Nice large shopping mall with a diverse selection of spas and salons (10), restaurants (11)with multiple cuisines, dessert shops (5), whole foods and clothing shops (>15) and tons of speciality stores. The mall has a great ambience with loads of small trees and flowering plants and parking in front of most stores, instead of just a large parking lot.

We enjoy the shops at Fountains. We like the pizza by the slice at Whole Foods. We also enjoy Peet’s Coffee. My wife likes DSW shoes and my daughter loves the Zocalo Mexican restaurant. Fun time shopping at this outside walking mall. Nice selection of shops. Many restaurants I would have liked to have tried, but not enough time in one afternoon. Parking was a little difficult to get close by, but you can park a little further and walk. Its not bad especially on a nice day. The day we went there was also a farmer's market in the parking lot (it was a Tuesday?) But by the time we were done at 4pm, they had already packed up so we didn't get to look around that.

Excellent place to visit with ample shopping 🛍 for whatever you desire. Location has great atmosphere with a mini Bellagio style fountain that changes color as the main attraction. Cool 😎 seating on metal butterflies 🦋 down the main walkway. Definitely will return to see and explore more! Oh, and bring a sweater or jacket 🧥 in the evening time.

The main reason I go to the fountains is, to attend their free, outdoor, summer concert series. They are held during the summer from 8 to 10 pm. The bands they have this year are exceptional. Bring your chair and have fun. The shopping is a little scarce, since several businesses closed during the pandemic. All the restaurants are busy and expect at least a 30 minutes wait. I recommend making a reservation, if you plan on eating at any of the restaurants in the Fountains Center.

Don't get out to The Fountains much these days. But we were looking for a fun game arcade type vibe for my son's birthday! Dave and Buster's is a great family fun filled night!

Lots of nice restaurants and high end shops. Not very pleasant though when the weather hits 100.

Mikuni opened in former McCormick spot with new decor in open kitchen concept but no counter seats to watch sushi chefs. Delicious but prices have increased. NO RESERVATIONS and wait at 4:30 pm on Friday averaged around an hour.

Great outdoor shopping mall with a small town feel. There are areas for sitting in a nicely landscaped with different features from a fire pit to fountains. There is a motorized small train that navigates the main street area for children to ride. There is a small children's play area and a small stage area for performances. The shopping selection is wide ranged with retail to professional services to restaurants with indoor & outdoor patio dining and desserts.

The restrooms were disgusting. They have it set up as gender neutral but it's a set of stalls so men came out and there was piss all over the entire toilet amd didn't flush. It was really gross and the sink area was out of soap. Luckily the inner area had soap. It was just really unsanitary. I left feeling grossed out. The parking is atrocious too.

One of the best places. There's a little train, a big fountain, smaller fountains, restaurants, stores, treats, a free fire pit to relax by, a park for kids, and public fountains/restrooms; this is one of the key reasons I love loving here. Sometimes we just go and relax for the afternoon getting fresh air. It's a one-stop shop for literally all ages. Perfect location for community!!!

We love going there, there is always something going on for the kids which is really nice. We just did the train ride and it was definitely an outstanding experience for the little one.

Nice clean place. Even if you're just window shopping it has cute boutique style stores that you can window shop at. And get a coffee or lunch at an affordable price.

I only visited The Offices at the Fountains on Wed. I can't wait to return and explore all the shops! I never realized there was oodles of parking beyond the turnaround and lots of shops I never knew existed! Looks like a great place to explore, spend a day, soak up some sun, and shop!!

I was pretty disappointed but I use to live by Santana Row so I guess that's what I was expecting. Everyone told me it was very good Christmas shopping. Not only was it decoration lacking (all but the tree and a few red bells) it just was lackluster all together.

Love ❤️ Roseville Fountains ⛲️ A place to relax, unwind and recharge. Be it shopping 🛍️, restaurants, sweet treat stop or kid’s entertainment ( 🚂 train rides, so darn cute) I always energize every time I go there.

Beautiful place to have a nice walk, eat & shop

All of the parking spaces are reserved for curbside pickup, but this is an outdoor mall and nobody goes here for curbside pickup. The business just use those spaces to keep on hand to offer to preferred customers. Message received loud and clear: I am not a preferred customer. I think i prefer to be a customer elsewhere

I would definetly recommend this venue for a kids birthday party. Great value, unlimited games ( specific games), food was pretty good ( chicken nuggets, french fries, cheese burgers, pizza rolls. The arcade was pretty amazing, they had every game you can imagine. I like the old school game's, basketball, Wheel of Fortune, Race car games, and so much more. Your kids will not be disappointed and even adults will enjoy themselves. Bar is nearby if you want some spirits and husbands can escape to the bar to watch the game. Overall, a great family attraction, girls night out, boys night out, dinner party this place has it all. I wish it was a little bigger but it is what it is. Customer service was good, we had a issue's with our game card's but they were right on it and fixed card. Our server was on point, he continually checked up to ensure we were good. Super cool place and will definetly go again.

Refreshing way to part you from your money. Weekday parking is plentiful if not entirely convenient for targeted shipping. Surroundings are well-maintained and can be quite pleasant in good weather.

Very family oriented!! People are friendly!! They have a train ride for both the kids and the parents to enjoy themselves. Very Clean and Maintained! I gave it 5 stars but would give it 20 stars if I could!!! Thank you to All the Employees that keep All of it Clean and Maintained, Outdoors And Inside!!! Thank You Again!

Always been one of my favorite places for lunches and dinners. There’s also things for the kids. Kept clean and attractive. Just know that Friday’s and Saturdays are packed. Bring some extra patience. It’ll be worth it. But rather see it this way than a “dead”.

There is such a warm, inviting, festive vibe here. I love it year round. It would be a lovely place to do your walking in the evenings as well. I walked my dog here one night and everyone we met was so friendly.

OMG what a terrible place. If you want to spend 10 minutes trying to find a parking spot, then another 10 minutes walking to the store you are trying to go to, this is the place! People drive in the middle of the lane so it's really hard to turn corners. They don't use blinkers because that would require moving one finger. I've been twice. Never again. No store is worth the headache!
