I absolutely love the store and have made a lot of purchases throughout the years. I have referred many people to make purchases and talked a big game on customer service and how pleasant the employees are. I have been to the Roseville location maybe three times, only once can I say I had a pleasant experience. The guy at the front door was really nice and welcoming today. The person that helped me seemed annoyed and irritated that she was even asked. She barely let me ask her questions regarding my issue and hurried me to the back to speak with someone regarding cleaning (he was helpful and answered my questions with no problem). She pushed the button for the bell and practically ran off. It just reminded me why I place a lot of my orders online. Sad part is I wanted to make a few purchases while I was there. That went right out the window. Automatically felt as if my family and I were not welcomed there. You can tell employees were avoiding us like a plague. It’s unfortunate. I never give public reviews, but today really disappointed and sadden me.

While I don't have a girlfriend, I do know somebody who would be mad if she heard me say that. That being said, I needed the perfect necklace to pair with a beautiful handmade pendant I had of Lake Tahoe. Since Tiffany's was only an hour and a half away I decided to make the Trek and I was glad I did. The jewelry is truly special- it makes any woman's heart melt to receive that iconic box. As the shopper, I was enamored by the help I received. The service was perfect and exactly what I expected. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to give a truly special gift.

There can't go anything wrong with the store but the layout is like a dungeon. It's looks like a Walmart of Tiffany! Employees are kind of fickle, their mood changes according to the purchase you make, the can try to be a little more pleasant.

Great service. The ladies and gentlemen that work there are amazing and fun but the quality of the products and integrity of the of the company can be compared to sh@t. My wedding band was purchased there. After 18 months, two diamonds were lost. I was quoted $1200.00 to repair it. Mind you the ring was $6000.00 and I had had it for 18 months. My mother has had hers for 50 years and she never lost a diamond. I was so dismayed by the price that I declined Tiffany’s to replace and repair the ring. I went to another jeweler in town and was quoted 1/3 of the price for the same quality of diamonds and repairing the ring. Luckily my engagement ring was checked by my new jeweler and is in good shape. Thank goodness cause that was almost $20,000. I will never go back to Tiffany’s. I also found out the Tiffany’s is no longer the Tiffany’s we know. It was sold to some large corporation (I think Avon) and there is where the integrity was lost. I’m wondering now if I am wearing a blood diamond. Shame on you Tiffany’s.

I can't believe I haven't left a review before now! The service here has always been top notch excellence. My husband came to this location yesterday to get me a birthday gift and he said the staff was so helpful and also were sweet to our children. Thank you Tiffany's for always delivering on the perfect jewelery and the perfect service!

Service is excellent and the staff is so friendly. They really pay attention to our needs and always take their time to find thr right piece for me. They understand budgets and are never pushy. I've been coming here for 3 years and have bought 5 pieces from them.

Over the years we have received Tiffany gifts and while we haven't bought anything from there (yet) the customer service had always been beyond exceptional. They have definitely earned our business when it is time for us to get our own Tiffany's!

I have been to many Tiffany & Co. stores throughout the whole world. This is one of the nicest stores and the staff is the best I have ever dealt with. One person specifically is Pradeep. He is understanding, makes recommendations but doesn’t force anything on you and only puts you in something that you want. Next time you visit ask for Pradeep.

I used to go to this store and I would buy from whoever was available for me, but after buying from Pradeep, I always ask for him. He will always remember you, he will always call you by your name when you come back, he will treat you the same if you're buying that day or if you’re just looking. I don’t even buy online, he deserves my business every time. I prefer to buy here because I know I’m investing and my pieces will become an heirloom for my family.
