Smells bad in the room. Like molding and urine. Very irritating. Your nose will get stuffy from it. Nasty stains on the furniture. Stains on comforters. About to go see if I can get my money back. Hopefully it's possible. Because my nose can't handle this anymore. today's date is June 14, 2023. Update: They do NOT give your money back. Seems like they know about the real conditions of this place and won't refund you. That makes this place 10 times worse now. We will be leaving, without a refund. Checking in to a different hotel. DO NOT COME HERE! AVOID. TELL EVERYONE.

The service is impeccable. The staff is kind, helpful, and genuine with their communication with you. I appreciate each step member, right down to the made service. They all are willing to assist as they can. The front desk will also print documents from your emails as you need. They are amazon. A rock star crew.

Very bad experience!!! When check-in, they spent 10mins and said can’t find my reservation and asked me to call the customer service by myself. And then in the room the hairdryer and lamp are broken(not work), when I used the hairdryer, it’s burned!!! And the upfloor made super noise at 11:40PM, I called the front desk to solve that, no one at front desk either. Breakfast not good either.

We were around the area very late night, so we decided to book this hotel. Night time front desk receptionist was unprofessional and rude. His service like jr high school student. Dirty, Noisy room. If you don’t believe us, try it. You will see. Your money worth it.

I cannot express how much "QUALITY" customer service ANTHONY (@front desk) brings to the table. He is politely humorous, sweet, very approachable while keeping it 💯 and very professional. We ❤️ our stays here at the Quality Inn located in Rosemead. Just wish there was some aquatics available.

I started here for an extended stay of 3 weeks in November and December. The hotel is lacking in some places. There is no guest laundry, no pool, and snack options are extremely limited. However, what the hotel lacks in amenities is more than made up for by the exceptional staff. Somehow they managed to find the nicest people in LA and hire them. Housekeeping staff are the most efficient and considerate hotel housekeepers I've met. They have a great team working there right now, and since I stayed for so long, I think I delt with all of them. I met 4 front desk staff, and all of them were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to fulfill every request I had. Spoon? Yes. Coffee? Yes. Later check out? Yes. Extra towel? Yes. They look for ways to say yes to every request made by a guest, and that kind of service is greatly appreciated! They earn 5 stars in my book, and I would recommend them to my family and friends, in spite of the lack of some amenities. As for the room, the bed was extremely comfortable, with 5 fluffy pillows. Furniture was clean and comfortable. The room had a pleasant clean smell. There were some minor maintenance issues like a bathroom tile that had a crack in the grout, but this is nothing that impacted my comfort. I'm sure it's been fixed by now. The location is a quick 10 minute drive on the freeway to the heart of LA. It's right by the entrance to the freeway, but far enough away that you don't hear it. It's right by a shopping center with a Target and multiple restaurants. I rented a car, but if you Uber, it will be relatively affordable to get around from this hotel.

Great customer service by WAI. Rooms are outdated, and small rooms. Our curtains were dirty and had been cut by previous people. The couch had lots of stains. I wouldn't sit on couches, but the customer service from WAI was amazing. We won't be staying here again but we gave them a try but just not worth the money.

On the surface this room looked very nice. But!!! The bathroom was a nightmare. Shower sprayed water from the connection, the pipes rattled so loud my husband and I couldn't even talk to each other. The water pressure was a joke. The exhaust fan was very noisy to. Thank heavens the bed was comfortable. The sink was so stopped up we couldn't leave the water on.

Location was good for the event I was attending. The room had a broken phone. Although cell phones take over the use of that. They should have ice machines on each floor. Service at the desk was quick and treated short

I did not have a reservation and when I asked the front desk if there was rooms available they did on the plus side they even had two side to side the pull-out couch didn't have any sheets on it I did have to ask front desk, phones didn't work I had to call the regular phone number to get ahold of front desk .gym is a little small but gets the job done 👍 the best part of my night was the beds it was super comfortable, the breakfast was amazing they had a big variety and very clean

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the air conditioning cold. Though this hotel suffers from what most older hotels do - its in dear need of refurbishment. The hallway carpets are ancient and faded. The blackout plastic in the window was ripped in several places. If it's a comfy bed you're looking for in this area, it's not bad for the price. And breakfast is included.

Walked off the elevator to see the nastiest carpet I've ever seen in a hotel, the room smelled, the curtains had holes in them, it looks like a half way house I ask for a soda they didn't have one they only had water and it was half full. I rode here with someone and they made the reservation I would have never stayed here on my own. The price was 140 for this dump.

This place has soiled carpet throughout the building, and the elevator is dirty as well. From the outside, it looks nice, but everything looks dirty inside The rooms are outdated. It reminds me of a 70's sitcom room or possibly a building that was used as transitional housing. As we went to park at one end of the parking lot, someone advised us not to as we couldn't see our vehicles (read between the lines). The curtains have holes in them. Not pleased at all.

Bed was hard as a brick! Accessible room had a great shower! Bathroom lacked place to put anything, no shelving or facebowl counter space. Thought the rooms were a tad old, possible blood splatter on bathroom walls. Excellent rail placement for handicapped in bathroom.

This place is absolutely horrible. The hallways smell like dog urine, there is mold on the curtains, mold on the walls in the bathroom, ants in the bathroom, broken blow dryer, smelly refrigerator, walls so thin if the person in the next room sneezes you can tell them bless you and they will hear you clear as day. The drain in the bathroom was clogged so the water went down very slowly. People live there so they like to play music on loud speakers at night. The “breakfast” is all cold foods. No eggs just apples coffee and donuts. The employees were very nice but this place is a DUMP. Not worth the price.

This property is in serious need of updating. The carpet in the hallways do not look like they were cleaned since the hotel was first opened. The staff was very unfriendly save for the breakfast lady who was the only nice one of the bunch. As a hotel staff member at another property, I have to say I personally would not work there. The appearance of the outside areas were very nice, but that is what draws unsuspecting guests in. My advice? Steer clear of this hotel unless you like rude staff and dirty hall carpets.

Hotel is ok, dishonest staff. We stayed on November 20th 2022, I forgot a corduroy pants, called the day after to ask about it and I was told no one saw it. Obviously the cleaning people kept it. It was nothing fancy but special for me. Not honest staff!!!!

Its pretty dreary honestly. Youd also be hard pressed to find an employee. If theres hot breakfast worth a darn i will update my review.

Was here for only three nights of what was supposed to be a 9 night stay. By night two my father and I found bites all over our arms and legs, until now we don’t know what they were. When we spoke to the hotel they refused to refund for the days we stayed because we “should have complained on night one”- even though on night one we obviously hadn’t realized of anything yet. Then when we went back to the hotel to explain the issue, the front desk employee had a horrible attitude and when we recommended he find a different job for his own sake because the hotel was horrendous he said “to you guys” as we walked off. When I told him to “shut up” because he is being rude to customers that are quite literally giving him advice he said “no you shut up”. Really crazy middle school attitude for an employee and the staff. At the end we are leaving with bites, hopefully not infections, bad experience and having to spend even more money on a better hotel with short notice (which makes it even more expensive). I’d recommend to never come here, and if you have to, record all your experience so you’re protected in case you have to complain or be safe against these employees. FYI this is my second negative review ever —in my life. That’s how bad this was. Be careful

horrible smell. overall dirty feeling. dark & dungy would be the best way to describe this hotel. Difinedtly not a 3.7 star hotel as describe on their website.
