Avoid this restaurant at all times!! It's unsanitary. The food is not fresh, the buffet is limited, some of the rides and games are broken. There is no one cleaning the food stations refreshing the food stations or cleaning tables. Disgusting! The manager said that he is trying his best, but unfortunately, this establishment is not what it used to be years ago. We had a birthday party of 25 people. Everyone in our group was dissatisfied. The manager should have offered at least a partial refund. Dont waste your money, and take your kids somewhere else for a good time. We won't be returning again.

Came in on a Sunday night at 7:30pm, a usual dinner time, and this was what the food looked like, nothing there and what was was dry or crusty on top. Severely under staffed, poor kids were trying fervently to keep up. My youngest niece had never been before & she wanted to come here for her special occasion dinner, what a let down. Management here needs to do better especially if they're going to charge almost $60 for 3 people to eat and almost the same for entertainment for one night. If your going to stop serving food at 7:30pm let people know at the door.

This was our first time visiting this location on 18 Feb. We got there at about 12 and it was starting to pick and get busy. Its been awhile since visiting a Johns Incredible Pizza and the last time we did they still had actual people behind the counters when you first entered to purchase your food/game cards etc. The computers were fine, but you do have to call someone over to add your military or any other discounts you may have. I’d like to say that from entering the building and leaving the building we did not encounter one friendly or happy employee there. Every single employee seemed miserable to be there, there wasn’t a smile to be found. Now I understand everyone has days of not wanting to be or go to work, but I do feel that when you work at a family friendly establishment and people are there celebrating birthdays and their kids you should be able to muster up a smile or hello. There was nothing and it made this place feel sad and like people were bothersome to be in certain areas. The buffet stations were clean and tidy for the most part, again the employees behind each station were just staring, no smiles, no hellos, no basic customer service. One salad bar nearest to the entrance seemed really fresh and tasty, while the other seemed kind of nasty and like it needed some refreshed items. Soda fountains weren’t sticky and nasty, but again we got here an hour into the restaurant opening. Pizza options were good, hot and fresh and they never seemed to be behind on making sure there were pizzas out. Some sauces and gravies were so completely watery. Ice cream machines weren’t working and the dessert station was not the tidiest of spaces. We chose to sit in the Animation Room and it was fine, the booths are so tight to get in and out of and there were just three of us and a high chair. Again it has been awhile so we always had a room attendant in that small room each themed room has to bus tables, take trash etc. This wasn’t the case, there were two employees there, however they were just standing in the room watching people pile up their plates, waiting for people to take their plates over to them or just waiting for people to leave and then clean their space up. And with the booths being small it becomes cramped fairly quickly. I was taking our trays over to them and cleaning off our plates, and throwing away our trash while the attendant just stepped aside and watched me. I have no problem whatsoever cleaning my own mess, but we were confused on why an attendant would even need to be there if people are cleaning up after themselves. The arcade area was clean, a lot of games worked and there were a handful that didn’t it is a crowded space and they have a mass variety of games and activities to choose from for toddlers-adults and there is bound to be something for everyone. Overall pur experience was OK. There are definitely improvements that should be made, but we had a good time taking our son for the first time, and I’m sure we will be back in the future.

The food is fresher if you go when it's busy. I sometimes go here on a weekday afternoon. There are fewer pizza choices, and the food sits longer before it's eaten than it does if you go on a busy Saturday or Sunday. There are lots of fun activities for the kids, and the restrooms are usually clean.

It had been awhile since I last came here and it will be a cold day in hell before I go back! This place has drastically gone down hill….it’s on its last leg. Tables were uncleared and sticky from previous customers. Soda dripping down the wall and food stuck on the inside of hanging lamps. My soda cup had old grimy lipstick on it. The food buffet had extremely limited amounts of food. Most containers were empty and the areas all around the food were filthy. Employees were very limited and seemed to be in no rush to replenish the buffet. We even had to ask if they were replenishing all the empty food containers. The bathroom was disgusting. Urine all around the floor of toilet. Sanitary napkin disposal overflowing. Sink faucets broken or in disrepair. This place is not cheap to bring your family to and based on the website photos I expected much more….at least cleaner! It’s truly false advertising to say the least. Will never ever come back.

Great place for a birthday party!! Kiddos had fun eating pizza, playing games and celebrating with friends. There’s lots of games, the ultimate package was plenty! Came with 60 tickets and 2 rides!! Games cost 2-6 tickets. Prizes as low as 25 tickets! I’m not sure if renting a room was worth the cost, it seemed like if you got there early you could claim a couple tables. It was nice to have privacy though. Bathrooms got pretty gross as the day went on, and some of them need repairs. We’d definitely go back!

We are frequent visitors of JIP. Since 2017, we have visited and continued to increased our visits. Our frequency has accelerated due to summer and fall passes (great deals!). I’ve been extremely impressed with their manager in recent years. Robert Gonzalez hustles, demonstrates great work ethic that’s visible for all to see, and very approachable. Our family is fond of Cindy who we met years ago in the fun world area. She’s consistently helpful, greets us with a smile, and one of the reasons we enjoy our frequent visits. It’s been a joy to see her advance in her career. We visibly see her leading by example even when not obviously watching. She’s a keeper!
