I had the lasagna for lunch and all was delicious! The bread sticks were buttery and tasty! Plus Francine was an amazing waitress!

Rating: 1. Overall 2* - due to poor front hostesses' attitude, it gets 2*. The restaurant was not busy. The hostesses, normally, take dinners to the tables, they did none of this service. They would prefer talking to each others, then did the hostess job. Look at the time waiting: arrived at 12:08 p.m. Seating at 12: 21 p.m. 2. Service 1* - lousy attitude of hostesses. The waiter worked very hard and served more tables than normal days. He should get a 4*. 3. Atmosphere 3* - quiet, but unruly on the restaurant. *** See the photos shown: - restaurant was not busy - the hostesses at front, nanager talk to help. Retrain the service attitudes. - Coffee, was really BAD. COLD coffee. The waiter said that was the coffee. Never was pippy hot. Restaurant Manager - do something to get the coffee pots and keep the coffee hot. This was our worst experience with this Olive Garden!!!

Customer service great, place is clean, wait time isn't that long and the soup is good. But the main course wasn't great the spaghetti was flavorless the shrimp tasted if it has been sitting on the counter for too long , the lasagna was bad and the bread was too salty.

I would like to give 0 stars with my experience today. I requested a table for 4 and was sat down at a small booth fit for 2. I asked if we could be moved to new seating and was told to go back to the host and have to wait again. I was able to rearrange everyone’s seating in the most comfortable way possible with my son sitting at the end of the table with a high chair. As we had already looked at menus deciding to order a host came over and made us move due to the high chair being in the walk way. Completely understandable. They moved us to a table in the back corner which was more suitable for a seating arrangement. The host told us not to worry about our menus or drinks and she would bring them to us. We only got 2 out of 4 drinks brought back and no menus. We sat here in the corner for 25 minutes until a waiter finally came over to take our order. Well how can we even order now when we’ve been without menus for 25 minutes? He brought over menus and waited by us to order. I was thankful for his helpfulness. But as for the rest of the experience by far the worst I’ve had at a family restaurant. The hostess need to be retrained cause they clearly don’t know what’s going on or how to seat their guests.

After 1hour and 44 minute outside in the heat, we made it in. Although we have to rush because we had a baseball training at 5... They should highly on their web the waiting is longer. I know is not their fault but a tent one or two should be place at the side of their table. It was sad to see the host be outside in the extreme heat. With no proper gear or tent for her. They do send out a text which will count your number down as guest goes in. But I noticed guess we're going in and that waiting list was not moving, "awkward" but after all the food was ok, wrongly serve but good, missing utensils and napkins but I appreciate my waiter to keep coming to my table asking me if my kiddos were doing fine. Reason why they got 2 stars. I know to serve there are many people involved and I can put it on my waiter he did great, excellent actually. Place wasn't crowded inside and just believe some staff probably not train properly or short of staff. Who knows... Have a great day everyone.

Justin ,the bartender, was very detail oriented and experienced. Felt he could have used a little help for the dinner rush. Elisa was the glue of that shift, I could tell. There was a couple of employees taking their break in the bar area that were loud and using profanity, forgetting they were right next to guests that were dining. Overall good experience. Love the shrimp alfredo fettuccine. The service was awesome. Our server was Frank. He told us he is new but he did an excellent job!! Our drinks were on point. Def a good place to have a great dinner 🥂

Food was delicious as always. I had years I hadn't gone... I sure missed it. Unfortunately they have removed another item off their Menu, NO more Stuffed Mushrooms.

Lovely location next to Montebello mall. The food at this location was delicious. The service and employees here were welcoming and so helpful! Great food as always. I'm glad I got the chance to experience this location.

We visited this location on a Saturday night. It was busy and we were told we would have a 1 hour + wait. We were eventually able to snag a seat at the bar and save an additional 30 minutes in waiting time. Destiny was our server and we had maybe the best quickest and most attentive service I've ever had at an Olive Garden. My soda was refilled often and quickly. Our soup and salad was served quickly. Everything we asked for was done. Our order was correct, we got the extra sauce we ordered, etc. Really great experience! Thank you Destiny for the top notch service tonight.

The food was great, as far as Italian food goes. The environment of the olive garden is welcoming and very warm. Our server did a great job, given that we went with a group of 10 people. There was a slight hiccup, but nothing too major. We took advantage of the never-ending pasta that was good, and as far as what everyone wants, the bread sticks, they were always there, warm and ready. We liked how those were not skimmed on. We always had plenty available. All in all, it was a pleasant experience...

Mariah was our server for a birthday celebration, and we were a party of 6. She was so attentive and had a great attitude. She had a great sense of common sense and observations, bringing plenty of plates and utensils without the group having to ask. The night went smoothly, and we had a great experience. To make things even better, she brought out the crew to sing happy birthday. It was fun 😁 to see our family member blush.

So Olive Garden is definitely the best restaurant , my girlfriend Alejandra and our children Jazlynn and Steve love the experience. On January 4th, we had the extreme pleasure of sitting in a booth. Let's just say our OG team member Alexis V is extremely organized and very professional. Quality of food is by far one of the most important parts of dining in. Alexis guaranteed our meal was prepared correctly , while she also made sure to check on us every time she passed by. We could feel her positive Energy , making eye contact and smiling to make you feel like you are part of the OG family. Remember, this is a very busy restaurant. Everyone loves Olive Garden. Alexis made sure we had a memorable evening. This also happened to be our children's birthdays, Jazlynn and Steve. While really savoring the moment, I look over at another table and I see the table hasn't yet been attended. I notice a Man named Daniel N who was very well dressed, stop by and check on the table. He immediately begins to take their order. It caught our attention. After going to the front desk to discreetly inform Alexis we were celebrating our kids B day we noticed Daniel N is actually the Manager. By the way if you let your OG member know, they will sing happy Bday to the person leveling up their age. Talk about leading by example. Seeing Daniel step in and instantly start taking that families' order was impressive. This compliments the restaurant so much. We absolutely loved seeing this. Seeing a Manager lead his team displays a strong work ethic. As a customer, we get to see the side of dining in. I can say we never felt like customers, We felt like we were at home with our family. DANIEL N and Alexis V created a memory for our family. Dining out is much more than just food and customer service. It is also Positive vibes, smiling, engaging with your OG family members, creating memories, laughing, and taking pictures. I ordered a variety dishes. Many of them came out very oily. There was a puddle of oil just sitting on the side of the plates. The salad was too sour. The lasagna was nice. But the creamy dishes were again, way too oily. The staff was really nice though. The chicken and potato gnocchi was really good my favorite by far. Had some fried sides and that was alright too, but could’ve been better.

Food was absolutely delicious like always. Ambiance was relaxing. Our waiter Melissa was the sweetest and gave us the best service tonight after a long day. She was slightly older and I believe she had light blonde/brown hair. She's super nice. Most likely the best waiter we've ever had. She definitely need a raise 🙌 shout out to her for making my day with my bf.

My friend and I went this week and everything was great! Our food was delicious and our server Moises was outstanding!! Very polite, always checking what we needed and answered all our questions about the food that we asked. He is very young but knows what he is doing and has great customer service! Thank you Moises for your help and for been patient and understanding with us. You were great! Will definitely be back to this Olive Garden. 👍

This was my first time ever trying Olive Garden- not sure if or when I’ll be back just because I was not a fan of the food itself. It wasn’t bad, everything seemed to be hot and fresh, I just had higher expectations. I do want to shout out our server Sarah G. It was a busy Sunday afternoon and she was extremely attentive to all of her tables. She made sure our food tasted great and kept up with refills. We did not go without. She is the main reason for my high rating. Sarah, thank you for being so kind and patient!

Even though we were told wait time was 40min, we were seated in less than 20min. Our server was Robert. He has a great personality and was very attentive. We really enjoyed him. And like always the food was delicious.

Had a great dinner experience at the location. Philip at the bar offered an outstanding service by being extremely nice and professional. I give it 3 stars to the service. Our waiter to a long time with bringing us our forks and napkins, bread sticks. I UNDERSTAND that it was friday during dinner time, but it took a while. I will not return back to Olive garden in Montebello, CA

The Server (girl) was awesome. She always checked on us to ask if we needed anything. I give her a 💯. However the primary entrees, I would not recommend. Although the serving portions were generous. I only go to Olive Garden because if their all you can eat salad and bread.

Went with a friend from work, and we are at the bar. Service was great, drinks were great and the meal was great too. The atmosphere is good in the bar but it was not all that busy. I would come back, the food quality, temp and taste was perfect, the included salad was fresh and very good and the bread sticks were great too. I would come back.

Came here to enjoy a nice dinner with my family. Olive Garden has been my number one pregnancy craving & I was so disappointed. My food was over cooked, dry & disgusting. The server was great & very nice but food was so nasty my husbands food was very over cooked as well. We will not be returning to this location.

Food was good , service was great ! I would always go to the one in Glendale because of this one server who is really nice , helpful and really communicates with us but she moved to this location which now I will be coming here more because that’s how great she gives us service when we go…her name is Lexia if you ever go and want great service 10/10 recommend , location was nice and clean so will be coming back soon !

This place is good and the food was and has been great but the last time I went we had to wait over an hour to get a waiter and if I didn't say anything they would have never attended us. We got seated and all but not once did someone come to offer drinks or anything. It'll be a while before u go back to this location, they need to be more organized.....
