Dear
owner,
you
have
an
employee
who
is
being
dishonest
towards
myself
and
other
customers.
She
is
the
woman
that
is
at
the
window
most
of
the
time.
She
wears
glasses
and
has
a
limp.
There
have
been
several
times
when
I
ask
her
to
give
me
a
certain
room
that
I
know
no
one
is
in
because
I
watched
them
check
out
and
return
the
key
but
she'll
lie
and
say
that
they
have'nt
checked
out
yet
and
will
refuse
to
give
me
the
room
and
gives
me
another
room
that
is
clearly
not
what
I
asked
for
and
is
way
worse
then
the
one
I
asked
for.
Or,
she'll
say
the
room
needs
to
be
cleaned.
When
I
clearly
seen
the
maid
clean
it.
i
have
seen
her
do
this
to
numerous
customers
as
well.
If
we
are
paying
good
money
to
stay
here
then
we
should
get
the
room
we
ask
for.
She's
not
paying
for
my
room
I
am
and
she's
not
sleeping
in
those
dirty
rooms
she
chooses
for
people
we
are
the
ones
sleeping
in
them.
I
just
want
my
money's
worth
just
give
me
the
room
I
ask
for
and
don't
lie
about
it
and
say
they
are
still
in
there
when
I
clearly
saw
them
check
out
and
return
the
key.
Don't
cheat
us
out
and
take
advantage
of
us
and
our
money.
