A must visit when you are in West Roseville. Great people and Brandy is awesome.

Food was exceptional. Service was great, and food was inexpensive. Will definitely return. Also highly recommended trying the pb&j burger.

I was told if you really want some good street tacos try Bar 101. I was like they don't sound like a street taco kinda place but I will give it a try. Not disappointed. The chicken and carnitas tacos are really good. I also enjoyed the other two offerings, fish taco and ground beef taco, but really like the other two much more. Decided I would also try the same two meats on the nachos and bam...awesome nachos. More toppings than chips but that is okay since I also had a fork to clean up the leftovers. On a seperate trip I came back because local Style Magazine did a best burgers around the area spread and Bar 101 was one of the features. Cool, time to try a burger. I devoured the Package burger...I am not going to say it was the absolute best burger ever but it was definately not the worst. It had plenty of good flavor and the burger was juicy even though it was cookeeda little more than what I asked for, however, that is not a deal breaker. The onion rings were pretty good as well. Service is always very attentive and come around often enough to keep your glass filled with your favorite beverage. If your beverage is beer they have plenty of offerings on tap and even more from cans. Lots of cocktails on hand as well. Wife had a Margarita each time and found them to be okay at best. I like coming here for the atmosphere and outdoor seating...will be back again.

Good food, live music a bit on the noisy side indoors so if youโ€™re not up to partying on a Friday night and still want to enjoy the food take a table outside.

This is a very charming place. Good food and plenty of atmosphere. They have many craft brews on tap.

Great atmosphere. Not too crazy for a Friday night. And they had live music. ๐ŸŽค๐ŸŽต๐ŸŽถ The food was delicious and service was friendly and fairly fast. I had ground beef tacos, ๐ŸŒฎ which were yum, and shared carnitas fries ๐ŸŸ with my group, which was also yum. A friend had the San Francisco burger. ๐ŸŒ‰๐Ÿ” I was told it too was yum! ๐Ÿ˜

Our Bartender was very kind and attentive, she made sure to offer us waters right away and bring us menus at the bar. Our order was out quickly and the nachos were delicious. The only one star missing was the echo of the environment, and the quality of the old fashioned. The drink was very sweet and unlike any that I have had before. With a little improvement on this cocktail it could be great. They do have a pool table around the corner as well, it looks to be great quality!

Nice and cute place, large beer selection, menu has everything (but no vegetarian food). The service was good and they were very helpful with suggesting drink and food. Prices are reasonable. Restroom was clean too. The only thing I could say is the (live) music was very laud, the singer/player was doing a great job but it was a bit laud. Overall nice place and I will definitely come back.

I really enjoyed my experience. It was quiet early on the Friday we went and the live music was very good with great food and drinks! I'm guessing the pace picked up as the night went on so if you want a good spot go early. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I look forward to going again!

The atmosphere was off. The employees seemed too busy to notice you. I ordered 6 tacos and got 5 handed to me. I accepted 5 tacos when I got home. After eating these beef tacos I instantly felt sick! The sauce and all the veggies on it seemed dull and smelled old. I'm sure I am now sick due to the sauce they use. I would never recommend this dirty spot.

Old Roseville is charming. BAR 101 HAD ATTITUDE! Trendy American style food. I had a delicious burger. It is so filling and full of flavor. When I bit into it, cheese burst in my mouth like tasty lava. Hot and delicious cheese, I might add. The onion rings were just amazing. The fries were the best I've had in a long time. Went here for a business meeting, but next time, it will be the wife and my date night here. I almost forgot the server. She was tall, had arm sleeve, and finger tattoos. She was absolutely fantastic! Her service was impeccable, and her energy was infectious. I will definitely be a regular patron now. What a great find!

Food was good, service was excellent! San Fran burger was good, fish tacos were good but street tacos, so a bit small, get 2-3.

The wings were good. Plain ridiculous sauce uses habenero as the pepper and they are real habenero. They taste fresh and natural and were good. 7$ for 6 during happy hour. They are smaller and suffer in portion. They are kind of high in price (12.95 outside of happy hour for 8) but sauce and chicken were good. Crisp: 4.2 Heat: 4.3 Flavor: 4.0 Portion: 3.6 Tender: 3.9 OVR: 4

Cute little bar and grill that doesn't visually stand out from similarly styled and apparently gentrified, historical Roseville...where it does stand out is the service they provide when tending their wonderful cocktails from a seemingly simple menu with no bad choices...Party of four and all were impressed with the drinks... Specifically, the White Linen....a magical, melding of liquor, liqueurs, fruits and vegetables and perhaps love, combine to form this thirst quenching, sheer delight. It consists of Hendricks gin, St. Germaine elderflower, cucumber, lime and wizardry. You must try one... perhaps several

Looking to change up your taco Tuesday routine? Bar 101 is located in historic Roseville. It's a great date spot. Walk around the historic area; enjoy the trees and architecture. Then enjoy a few tacos with a cold beer or adult beverage. The street tacos are $2.50 for carnitas, chicken, ground beef and fish. The tacos were good, but lacked a little pizzazz. The onion rings were hot and fresh. I was a little disappointed that they didn't carry any beer from local breweries. The Hazy Gummy Worm beer was refreshing. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

This place is awesome. Food is fantastic and the staff are all really cool. This is my first time here but I'm definitely coming back for all the other food stuff on the menu and the friendly service ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Service was good. Music was entertaining. Parking was easy. The drawback for me was the uncomfortable seating. My wooden chair rocked back and forth on uneven flooring or legs and since there was no cushion it quickly became an exercise in tolerance. That said, I can easily see myself retuning for future visits. The service, beer selection, and cocktails were enjoyed by the group I was with.
