😠 If I could give 0 stars I would. By far the worst dentist I have been to. The front desk staff and hygienist was great but this terrible review is for the dentist himself. He was rude, wasn't patient, but most of all he gave incorrect diagnosis, and he missed something very important. All he wanted... I visited this dentist office for a teeth cleaning. On the phone, they told me that since im a new patient, the cleaning would only be $79. When i arrived, i asked again if it was only a cleaning for $79 and the front office lady said yes! After that, I entered to see the doctor and he proceeds to tell me i need two wisdom teeth extracted. I came in for a CLEANING. I decline and they say my total for a cleaning is $120 after originally saying its $79 which i already PAID upfront. When the nurse begin to clean my teeth, he’s pretty much careless and not properly getting the job done. There was a few times i started choking because he kept leaving me with my mouth full of water while there was NO other assistance around. He would turn around and start doing something else while im struggling to breathe. When i asked for tissue, he gives me some ripped up old tissue. I seriously think i could’ve done a better job brushing my teeth than this nurse. I do NOT recommend this business. They seem to think all their customers will be okay with a sudden price change and such mediocre work. I should’ve given 0 stars

I’m giving 3 stars bc the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I came to the Rosenberg office after ~7 years of not being to a dentist and I was honestly shocked. I expressed my concerns/desires to the Dr but left feeling unheard and also left with a treatment plan that was several thousand dollars. I brush my teeth 3x a day and floss a minimum of 3x a day so my teeth are pretty dang healthy. Due to the price, i went and got a second and third opinion and their quotes included none of the things i “required” according to trinity dental Dr and was less than 1/4 of their quote. Seems like they’re just after your pockets. I also let them pull THEEE of my 10 year olds teeth bc it “really needed to be done so {his adult teeth} wouldn’t grow in wrong” and I’m upset i didn’t get a second opinion for him. 500$ down the drain. I HIGHLY recommend this as a last resort or def go if you don’t mind throwing away thousands of unnecessary dollars. I hope their staff makes great money bc those drs sure are.

I would not recommend. My little brother had a dental procedure that required antibiotics and pain reliever. They failed to send antibiotic prescription to pharmacy so he had to wait until the next day. Next day when we went to pick up antibiotic, they prescribed it in big pill for an adult which the pharmacist questioned and advised us to contact the dentist, turned out to be wrong. He had to be taken in again since the procedure did not work correctly and it had to be fixed. Save yourself time and frustration.

This was my first time and Trinity Dental! Everyone was very welcoming. The Doctor Addressed my concerns and even explained to me in detail everything that would be done in the office! They went above and beyond expectations for me and my family! I highly recommend this dental place and I look forward in going back! Thank you Trinity dental for making me smile!

If I could give 0 stars I would. By far the worst dentist I have been to. The front desk staff and hygienist was great but this terrible review is for the dentist himself. He was rude, wasn't patient, but most of all he gave incorrect diagnosis, and he missed something very important. All he wanted was money. I went for second opinions and both confirmed the opposite of what Trinity was saying I needed done. I could go on and on in this review but I will keep it short. I will NEVER go back to Trinity Dental in Rosenberg, TX.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They made me go to the gas station to get change becasue they didn’t have any which is so inconvenient. Why do patients have to go get change for themselves. They said $79 on phone for xray exam AND CLEANING which is why I made an appointment. They doctor recommended deep cleaning and I did not receive a cleaning and still had to pay $79. For only exam and x-ray. And when asked to reduce price because of no cleaning provided they kept sayinf the same thing over and over that its $79 with or without cleaning. How does that even make sense? Wait time was an hour after appointment was scedhuled.

The last business day of the year is extremely busy for dentist offices because people need to use valuable dental insurance benefits before year end. That being said, my husband ended up with an infected wisdom tooth on that day. After trying five other dentist offices, we were losing hope to get the tooth taken care of before the new year. Thankfully, Elvia and the people from Trinity Dental worked my husband into their already booked schedule. They took great care and were extremely kind and understanding of his situation. Just a short while later, my husband was free from the excruciating pain and smiling again! Thanks to everyone at Trinity Dental for helping my husband (and I) have a happy and pain-free new year!

Trinity Dental exceeded my expectations. Thanks to dr. T for painless treatment & she made the process easy and had my tooth out rather quickly. The office so clean and organized. Affordable treatment cost as well. They explained the whole process and plan so i can now focus on getting my teeth healthy. The dental assistant was wonderful and gives great instruction on post-op treatment.

My son Elias was treated at Trinity Dental a month ago. My husband took two of our sons with him. The staff was lovely with my son Elias during treatment and afterwards. The dentist was sweet during the process and for his follow up visit. I want to thank all the staff and dentist for all the support, kindness, and respect they showed my family during their visit 🥰.
