The dim sum here is amazing! You have to get the shui mai, tulip cake, rice cake plate, and the dessert in a cup. Service is not worth mentioning but the food is worth it. They also have California lobsters here that is hard to find and definitely worth trying.

Fantastic food for the price. Got enough to feed a small army in a group of 5 without breaking the bank. The stuffed crab claws were fantastic and the dumplings are a must. Drove 45 minutes for it and it was worth it.

The food was really great. Everything was prepared wonderfully and the Singapore noodles were some of the best we've had. The lobster was very good, and nicely done. Really good crispy roast pork also. The food is a little pricey and the service is okay, not great but not terrible. We were charged for tea that we didn't order though and when I pointed it out that we didn't order the tea, I was informed that it is charged to every person whether it is ordered or not. This is not good practice. Our meal was nearly $200 with the lobster making up more than half the amount, and somewhat over charged based on current market prices, and they felt the need to then charge us for tea that we didn't drink? Not sure what to say about that. I'll say again that the food is great and I would recommend this place based on the food alone, but with a caveat, don't forget to get your tea you'll be paying for it whether you drink it or not.

Dim sum here is great!!! They had special dishes that I haven't had anywhere else, and a lot of their standard dim sum dishes were very fairly priced. The black truffle shumai was delicious, the lobster dumplings were flavorful, the XO sauce was delicious, fried rice came in a pyramid which was a cool photo, crispy pork was awesome. Above all else, the lobster soup with crispy rice was unique and amazing! Of course, it's not cheap bc there's good quality lobster, but it was one of the most delicious soups I've had. Can't wait to go back and order it again. The bao that looked like a mushroom was tasty, and the HK dessert of puff pastry over baked almond milk was delicious! Make sure to order it early bc it takes 20-35 minutes. I went today, Sunday, by 11:15am and there was a long line of people waiting in the lobby and also people outside. So make sure to get there very early during those busy times.

This review is for their dim sum only. Came on a Sunday around noon for dim sum, and the wait was around 20-30 mins. Once we sat down, service was fast but could be more attentive. There is a small parking lot at the back. I liked that they have a wide menu to enjoy, and the decor was nice too. We opted for 10ish dim sum items to share, and I gotta say, the portions were big. Here are the items that I really enjoyed: shumai, beef tripe, rice rolls, and hom sui gok. The biggest complaint would be the dumpling skins, they were all too thick and tough. And some of the fillings were def under seasoned. Also, I probably wouldn't recommend any of their truffle items, the truffle flavor was unnoticeable. You probably can skip the scallop dumplings too. Wise to save your money elsewhere. We also got to try their Chiu Chou Fun Gor (潮州粉粿), not gonna lie, I was kinda excited to try it. I don't think lots of dim sum places have them. But unfortunately, we didn't enjoy the flavor as much as expected....and again, the skin was on the chewy side too. Oh and I would recommend double checking your order when items arrive, since they messed up some of our items. Considering this being a Michelin guide restaurant, I felt like this was not even one of the top dim sum options in the area.

Great Chinese banquet restaurant. They are great for dim sum, but I came here for dinner. Lots of great selection to choose from. The seafood is great here too. Less crowded at dinner compared to lunch when it’s dim sum service.

Really really good food, you kind of have to know what to order, but I usually visit with my friends from Hong Kong and they are experts. The giant crab is especially good quite a nice spot.

We came for dim sum on a Sunday morning. Pros: large portions and reasonably priced, parking in rear, but it fills up quickly. We ordered 8 items and had lots of leftovers. Cons: some items were bland and on the mushy side. No push carts. Huge TV screen in the main dining room was distracting.

Very responsible price for fresh and tasty authentic Cantonese cuisine.

I came here with my family for an anniversary. The selections are mostly traditional items you can expect from Chinese restaurants. Definitely on a pricier side but they give decent portion and the quality is great. The fresh lobsters and king crabs are huge.

Not impressed by the food. Ginger scallion oil for the chicken was way too salty. Pork's blood was very over seasoned with pepper and the beef tripe was over seasoned with curry powder. The beef chow fun was also bland. The siu mai and har gow were okay, but there are better dim sum places within a five minute drive in my opinion.

The shumai is HUGE! Turnip cake has good flavor but weird texture that day… still good food.

Food was amazing. They were all tasted fresh and delicious, especially the lobster. I wasn’t expecting the best service from a Chinese restaurant, but it was pricey to not at least having a decent service.

Good service in an authentic Chinese restaurant in the SGV? That is unheard of. The staff was nice and attentive. The food was good. The Peking duck with the buns and walnut shrimp are my favorite.

Maybe I went on a bad day, but the food was not as tasty as people say. Lack of flavor and no WOW factor. Plus for the price I can get better tasting dim sum from Full House Restaurant in Arcadia. ONLY thing out of 11 dishes I enjoyed was the Charcoal Egg Bun. Food to go area service had no food to show, plus were rude. Took 45 min to get my order from the main lobby. Once got home the food containers were greasy and even the utensils were covered in grease. So many other places to go dim sum... find them and don't have a bad experience like I did. Specially if your going to spend 75.00 or more.

Use to be really good. Ribs were bland this time around. The rice wrap (jung) was also pretty bland. Parking is good only if you get there when they open. If you go after, you'll be struggling to fight for parking.

Food was not bad. Typical of Chinese restaurant, but service is worse than typical Chinese restaurant. We ordered: Lobster with noodle (decent amount for $4x) French style beef cubes (It was not typ "French (chinese)" style as the sauce was the dark red sweet and sour sauce) Crab meat thick soup Other veggie and fried tofu dishes were of typical quality and weren't bad at all! Food was served fairly quick but service was non existent even for a Chinese restaurant. The lady who brought us the soup tried serving the soup, but her eyes were looking elsewhere while scooping the soup. We stopped her after 1-2 bowls as she continued to not look at what she was doing and kind of splashed them and dropped the ingredients slightly. They refilled the tea once for our party of 9 when we see them and flag them down multiple times. Servers were just not walking / stopping by our side at all unless they are serving. They looked under staff as they were serving the main room and the private rooms. It is typical for Chinese restaurants to ask about it if they see that your plates are full. They never attempted or asked to change our full plates of bones.

Great Dim Sum!! A class above other dim sum place in San Gabriel Valley. One of the last few Chinese restaurants that local food critic legend Jonathan Gold written about.

The food was surprisingly good considering how the previous restaurants did not do well in this location. It was a full house and there was several divided rooms for large groups. There's also a giant screen against the wall for the projector. It has been nicely decorated and the food was great. The lobster was amazing. I will say it's better than Boston Lobster and Newport seafood. Definitely worth a try!

This is my 4th time here and I'm disappointed this time. The food quality has gone down and be became more expensive. They charge tea by head count per table; other restaurants do not usually charge for tea when going out for dim sum in California. The tea was not even that good and when it is low, they just pour hot water into the teapot, making the tea diluted. We ordered the Siu Mai, Rice Cake, Taro Cake, Shrimp Dumplings, Shrimp Crepe, BBQ Pork Crepe, BBQ Buns, and Beef Tripe. The only thing that was worth mentioning is the Siu Mai. Their Siu Mai is a lot bigger then other dim sum places and tasted good. Do not get the shrimp crepe. It was a big blob of flavorless white crepe with a few shrimps on it. Service was not that great. Staff would see empty plates and wouldn't take it away. They never even asked how everything tasted and only cared towards when calling for the bill. There was plenty of empty plates and the staff just grabbed the tips and left the table. Save your money and go to other Dim Sim restaurants.

Not great but pretty good. Not sure why I got the string beans this time but had the right amount of crunch and savoriness. The Cheung fun dried out quickly but still tasty while the no Mei Gai was moist and no complaints. Their neat filled pastry was really good with a nice crispy shell.

Excuse me? This is a $8 cucumber appetizer? It was literally just chopped cucumber in red oil (tasteless) plus there were not many people in the restaurant when we went, but the waiter was impatient for us.
