Active defamation, crime everywhere and the worst management I've ever dealt with. They love to threaten tenants who complain about roaches, trash and crime. I've never dealt with a more dishonest manager in my life.

Lived here for a little over a year and had my daughter here. Lovely community and the office staff are nice. The maintenance people have been speedy with their responses, work, and do a good job. Just pay your rent and utilities on time and you'll love living here. -Update took off a star because they took our entire security deposit for the littlest amount of dirt. Took 2 weeks to clean the apartment and they took the entire deposit and we owe $30. Kind of a bitter end to over a year spent here.. good experience overall

I love it here and want to stay, but 1810 is really hard to swallow for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with zero updates since the 90s. They have raised the rent each year for 3 years now. I wish they would check around the property more for issues like parking, landscaping, garbage, etc., but they are always happy to help resolve a problem. I love my neighbors, my balcony, and there are a lot of mature trees on the property. Holly the manager is very responsive and solution oriented.

We left the apartment spotless, ie, impeccable. The girl smiled a creepy smile, took our keys, then charged us a full cleaning fee and deposit. That’s $2000 we won’t get back. This is just another usury ghetto management company. Stay away!

Nice employees. Quick update. Autumn oaks apartments are very nice I'm not sure about the bad reviews seems silly to me. Everyone here employees and residents are extremely friendly. I needed maintenance and they were there in like an hour even though they were extremely busy. I'm so very happy to have found this place and highly recommend living here. It's beautiful with all the foliage and colorful leaves very well maintained. Great job Autumn oaks keep up the good job.

Moved in a few weeks ago and it's been great! Love the location - close to restaurants, grocery, and parks. The grounds are well-kept with lots of trees. Also, Holly, the manger, was very responsive and accommodating to help solve my maintenance issue quickly.

Everyone ive talked to during my application process was super helpful and kind. I can't wait to move in!

unfortunately “Venetia” on the phone was not the best on assisting me with questions I had regarding future move in, credit requirements and tour. I was looking forward to possibly moving here, but nothing good comes from leasing with a complex who has a rude staff.
