The lady at the clinic is not welcoming and is not solution focused. She explained to me that I needed an appointment for lab services and I went to my car to make an appointment just for her to tell me that I needed a doctor to request labs which she should have said the first time. I had my twin babies with me who are 3 months old and I had to take them in and out of the car three times. Then they checked my blood pressure and it was high. I explained to them that I had preeclampsia and still they did not help me. What type of clinic are you all running.

I appreciate the doctor's help with my condition. However, I feel uncomfortable interacting with the nurse Shannon. First time I went to this clinic, she did injection on my arm and I was concerned the needles was not new since the needles did not come out of a sealed plastic bag. Second visit I went here, she explained to me that the needle was new and she wouldn't do things like that. However during the conversation with her, she stood right in front of me and waved her hands quite close to my face multiple times. I did not say anything to her at the moment but her body language was truly uncomfortable for me. I did not feel comfortable with two instances with this nurse and will not return to this clinic.

Did not call us after a lab test identified a serious condition that benefits greatly from action sooner rather than later. We only found out by logging in to look at a measure out of curiosity and could have easily missed this. We also have a couple more issues but that one is hugely glaring and more than enough.

Doctor and nurses were great. They went above and beyond. What isn’t so great is that HealthPartners overbooks their doctors and tells patients to arrive 15 min before their appointment starts just so they can spend 40-50 min waiting inside of the clinic. It’s disappointing to see HealthPartners continually prioritize profits over patients & staff.

In my life I have had the opportunity and pleasure to be treated by two of the best doctors that I've ever found in my 50 years on this planet. One of them is Dr Graham Oxnard. I meant this man by chance due to a back injury that I had and unlike most doctors that just throw pills at you, he wanted to get to the root of the pain and he prescribed good medicine as well as good physical therapy. I moved away from Minnesota in 2013 and I have dreamed and wished that I could go back so I can be treated by him again. I would drive 13 hours to be treated by Dr Graham Oxnard. Besides I kind of miss his funny accent, and the way that you could say oh Canada and he would break into song. This man is so much above and beyond anything that a physician, anything that a friend, anything that a person needed to do but make sure that I was always comfortable while still in pain. Hey doc, if you're reading this I miss you more than almost anything. Thank you for showing me the kind of doctor that this planet needs before, during, and I can almost guarantee after the pandemic and anything else that this crazy world can throw at us. I just walked out of this place, the staff might be friendly but there is not excuse to make someone waiting an hour to see a doctor when appointment was made 6 months ahead. First they canceled my appointment with no communication at all. I had to call to reschedule my appointment and then got there 10 min before my appointment time. I understand 15 mins max wait, beyond that is just disrespectful for others people’s time. Switching providers at this point.

Booked my appt just two days in advance, showed up 5 mins early, waited about 5 more mins past my appt time before getting to the room vitals taken and another 5 mins for the dr to come in and we consulted for about 20 mins. Excellent services, would return.
