Food here is pretty good, and prices are reasonable. The menu is pretty comprehensive for entrees, although the dessert selection is pretty limited. It's a big restaurant and wait times for a table can be quite long. The biggest negative- overwhelmed waitstaff caused significant delays in the service, especially drinks service. If the restaurant management reads this review. You could get an extra 20%+ revenue per table if you had 3-4 more waitstaff. It took 10 minutes + for us to get our first round of drinks after we sat down at the table. Then the waitstaff had so many tables to cover, it was almost impossible to attract their attention after the food was delivered to order any additional rounds of drinks. We would have quite happily ordered a couple more rounds of drinks if the waitstaff were not so overwhelmed. They were certainly working very hard.

The breakfast burger is a must get during brunch and the mango chile margarita is probably my favorite drink on the menu. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Love this place!

A fellow dog lover recommended the Lazy Dog to us so we stopped by for lunch after picking out the next addition to our dog pack. We sat outside and enjoyed the breeze while we receiving excellent service. We shared an ice cold, crisp, delicious, refreshing white ale. Started off with old school style onion rings which I liked along with gourmet waffle chips which were quite tasty. I went with the cheeseburger with blue cheese dressing and blue cheese along with sweet potato tater tots and enjoyed it while the Goddess chose the fried chicken salad which came with a nice portion of chicken and a nice variety of mixed greens. Wrapped it up with brownie hot fudge sundae to satisfy our sweet tooth. Plan to return to try their brunch on a weekend.

visited while in the area. Not bad, atmosphere is pretty cool and above the national chains. I had the Salmon Dill Bowl for dinner. If in the mood and more of an empty stomach, I’d probably order something larger. Surprised there wasn’t more of a local crowd at the bar, it was empty. Clean, and Alley was awesome. I’d recommend it. Family friendly approved.

The staff was very courteous. We can around 10 pm here. The place was still bustling. Tried the fried calamari, wok fried tofu and fried chicken sandwich. Delicious food.

I recently had dinner a couple of girlfriends here a couple of weekends ago and we weren’t disappointed. We had originally planned to go to Yardhouse, but the wait was over an hour long, so we decided to try Lazy Dog out and were so happy we did. We waited maybe 10 minutes and were sat near the bar. Our server was friendly and checked on us a good amount of times without being pushy or rushing us. We started off with drinks I had the Rum Barrel Punch and the Lillet Lemon Fizz, and the Cheese Curds for the table. We were all happy with our drinks and the Cheese Curds were fresh and so good! 2 of us ordered the Club Sandwich and the other had the Fried Chicken Sandwich. The food was prepared so nicely and came out to our table presented so clean and pretty! We all said we would order the same sandwiches again, and look forward to dining here again. The only downside to our visit I think was the location of the table, right when the sun was setting it was in all of our faces and made it hard to converse for a little bit until the sun went down. Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves! We forgot to ask if they offer a military discount, but we’ll remember next time! Thanks for a great dinner Lazy Dog

Great food, I had the shrimp bowl. Awesome service! Wait time is exceptional!!! Workers here are hustling, even though this place is called the Lazy Dog!🔥👌🏻 I’ll definitely be coming back here and would recommend to anyone to try this restaurant out.

The hostess and our waitress were very friendly and efficient. The service was great. It’s just the food…was so-so. We had a very strange cobb salad. It was completely chopped and tossed in a cream dressing. The menu didn’t say anything about it being chopped and it was supposed to have a balsamic vinaigrette. We also had a club sandwich which was pretty good…except the chicken tasted a bit off. The fries were crispy and hot. The iced tea was excellent. The restaurant had a good vibe.

I was visiting the area for a wedding. When we found Lazy Dog. It turned out to be the perfect place to eat. It was so nice inside. Dog friendly seating outside. The waitress was so kind. Well, as the drinks and food were so good. I'm definitely coming back. If we are in the area!

Ordered delivery. Got the Alfrado with shrimp -made me want to puke. Brussel sprouts -oily and burnt. Pudding tasted fine but it was overpriced.

Great spot for groups with pets :) we got there for an 11 am reservation and we were seated in about 15 mins. The servers were nice and prompt. We got the mimosa flight which included the peach-rasberry, grapefruit-orange and huckleberry flavors. The huckleberry flavor was definitely interesting! For food we got the breakfast club sandwich, breakfast burritos, the club with Cajun fries, the fried chicken sandwich with Cajun fries and the country quiche with hashbrowns. We all really liked our food but the portion size was too big for me! That quiche is probably one of the best quiches I've had since I don't like them being too egg-y and gooey and this one was not. The hashbrowns, on first bite, did not seem to be interesting or flavorful enough but the more I ate, the more I liked the creamy, fairly plain flavor. I also tried the Cajun fries which were good but too salty for me. All in all, a great place for brunch with a group of friends and adorable pets 🥰

Slow service at the end of the night. Got seated and waited like 20 minutes for my waitress. She comes up and apologizes but has no water to greet us. She explained that she was only 20. She has a lot of learning to do when it comes to good service. Anyways the food was ok. Good calamari and I ordered the teriyaki shrimp 🍤. It was good and the burger my husband ordered was probably good. They took so long to bring out our food, we got it to go. Didn’t try the burger yet, it’s the next day.

We had reservations on a holiday Sunday for 11:15, we were seated promptly. Glad we had reservations because when we left around 1:00 there was a long line to be seated. The cocktails we ordered were hair of the dog Bloody Mary off of the regular menu and the lillet lemon fizz off the brunch menu. Both were really good. Orders off of the brunch menu included the lumberjack tacos which were unusual as the shell was a pancake with fried egg, hash brown and bacon candy as the filling. It was really good and the bacon candy is so good I wish we ordered it as a starter! Also ordered were hamburgers which had really thick Pattie’s the chicken sandwich and the dirty dog hot dog. Everything was plentiful and tasted good. Inside there are alot of tables, a bar area and a patio area outside so your dog can join you and order off of the “pup” menu! Server was attentive and introduced us to her substitute server when she went on a break! The banana pudding for dessert was the best I have ever had! We were from out of town but will definitely dine here again when driving through this area!

Such a fantastic spot to find and enjoy good food and they're own craft beer; along with other beers on tap. The menu offerings looked delicious. Regular menu and happy hour we choose to order from the happy hour. From chicken club, teriyaki bowl and fish and chips!! The first night out in Roseville we took the 5 min walk to check out The Lazy Dog. We split queso dip and bacon wrapped hotdog with blue cheese slaw and house made chips with a couple of their craft beers. And it was just phenomenal!! We decided to come back to try their brunch menu with hair of the dog Bloody Mary for my boyfriend and the smoked maple bacon old fashion for me. Both were very tasty. The real star of the show was their house made donut holes served with warm Nutella🤤🤤 (there are two options a regular side and the smaller plate size which is what we opted for) Chiliquilias with a tantalizing red sauce and black beans. My man ordered the chicken and biscuit with Cajun gravy. A great dish we just wanted more sauce. We finished our brunch off with a couple of craft beers and were content with full satisfied bellies while watching the Giants game. Go. Check. This. Place!! You will find something to enjoy.

Phenomenal lunch! We had to take our dog to a vet appointment and found this dog friendly restaurant. We had a wonderful spot on the patio. They even brought the dog water and had a dog menu. My husband had the black & bleu burger and a huckleberry mule and it was excellent. I got the Thai chicken salad and a cucumber mint vodka. Excellent experience, delicious food & drinks.

Food and drinks were good. Our server was great, however she was at the end of her shift and leaving for the day. We were done ordering and closed our our tab. We continued to enjoy our food and drinks. When we were finished we waited and we’re ignored by the new server because our tab was closed. All we need was a takeout out box for one left over meal. It as obvious she was put out by the rolling of her eyes and slamming the box down on the table.

It’s recommended based on overall experience - foods are good, attentive staff and well maintained area. Great selection of beers and other alcoholic drinks! One thing for your reference - If you’re going to have “Happy Hour “ , it’s better to let reception know first. Happy hour is only eligible in certain dining area.

First time here. Nice place! My friends come often for the fish tacos 🌮🌮 and they looked fabulous. I got the shrimp bowl with noodles.. Delicious...and took home leftovers. (And $3 off being before 4pm) Too bad I mixed it up before I took the photo...it was plated beautifully. The addition of mint really made it great.

Great food that had a little something extra. Great place to take your dog. My dog's first meal at a restaurant. I can't wait to go back for happy hour and sit by the fire pit.

First time here and it was amazing. Great vibe open and alive. Tons of food choices maybe to many. Their own beer that you can also buy in a can to take with you for later. I order the pancake tacos. Let me tell you it is the perfect blend of sweet, savory, spicy, and crunch. Wife ordered the 5 cheese grilled cheese she swore best she ever had. Everyone else food was delicious. Candy bacon give it a try but I liked it. The waitress was nice, friendly, and responsive. Great place all around

As you can see by the photo it comes all piled up on your plate. I've never been a fan of having my food all mixed up together. Tasted good though
