Tons of fun games! I have the best times with family and friends here. The food doesn't disappoint I recommend the amazing bacon burger. They have multi-player guitar hero, air hockey and so many other kinds of things to do, if your a frequent visitor stack those rewards for the big prizes! To my knowledge the tickets don't expire on your card.

This D&B's is okay. I would go to the one in Addison but it's not in the neighborhood really. So if you're closer to this location you could do worse. This location has a just okay bartender staff. You will wait for drinks when it's busy. The food service is decent not super fast at the same time. There customer service needs to be improved but I blame management. The management here is just sub par. That's definitely reflective in the staff and the customers are the ones that get Screwed. The overall feeling in the place is just okay. If you have kids and want to play games with them you could do worse. You could also do better. There's a lot of games. There's also pool tables. You can get food at a table or also at the bar. The time that it takes to get the food will definitely vary by time you go there. If you go there during the day you should be fine depending on the day. If you go at night you will definitely have a wait. The staff definitely needs more training but are mostly competent. This is where I go off the rails for more words and points. My wife and I had a great time with her sister and sister's family (husband and five kids). Food was good and portions were ample for both appetizers and main courses. Definitely shareable if you don't have a big appetite but good for those that do. Games were fun and you don't have to wait long to play.

Was here for an adult birthday party as a guest. Drinks took awhile to come out on an open bar tab. It was a Saturday night and staff was short. Our main host and manager was great for our party. Although drinks took awhile to come out they were great all around. Burgers that were served were awesome along with the loaded fries. The unlimited arcade play was cool. I would return maybe on an earlier time though were its may be less busy.

Getting use to places not offering hand held menus is hard to adapt to. The process here was very easy though. It was very quick and everything came very fast. This place is a good place to take the little ones. We bought a family pack for 6 of us and we spent 5 hours here.

Took my girlfriend here for the first time. The food was excellent, the drink I ordered, something Mango was out of this world. Normally only get 1 drink, I had 2. I saved the strawberry infused ice cubes and ate them for dessert, perect. Lots of games for all ages. My GF and I are 37 and we had a blast!!!

The best time to come here is in a week and the afternoon. There weren’t a lot of people, so we played every game and had a great time.

Can't go wrong, newer place and spacious. Food was good. 98% of games were working so pretty good. Kid friendly options and overall a good night for us.

The bartender was friendly, but drinks seemed a little light. My partner and I had about 4 drinks each and didn’t really think there was any alcohol in them. The flatbread was fantastic, however my order of chicken tenders was less than satisfactory for a whole 16 dollars with truffle fries. Portion size was absurd. There was also only one server on duty at lunch time and he definitely seemed overwhelmed.

I took my class to the Dave and Busters in Rosemont and couldn’t have had a better experience!!! The management took time out of their day to present and speak to our students about the ins and outs of the hospitality business. Mike and Meagan went above and beyond! The staff were top notch and treated each of us like kings and queens. So generous and so fun! Cannot wait to bring back another class in the spring!

There for Trader Joe's party for crew. Food was meh. But servers knowledgeable and helpful. Very clean and spacious. Kids love it. At 50....ish loved some of it . Loud and some games very complicated without prior play time. Think most ticketed gifts cheap and useless stuff which ends up in a landfill.

Called to reserve a table, told it was all set. Come to find out I needed a confirmation code that was never texted to me. Took a while before we had to look for someone who could get us drinks. Then once we were done and trying to leave, nobody would stop to help us pay for our tab. But at least it was fun..

Our waiter Rico was awesome and accommodating. Always checking on us and giving us great customer service. The games were fun to play, but some of the machine were down or not working properly. But they have a claw game with little rubber ducks you can, until you win a rubber ducky! Its packed but nothing out of control. Definitely will come back again.

I loved their kale salad but now it’s no longer available bummer. However food is always on point. The nachos were very good so was the teriyaki ribs and flat bread. The dessert was delicious. This fed a family of 4. Plus my Cesar salad I forgot to take a pic. Kids have a great time. It gets packed but not ridiculously. Cool place to play games, play pool, watch sports or have a birthday party. The place is spacious, clean and very up to date and has a great bar as well.

I called to see if they were open and what was the precautions they were taking because of COVID. They said we could just walk in because it was a Tuesday and they are pretty much empty. We got there, waited for over an hour just to go in. We were there to celebrate my sons birthday. I wish they would’ve let me know that they were only allowing 50 people at the time and I would’ve not even try and going in there. Totally disappointed and not coming back.

I had never entered this place, but it is well ordered the food is delicious the waiter who served us very friendly and super super efficient took great care of us...I don't remember his name but if the manager knows his employees he will know who he is -_- .... thank you so much!

I went to this Dave and Busters with my family on 02/20/2021. We arrived at about 8 PM when my family was told we could not be seated because they were at capacity and we did not make reservations. We were then advised there is no wait list either as they're wanting to close the kitchen soon. Okay, not a problem. We go play some games and then go to the bar for a drink at about 8:45. While waiting for a drink a couple walks in for food with no reservation. The waitress tells the couple that they'll see what they can do to get them seated, and they're seated in 5 minutes. That was annoying, but things happen. We waited over 30 minutes for drinks. All of the bartenders made eye contact with us and came right in front of us to work but not a single one said a single word to us. No apology, no informing us that they'll be with us soon, nothing. My husband tried to inform the waitress that we had been waiting for awhile and requested service, but the waitress got a very condescending attitude and said that she'll "see what she can do". What kind of response is that to a customer seeking service? We waited 10 more minutes. At least 6 people have walked away from the bar at this point, frustrated that the three bartenders are only serving one side of the bar might I add. We've seen people on the other side of the bar served multiple drinks and not a single bartender offered us a single drink. I then politely say excuse me and wave at the bartender, nothing. It was clear at this point that we weren't going to be served regardless. We immediately left at 9:30 due to the service and will go to the Addison Dave and Busters tomorrow instead. Horrible service, I would not recommend this Dave and Busters location to anyone and will never return.

Absolutely ridiculous. The women's bathroom baby changing station is literally falling off. The family washroom was busy so i tried changing my baby in the women's bathroom changing station. Once I propped it open it almost fell. The part where we lay baby is almost to the ground! This is dangerous! Please be aware if you have a baby!!! We also waited for a while for a table, they sat us in a table that was vacant the entire time. But the food was was delicious so 3 stars for that. Also, the kids ordered the grape slushie because they wanted the gummy worms and kids were sad when the slushie came with no gummy worms.

I did not have any food when I went, But had a great time! You get a good value for the money spent. I spent $100 for me and my wife and we were able to play for hours. There were a handful of games that were out of service. Other than that. Would def go again. Had a blast!

Amazing service/experience. Occasion was 10 bday, Sheila in booking was responsive , Mike the manager was awesome and easy going. Maggie, our waitress was only the best, so attentive. Kids had fun. Food was great and plenty. Lastly they have TVs everywhere so you won't miss any games. Great experience overall. Because of service alone, we can't wait to be back.

We came here for Christmas day. Our overall experience was more than 5+ stars. the place was So much fun with endless games and fun. The best part was the good service from “ Dan The Man “ and “ the manger Megan “ . We were not satisfied with the food and they tried their best to get us what we want. Without further details we just paid 0.01 $ for 4 drinks and free food. Technically the drinks and food were completely free. I had to admit we came in here too late on Christmas eve. Highly recommend to come here and ask for “ Dan the man “ at the bar, and “ Megan the manger “ thank you so very much for the wonderful service ❤️merry Christmas 🎄

I had such a great time yesterday and Dave and Buster’s Rosemont! I had never been before and I was immediately impressed by the game room as I walked in. I was greeted by a lovely staff member who helped my friend and I find the rest of our party. The food looked good and tasted amazing and our drinks were delicious. Our server Kaleb was very friendly and provided quick and attentive service to our large group. Every staff member we had was very friendly and helpful especially Meagan, Angie and Jay. I can’t wait to come back and bring my family. My kids would have so much fun playing all the games!!

Roxy @ The restaurant was AMAZING! She was very friendly, quick, & attentive! She kept checking on us to make sure we didn’t need anything & even brought us refills on our drinks before we were done. She is a fantastic server & is a great asset to your team! Our food came out very quickly & was delicious also!

My Mushroom Stout burger was delicious! I loved the bacon jam. My daughter said that the chicken strips were very dry and were mostly breading, but she loved the fries.

Went here for date night and honestly it was one of the best places I went to with my partner. We got seated and served right away. The food was amazing. Our evening started with a hiccup, I had called in and made a reservation for 4 at 5 pm(2 adults 2 children-who were ready to play). After speaking to the host our reservation was not saved and they had people waiting. I was pretty irritated since I called and there were no issues about my same day reservation. They were able to seat us pretty promptly - I was thankful for that. Our waitress was super nice and accommodating. While waiting for our order we were taking selfies with the kids (Auntie situation - I don't get to take them out often) and she came over and offered to take a photo of all of us. So sweet she won me over! This was my first time at a Dave and Busters in 10+ years... and wow we've definitely been sleeping on it! We ordered pigs in a blanket as our appetizer. It was delicious, but only comes in 5. (Double up lol) We ordered the giant pretzel too. As my meal I ordered the steak salad. It was amazing. I also ordered the wings in spicy Korean. They were cooked well, but next time I'll go with buffalo. My significant other got the Philly. He really enjoyed that too. Portions were a good size and we have plently of left overs. I'll definitely be coming back soon. Thank you very much!

The food was really good 👍 I took the grandchildren Kitty cheeseburgers with fries we ordered nachos loaded we also ordered wings everything was delicious. Our waiter was a complete waste of time he was missing an action all the time finally when we were ready to go I said can we get the check please there was a crumpled up receipt on the table from my grandson when he reloaded his card and he crumpled it up that's how kids are the waiter looked at the receipt there it is right there I gave it to you and this is what you do with 😳 I told him no that's not the check that's a receipt from reloading the card please give us the the check please he never said he was sorry what he did was take it off the table and put it in his only he knows why he took my grandson's receipt 😳 this guy needs to be retrained in a hurry we will not be back to this one because of him there is the Dave & Buster's where I live we just couldn't go there that day because they were having a closed private. I like going to that one because all the waiters and waitresses are professional.

Very fun and clean place brought my family here. I thought it was gonna be super expensive. Turns out it was the complete opposite some places are still affordable and this is one of them specially, when you got four kids thanks will definitely be coming back.

Everything was great! Helped with a refund with an issue we had about our food without asking any questions. Games were clean and maintained! Had a blast.

This location was a mixed experience and I hate to penalize the servers who were great! The hostess was indifferent to us and the wait for the food was really long for it being a weekday and nearly empty. The facility was pretty clean and games were working properly and functioning as you would expect. Restrooms were ok but one toilet was clogged. Tried the new potstickers and they were spicy so beware but overall not bad!

Tons of fun games and great times with my buddies and peers. The food alone does not disappoint whatsoever. They have many multi-player games including air hockey, snowboarding, bike racing, and many other on top of that. Service was great and were treated like life long customers! Overall, great experience and would totally recommend for others!

Staff was very warm and inviting. I had the best Long Island Iced tea ever here. My Voodoo pasta was awesome too! Love it and I plan to be back soon

Every time my family and I go a lot of the games are not working. There was a lot of people there, and I didn't see any of the staff going around sanitizing the place, and I was there for several hours. The staff was friendly and did refund us was the machines took our money and did not work.

Your bartender was rude. Made us feel like we were trying to walk out on our bull when others told us we could start a tap. Bartender had my ID

The food was good but they didn't make our burgers well done the way we liked out food. It was red in the middle and they didn't have ketchup which was odd. They had to go in storage to find some. Overall, the service was good and everyone was more than accommodating. We went early so it wasn't crowded. We had a great time.

We initially were trying to go to the location of Clark St in Chicago but the number listed on Google connected to the Rosemont store. Ended up getting an uber to Clark st only to find it closed. We'd already promised my son we'd go and wanting to enjoy our Saturday we decided to go ahead and uber out to Rosemont only to find them slammed with a line out the door to get onto the arcade. The manager was really nice to us after hearing our frustration after having gone to the Clark st location first and gave us a few coupons and let us play a few games of pool without charging us and by then the line for the arcade had died down too so we were still able to play for a bit before they closed. We'll definitely be back to this location but will definitely come on weekdays next time. Thanks for accommodating us!

i made a harsh 1 star review about 2 months ago so i just wanted to re edit it. there's a bunch of space in this location which i like a lot since the other one closest to me is so small and cluttered, i did call asking if they had a Dance Dance Revolution game at this location before i went. When i got there, they told me my bag wasn't allowed, yet it was allowed at the other dave and busters in orland, and once i walked in, the only "Dance Dance Revolution" game they had was a different brand named "Pump It Up" which is completely different. I did play it, but im very bad at it. even then the pads on the machine weren't modded enough since i was stepping on the machine but they weren't registering. if they consider getting a DDR cabinet, i'll go here more often

There was a long waiting line (which makes sense because of covid 19) and there were so many games that required expensive credits. In the end, I couldn't clean out my card and still have 2 credits left that (which isn't enough credit to play any game).

I Was looking forward to taking the kids here. The place had a fifty person compacity for safety reason due to cov 19 . The flaw comes in when the guess who are inside the playing area have no time limit . While waiting I witness a few guest standing in line for with no mask and in close proximity to one another. My group and I left and decided ww would come back another day in the afternoon.

Even though they let only 50 people in the gameroom, there were a bunch of people who were not wearing masks and no one enforced their mask mandate.
