I stayed here last night and everything could’ve been any better. The room was clean the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were great. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer. !!! A̳W̳F̳U̳L̳ !!!! the people that run this motel are extremely rude and arrogant. they turned me away one late night i arrived very tired. the man actually told me i could not stand in the lobby whilst i was paying for my reservation online. it was unbearably hot outside and in the office part of the motel as well. once i returned with my confirmation number he actually turned me away again stating , “ there’s no room". completely shocking behavior from a “hospitality” employee in management.

5hey are infested with bugs. And then the owner did not want to refund my money after we found them in the shower , behind bed and in the beds. He then wanted to call the cops. I asked him is this how he treats his veterans after I had been coming to that hotel when I come into town. SMH.... so I said call them..... lol

Looks like it has recently been updated room looks nice will update after our stay is complete. Entrance/ exit same place goes out to a very busy intersection just be cautious.

Decent place with clean rooms and comfortable beds but the manager is very shady. I was assured I would be refunded if I got transferred for work and, when I was, he said no refunds and refused to give my money back.

I lucked up when I chose this hotel and location. Convenient to Southwest Freeway which goes everywhere. Restaurants shopnearby. The room has everything I hoped for, refrigerator, microwave, iron, good AC, desk, etc, and everything was clean and neat. Everything looked well cared for and relatively new. My room was approximately no more than six feet from my door!. And the staff was friendly and helpful. If I ever need to return to this area this will be my choice of rooms. And, it was easy to make a refundable reservation directly on line with the hotel instead of a non refundable reservation through a 3rd part such as “Traveluro,” at as good or better price.

Location was very convenient that’s why three stars but the bed sheets were stained and had dark black hair in between the sheet layers, there was beer bottle tops and cigarette butts on the floor by the bed. The trash I can definitely overlook but as I started to turn lights on turn the ac on a few alive roaches crawled across the floor. . The room was updated but smelled really musty like the filter in the room needed to be cleaned.

This hotel is very clean and everyone that I encountered during my stay that work here were very, very nice! The guest rooms are recently renovated and everything in my room was 'like-new' which was great! With all the new activity in the Rosenberg area, I will be back soon and will be staying here again. Thank you for a great stay!

My husband & kids stayed at this hotel for 1 night just to rest our heads and it was awful. The moment I walked in the door a roach crawled across the room, The beds are very stiff, wasn’t very clean. I don’t recommend staying here.
