This dentist doesn’t care he took X-rays never looked in my mouth said I had great teeth but needed 3 root canals. Then he all of a sudden no longer takes my insurance and forgets to notify me. I needed services and only found out that way. The office expected me to find my own specialist that could perform the root canals. Changed my dentist and they have pointed out there is more wrong than he said. Did I mention he never looked in my mouth. Wasn’t offered a cleaning. Nothing. Don’t waste your time!

I have been with this dental office for many years now and I'm always very happy with the quality work they do and the fast timely manner they get it done in. Always willing to accommodate any requests I have. Dr. Sam is always friendly and tries to make every visit as great as possible. Definitely recommend giving them a try.

Friendly, caring and honest. Came in tears with a severe toothache. Last minute appointment. Stayed late (because I was late) to make sure my pain was gone. Dr. Segall truly cares about his people and buisness. My situation was horrendous and they made it beautiful with no issues. Very happy, super thankful!!

After 7 years of inadequate Air Force dental care, I found a doctor who actually cares and takes pride in his work. Dr. Segall explains everything and always made sure I knew how my insurance worked and what it covers. Even after our insurance changed and put us with another office I hounded them to change us back. Cannot say enough great things about the care my wife and I receive here. Absolute recommend.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Sam. They have always been exemplary and professional in their service. I have had quite a few root canals and each time they walk me through the process. They do this out of care and are not pushy on dental work. They suggest what they can do to alleviate whatever your tooth situation one may be in and make sure everything is within your budget before proceeding. If you decide not to go here you will see the difference and level of care they give to their patients. I will be back soon for my next cleaning in 6 months and I looking forward to it.

Having lived around the world before moving back to CA, we have had a variety of dental experiences...none compare to the care we receive at ConfiDental. Dr. Segal and his team have made us feel like we are part of their family during every visit. Their facility is exceptionally clean, their equipment is of the highest standard, and their people are friendly and personable. We come with teeth at a variety of ages and stages, but we all leave having had the best care available in the Sacramento area.

To preface this review, my girlfriend found this office and Dr. Segall about 2 years ago when I had a broken tooth and started experiencing excruciating pain due to my nerve being exposed, it just so happened to also be Memorial Day weekend and Dr. Segall was the only person who could even set up an appointment with me or see me remotely soon. I explained to him it was a pretty serious emergency (I had to have a mouth full of ice cold water to numb the tooth to not be tearing up from the pain) and he scheduled an appointment with me the next day. My first experience with him was amazing and since then I have received nothing but the best service. I’ve been progressively fixing up my teeth and I’ve gotten 4 root canals, 3 porcelain crowns and a couple porcelain fillings as well and I gotta say Dr. Segall does not miss. I just had a root canal done today on my top molar and not only was the whole experience painless, I was able to get back to my day like nothing happened 30 minutes after we finished up and you can really see the quality of his work in the X-rays he takes after the procedure, he said he keeps up with all the newest workshops and dental procedures and you can definitely tell he’s on top of his game. Dr. Segall is the type of dentist you want to have on call !!! I’ve seen some harsher reviews on here because of “pricing” and insurance issues and as someone that basically does these out of pocket.The experience and care provided is more than worth it! I highly recommend it to everyone.
