The 1st visit was great, the 2nd was unfriendly, the 3rd was just disappointing. The appointment didn't work out, then I was blamed, instead of helping, 2 just stood around or intervened with customers without an appointment. Roots after bleaching cost 60 euros 3 months ago now 103 euros ???And my daughter now has 3 different blondes in her hair, messed up 2 days ago looks like a helmet in white on blonde with a blue tint. But the unpleasant thing was that I was insulted when I left the store even though my daughter was still there. Just because I said after 1.5 hours of waiting that I would bring the other daughter home because it was taking too long for me. If you don't need customers 🤷‍♀️ then that's it. Another hairdresser was happy about the money and offered drinks, Even blow-dried and extremely friendly, so that's how it works.

My visit to this salon ended with a scalp burn and a trip to the ER!!! From my beautiful blonde color that cost me a lot of time and money, my head is now the color of mud. In my opinion this salon doesn't even deserve half a star!!! There are wounds on half of my head that I need to heal now!!! It was my first time there and I definitely won't go there again nor will I leave any damage to my head.

My daughter and I went to Haarmonie for the first time and we are both just thrilled ❤ everything was implemented the way we wanted it. Great hair at great prices! When it comes to making appointments: great! An appointment was made via WhatsApp without any problems - my working hours were also taken into account. Flexibility - I'm thrilled. I was asked about my wishes and what kind of treatment I would like to receive - if I was undecided, I was even given advice over the phone. Arrived in the salon - friendly greeting. Advice 10/10 - I had red hair and my expectations were exceeded. Risks and discoloration named I knew what I was getting myself into. The end result is great! In between, nice things like drinks. I'll definitely come back. Nice experience.
