    Quoted me about half the price over the phone of the spay so I made the drive over for my Doggo to be inspected then paid them $70 for that just for them to change the quote to $1000 the person on the phone told me price of the surgery and nothing else then when I asked the doctor about it he offered to do the job with no medication afterwords for pain or infection nothing like that just be sure to ask for full price and everything included before driving far if that’s your plan and I thought it wasn’t good the doctor was offering to do the job for cheaper and leaving my dog in pain I’d think most places wouldn’t do that

    Great care was given to our loved pet and wasn't hit with any unnecessary changes. Felt very confident with the diagnosis and treatment recommendations given. Will have no problems bringing our pet here again.

    The Banfield Pet Hospital close to my home is convenient and I have confidence in all of their veterinarians. The entire staff always treats us with respect and courtesy. I just wish that my dog and cat didn't dislike going there so much.

    We purchased the dog wellness plan for our dog. And she was going in for her comprehensive exam. They are very good about notifying us as to when booster shots are due or teeth cleaning needs to be done etc.

    I really love this place, unlike other vets I've gone to in the past, this one does not rush, and really takes the time to make sure they're thorough while providing all of the information you need.

    Dr. Jennifer Weininger will not accommodate you if you have a special circumstance. She will run multiple tests that you don't need that's not included on your pet plan. She will not help solve the problem you present just give you the problems. Lastly, she will have you go out of your way multiple times to retrieve any special documentation needed. Worst veterinarian at this location. Never again!

    Jazmin has helped us at this hidden gem of a location multiple times, and I feel like I'm leaving my greyhound in great hands each visit. This location can always get us in for a last minute/emergency appointment and I really should make them my home office (my location never has availability for weeks or a month at a time, and when I do get an appointment, they call me same day to leave a voicemail cancelling my morning appointment I already started to drive to and miss because I'm loading multiple excited dogs, but I digress). AND they were able to do her comprehensive exam during her drop off while she was getting her eye stain and meds together from an angry cat scratch. She was seen by Dr. Weininger and both meds seem to be doing the job! Very grateful for this friendly, thorough, accommodating vet team!

    I called the pet hospital inside of a Petsmart at 8AM opening to confirm stock of a prescription food I was told Banfield sold. When I requested the stock check, the Banfield representative told me I needed to call the Petsmart representatives because they were in charge of stocking. I had to wait an hour until Petsmart opened to place a bag of food on hold. Upon my arrival to the store for pick up, I discovered that the food in question was directly in front of Banfield. I feel as though the Banfield representative pushed me off to someone else as a “not my problem“ situation, which was extremely frustrating, an absolute waste of time and unprofessional.

    After being put on hold twice(trying to schedule an appointment) and hung up on both times, I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, and then was hung up on again. Per the supervisor their reasoning for the disconnect was a phone issue. Unfortunately then they’ve been having the same phone issues since January. I think it’s a staffing culture issue.

    My Rottweiler beirtholomew or Beir. He had a little sore on his neck that was about 2 in wide and may need to be lanced. Some sort of wound that got infected may be playing with his boxer sister. We did not have an appointment, and they took us in anyway as a walk-in and will treat him today. All this, even though they only have one doctor right now because another is out sick. I called that good service.

    They get the job done, but their service is sub-par. Took our cats in for routine checkups at 8am and didn't get them back until around 4pm. When I tried calling to check in at the original time they'd given us for pickup they didn't even have their phones on so I had to call the store to let them know.

    Great vet! But wish we can go inside a room with our pup and not have to wait outside and talk outside where people can here our conversation. Don’t like how our pup has be taken in the back without me being there. Need rooms to be open.

    THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNCARING PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT PUTTING MY CAT DOWN, THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALL AND WHEN THEY FINALLY DID THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I WAS CRYING AND COULD BARLEY TALK AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME. WHEN YOUR HURTING THE MOST THEY DON'T CARE.

    They don't allow you to go back with the pet. You don't know what, how, or if your animal is being treated. Not acceptable!

    Banfield that hospitals are the best. I like that they have a couple convenient locations close to me and they always seem to be able to help you out and get you in. And my dog Pepper loves the doctors there. They are always helpful on the phone too if you need to call with a question.

    they always treat my dogs with respect and compassion, the annual wellness plan is great and the routine biannual blood work it includes caught a potential future issue we could treat early
