Best Louisiana spicy chicken in town. Their windows are always clean and shining, so does the rest of the restaurant. Chicken tastes good and fresh cooked, and staffs are very friendly. I love this place and I give a five star.

I came here today around 4 with my friends after going to the movies, and we all decided to get some food here. When we came to the store, we were greeted by a ma’am named Arlene and a sir named Moises. They helped us with an order by suggesting us to use the coupon for a 10 pc families meal w/ two lg side orders of our choice as well 5 biscuits. We got half spicy and classic chicken with double fries as our sides. The service was quick after a 1-2 min wait which was great. The chicken and fries were really good and fresh as well. We really enjoyed our food and the price wasn’t too bad for it which was roughly $26 for all of it. Overall, the service and food was good and Very many thank yous to Arlene and Moises for the service 😁.

The gentleman who put the order for us is very nice so the service is good. The fried chicken is not fresh at all, and the chicken leg is tiny and dry. I feel like those are being displayed behind the counter for the whole day. We spent $30+ and I don’t how to convince myself to those hard-as-rock fried chicken on a Saturday night. Disappointed.

The woman taking my order was very helpful. She even helped me save a few bucks by offering a lunch time promo I wasn’t aware of. Food was ready before I could even step away from the register and it was piping hot. Dining area was the cleanest I’ve ever seen a fast food restaurant and it was just me and one other person eating. Honestly, one of the best fast food experiences I’ve ever had.

Saturday night, chicken tasted like flour. I didn't even need to chew. As soon as I put it on my mouth, it melted. I don't know if it's safe to eat.

Pay 17 dollars to get 4 pics combo I got a smallest pieces of chicken all over the world, 2 of them drumsticks 1 very small wing , no taste, even the side order coloslo was half empty , definitely I will go another place to eat now , sad that I waste $17 As if this meal for 1 year baby Never come again to this brunch I prefer to drive 2 or more miles to get good food Don’t waste your money , you will fell as you never eat

First time at Popeyes Rosemead Blvd Pasadena mid-afternoon on a Saturday. Server was mature woman possibly manager. I was being ignored by other workers so she politely came up front to ask if I was being helped. Ordered RED BEANS AND RICE because that was closest thing to vegetarian. She did disclose that item has meat flavoring. The food came in a tiny cardboard cup -- half the size of a Starbucks smallest coffee cup with 6 - 8 bites of food, maybe 4oz for $4.15! It was cold and lukewarm; all I could taste was smoked (chicory) flavoring; very salty. I was hungry and had already left building. Figured I could hurry home and microwave it. I should've gone back and asked for refund. Thought a mature worker would give better service especially after I told her my nephew just started his first job at Popeyes out of state. Stomach started hurting when I was almost finished. Bad aftertaste.

The Popeyes over here in Pasadena is great and clean. Only go there 3 week Sundays after work at Domino's if it's the coupon. Also have good friends there which is Nick and David whom they're organized and nice as well. Also heard the name Erica is a great person taking orders at the Drive Thru. Recommend to not go there on Weekdays cuz it's always busy around that time.
