I trust her with my health and decision concerning my health. God Bless the entire Staff

Dr. Pie and his staff are top of the line. I had an endoscopy colonoscopy and a follow up appointment. Dr. Pie made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and made me feel like a valued patient. I myself worked in the medical field for eight years. When it comes to medical providers I’m picky and know who’s the best in each field. Dr. Pie exceeded my expectations, I promise you won’t regret booking with him and his staff. I have never been one to be comfortable with doctor visits or doctors in general. There are 2 doctors that have my complete trust and confidence. Dr. Wong is one of those 2 doctors. He is always pleasant, professional and concerned. As busy as he is I never feel rushed through visits or made to feel less than important. The young lady that called me in and weighed me and took my vitals was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr, Wong thorough in asking questions and talking to me about my health, meds and upcoming blood work and test. He went over by my medical records with me, which I truly appreciated and he had one of his male trainee with him. The young lady that came back and brought my papers for the lab work, test and blood work along with the summary of what took place today was very thorough and efficient. I give the service an A+.
