Waited for 40 mins in drive thru for this "chili cheese fries." This is not what del taco's chili cheese fries supposed to be. What we got is about 70% ground beef and cheese and 30% fries and NO CHILI. It's so hard to eat. We tried to give this place a chance since it just opened but this is our 3rd time here and experience is still as bad as the first. This location needs to be saved by better management.

Worst order ever from any Del Taco restaurant since the 80’s. This tostada was gross. No lettuce and the beans all slapped to one side! I really couldn’t believe it when I opened the box, so I had to take a photo of it. My Del Taco had 3 measly pieces of chopped tomato. Fries were under cooked. My daughters order of three soft tacos with no lettuce came as hard shell tacos with little to no meat or cheese, it was mostly taco shell. WTH. Whoever was working the Prep Station today, needed to be rotated out and moved to dining room clean up or fired all together. They were having a bad day. Very unhappy customer. I’m also sending these photos to corporate. This does not even deserve 1 star.

Run and avoid…. After waiting 15 minutes in drive through line - yup it’s fast food and still 15 minutes wait to order when there were only 4 cars in front and another 10 minute wait to get the food plus another 5 minutes to verify if they got the full order and then you drive back home to realise ohh after verification of order they still missed items and when you walk in to the store to ask fir the missing item you see dirty kitchen that you lose appetite.. Manager offered 2 burritos instead of one for inconvenience but after looking at dirtiness of this place I know I am NOT COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE FOR MY FAMILY’s well being

The drive through was packed like 6 cards deep so we went inside. We walked in and were immediately greeted and instructed to let them know when we're ready to order. The dining room was very clean, the restroom was clean. All 3 employees I spoke to were extremely pleasant. We were given our drinks shortly after the order was done. The food was ready within 5 minutes. The food was good, but don't get me wrong I'm not complaining, but the taco's had SO much cheese, at least triple the normal fast food taco. I'm sure more training will standardize portions. Only negatives were that the quesadilla was barely melted, and the floor throughout the restaurant was super slippery. OH! It's July and the music was Christmas songs for the entire 20 minutes we were there.

I’ve loved Del Taco for a while now because their refried beans, sauce, and cheese is significantly better than its competitor. The Blue Oaks location is always clean and is faster compared to others in the area (others can end up being a long wait to get food). Hopeful for more in the area versus less, which is a concern since the Sierra College location off I-80 in Rocklin is already gone.

Really clean compared to most any other fast food restaurants that I have visited. Prices are high, but everyone is getting on the higher price bandwagon it seems. Makes it easier when one has good service and food as well!

Adrian did a great job as a cashier and drive through cashier. He had a huge, customer friendly smile that is hard to come by these days! Although they were short on cooks, the one or ones they had were doing high quality work! Just check out this picture of the Del Taco they made me. Bam! Meat, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes all in perfect proportion (in my opinion). I'm so glad they opened a Del Taco in Roseville!

The food just doesn't taste interesting at all. The $5 burrito (beef and cheese) was about the same as I get at another fast taco place for about $1.75. The taco shells were stale tasting. The meat lacked any meaningful Mexican spice or flavor. Produce seemed fresh and there was ample quantity. The value of the taco is there if the flavors were better. The value of the burrito... Not even close. Staff was friendly and didn't seem inconvenienced by our visit (which is nice these days). Won't be going back for two reasons. Overall value and flavors.
