Could do with an area for family's to change wasn't easy with a 1 year old but staff and everything else was perfect. So friendly and helpful

Really good fun on the inflatable course and it's really well organised. The changing area is a little small for everyone getting in and out at once though.

Even given Covid restrictions I felt that they could let more people in as it was quite empty. Given that we had a great time with our grandson. The building was lovely and warm and the water wasn't too much of a shock to the system and the showers were very warm too. All in all we had a really good time are more important our grandson loved it.

a nice pool for a family, nice and warm and not too busy - However, there should be a warning that there is no family changing rooms.

The booking system is terrible .You might as well not even bother trying to swim at this pool.After 3 weeks,we still haven't managed and we live 5 minutes away.

Changing rooms fine and clean, desk staff fine, swimming pool felt cold - had to take my daughter out of session early as she was turning blue

Nice staff and fun activity. Definitely need work done on changing facilities. 6 cubicles for approximately 25 individuals wasn’t pleasant

Nice pool and friendly staff. Could do with a few family changing rooms / cubicles, though, as it's difficult being a dad with a 10yr old daughter.

Really friendly staff, they couldn't do enough to help. Tidy and clean changing rooms and pool. Pool was not too busy and warm which is a bonus. Dated but well maintained. And for the price it is great. Will be visiting again :)

Clean and spacious changing rooms with plenty of lockers. Pool not overcrowded with swimmers and nice and warm. Friendly staff. Can't fault it for the price.

Great swimming teachers changing rooms are always clean toilets are clean and above all just always a fun time when you go

Really enjoy swimming here. The changing room is always kept clean and fresh . The staff are friendly and the atmosphere of the pool is good. Definitely look forward to going swimming here.

Having recently moved into the area,I was looking for facilities to swim & cycle, now the the weather & sunlight are drawing in. This centre meets my needs & I found that is not to crowded & it is worth having a chat with the friendly staff to this ends. I have taken advantage of a discount card for my visits, so I am 'quids in' all round.

Lovely swimming pool very clean. Changing room and shower area very clean. There is also a gym. In the reception area the are vending machines. Loads of parking spaces to. Check out the web site for swim sessions they do.

Pool was good for swim but very disappointed with disabled shower, I won't go into detail but when I informed staff they did deal with it.

I am enjoying the facilities the reception is friendly and helpful the pool isn't big but it just enough. I am enjoying the timetable and look forward to my next swim session. Thank you

My daughter has swimming lessons here, instructer called Charlotte who is a fantastic instructor. Staff and instructors have fantastic skills of being able to get the maximum out of your child and teaching the all important life skill of swimming.

Decent place, looks clean enough, easy bus access, receptionists are kind enough to convert notes into coins and lockers accept new £1 coins. Improvement, could do with more cubicles for changing rooms as it gets too busy, especially in the females as many mothers take their younger children, even if male children.

Just very good I carnt use the facilities but my wife is an avid swimmer and she says that the people are lovely 😍.

Brilliant gym and pool, but you do need to book at present due to Covid. Staff and trainers really helpful and friendly.
