5/5 Soda P. 2 years ago on Google
I
started
here
for
an
extended
stay
of
3
weeks
in
November
and
December.
The
hotel
is
lacking
in
some
places.
There
is
no
guest
laundry,
no
pool,
and
snack
options
are
extremely
limited.
However,
what
the
hotel
lacks
in
amenities
is
more
than
made
up
for
by
the
exceptional
staff.
Somehow
they
managed
to
find
the
nicest
people
in
LA
and
hire
them.
Housekeeping
staff
are
the
most
efficient
and
considerate
hotel
housekeepers
I've
met.
They
have
a
great
team
working
there
right
now,
and
since
I
stayed
for
so
long,
I
think
I
delt
with
all
of
them.
I
met
4
front
desk
staff,
and
all
of
them
were
friendly
and
helpful.
They
went
out
of
their
way
to
fulfill
every
request
I
had.
Spoon?
Yes.
Coffee?
Yes.
Later
check
out?
Yes.
Extra
towel?
Yes.
They
look
for
ways
to
say
yes
to
every
request
made
by
a
guest,
and
that
kind
of
service
is
greatly
appreciated!
They
earn
5
stars
in
my
book,
and
I
would
recommend
them
to
my
family
and
friends,
in
spite
of
the
lack
of
some
amenities.
As
for
the
room,
the
bed
was
extremely
comfortable,
with
5
fluffy
pillows.
Furniture
was
clean
and
comfortable.
The
room
had
a
pleasant
clean
smell.
There
were
some
minor
maintenance
issues
like
a
bathroom
tile
that
had
a
crack
in
the
grout,
but
this
is
nothing
that
impacted
my
comfort.
I'm
sure
it's
been
fixed
by
now.
The
location
is
a
quick
10
minute
drive
on
the
freeway
to
the
heart
of
LA.
It's
right
by
the
entrance
to
the
freeway,
but
far
enough
away
that
you
don't
hear
it.
It's
right
by
a
shopping
center
with
a
Target
and
multiple
restaurants.
I
rented
a
car,
but
if
you
Uber,
it
will
be
relatively
affordable
to
get
around
from
this
hotel.
