Great food, great service! Happy to return!

We were treated with prejudice and hate by our waiter . We ordered are food food was good we enjoyed each other another waitress was taking over for our waiter and she brought us our bill we payed and we left her or him who ever gets it’s a nice tip she took the money thanked us were walking out smiling 😊 then our waiter ran out in the parking lot and yelled EXUSE ME CAN I GET YOU FOLKS TO PAY YOUR BILL were like what he screams it over CAN I GET YOU FOLKS TO PAY YOUR BILL everyone in the parking lot staring at us my date goes back in and he says it again the female waitress walks by and says THEY DID PAY. Then he said they never pay . Meaning black people ( this was our first time coming here to this location . We had amazing service and food in Las Vegas reason we went to Rosemead . We was so embarrassed and upset . Ps I will be calling corporate .

This experience was terrible. The service was slow and the staff was unhelpful. We ordered 2 pounds of crawfish and 1 pound of clams, and after waiting 40 minutes, we were presented with the wrong order. When we asked for the clams, the manager told us that we did not order and we would have to wait another 10 minutes for him to place the order. He then proceeded to check the notebook to see if it was written down and seemed to have more trust in the notebook than in us. We were extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the lack of trust in us as customers. We will never be returning to this establishment. They need to improve how to serve the customer, then MAKE MONEY from customers.

I can’t say that I am a fan of this restaurant. The price is really high and the food quality is not worth the price. Especially since you do not get full service. Your drink will run dry. You can try to flag someone down but ultimately you will have to go to the counter. When I did go to the counter 3 employees made eye contact and quickly averted my gaze and passé me by. It took me a while shouting excuse me! Just to be ignored. I would go to the other end of the counter and say excuse me! And be ignored. When you see someone standing there with their empty cup in hand, lid off looking somewhat stressed and obviously trying to flag someone down, one would think an employee would deduce that the customer needs assistance. But no, they look at you like nope not going to help you and walk on by to stare at the counter or the back wall to avoid your gaze once more. This is more of an over rated and overpriced fast food seafood “restaurant”. I would rather go to the Crab Pot in Long Beach for this price. The environment is so much nicer. The food is WAY better! And the service is hands down better than this place. They actually serve the table and wait on the table. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s middle of the road, extremely LOUD with little noise dampening decor. The loud music doesn’t help the situation and nor does the negative vibe from the staff. The most polite the staff was is when we were leaving. Do yourself a favor and go to the Crab Pot in Long Beach. You will thank me! Trust!

Best restaurant ever in US. So good!

We went on a Friday night, average wait about one hour and a half...crazy since there were many empty tables inside. Service was much faster months ago, even with a full house. Food was delicious and it was a nice B-day treat for my coworker.

Ordered a couple of pounds of shrimp, a couple of pounds of mussels, a couple of pounds of crawfish, and a couple of pounds of clams all mild spicy with a whole sha-bang sauce. We also ordered some appetizers of half a dozen of oysters, sweet potato fries, fried calamari, and rice. Over all good service, long waiting time (1-1.5 hours on weekends and 15-30 mins on week days), and quality food.

We wanted to find a place to eat with real seafood and this place was so good , and the staff were so friendly and nice . The crawfish were small but , and the oysters looked very tiny , on the half shell . But , overall , the food was amazing !

Service is great. Place is clean. Employees are very attentive to your needs. Wait line is organized. My server had so much patience especially being my son’s first time there he is 11 years old. I forgot my servers name but he worked tables by bathrooms and he’s tall. I was there 10/07/21 @ 8 pm To him and all the staff great job

Great place to eat, but it does take 45 minutes just to get inside. Once you get a table it takes about another 30 mins to 45 mins to get the food. So make sure you are patient. The food is good for the price that you are paying. The service was ok, nothing crazy. They put a disposable paper on the table so you could just make a mess and not worry about it. You don’t get silverware so be ready to just eat with your hand. We had the shrimp, mussels, clams, lobster, potatoes, corn, hard boiled eggs and the gumbo. Everything comes in plastic bag with your choice of seasoning and spicy level. We got everything mild except the mussels. The mussels were medium and they were really spicy. I didn’t mind it because I like spicy but my gf couldn’t handle it. Good thing we got everything else mild. We were satisfied with everything. It was my gf first time and she said she enjoyed the experience but not her type of dinning.

Food was good and service was very friendly, but the wait for the table was about 90 minutes.

Dungeness crab! Clams! Shrimps! King crabs! One of our go-to spots for seafood and it always delivers. Would recommend trying their the whole SHA-BANG (mix with all three sauces) So good! Tips: They don’t take reservations and open at 3pm, there’s always a line before 3. Would recommend going early to avoid the long wait and get the booth seating. Enjoy!

Food was great would go back again

I go back because they are consistently good. I usually do takeout, and that is always the worst part. I always get a busy signal when prompted to dial 1 for telephone orders. This time, I had to call about 9 times before I got through. Then is all went smooth. I never liked their fries due to an aftertaste, but the side of potatoes and hard-boiled eggs in sauce were a pleasant surprise.

Good place to eat the seafood. The food tastes spicy if you choose Med taste. Not spicy to korean person. You can go and eat the food if you want to feel tasty seafood.

The food was so good. We will b going back. Service was Awesome. Our waiter was very good.

The food was very good and plentiful - just what you'd expect from a Cajun boil. Josh was great, attentive and upbeat, but not overly attentive. We enjoyed our visit.

Always a great experience! The staff is nice and super friendly! We ordered our usual shrimp basket, fried calamari, chicken tenders for my one kid that doesn't like seafood. And of course the shrimp boil(the whole sha-bang with corn and potatoes, although the potatoes were a bit overcooked, but still very tasty.

I like the place but they should have a little more flexibility with clients when they want to add someone at the last minute. It is not something that happens because we wanted it that way. We waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to be seated for the restaurant supervisor to come out saying that we were cutting the line. they are very exaggerated and that should be changed because they take things to another extreme and we had room for two more people in our seat and the restaurant was not that full

The wait was an hour, but it was well worth it! My birthday meal was fantastic! Everything tasted great!
