The food is fine. Everything else is just horrible. The staff is unfriendly to the extreme. Almost nobody is manning the front desk. I asked for help for my online order and one of the staff just looked at me and left without saying a word. I didn't get my drink cup when my food finally arrived, and when I asked for the cup the same staff smirked at me for whatever reason. The place is also overrun by homeless and suspicious folks, some of them are harrasing people for free food, few of them have tracking device at their ankle and obvious gunshot wounds. No idea what is going in the store manager's mind. Get your establishment under control.

Mannnn! So I always get a steak egg and cheese bagel from McDonald’s so I KNOW what they should look and taste like. Now if you have every eaten one you know how greasy and drippy it can be. Which I love! I took a pic of the paper just to show how dehydrated my sandwich was. The only thing that saved it was the egg. The bagel was hard, the steak was like jerky and this was at 9AM so why is NOTHING FRESH?! This probably was made for someone else because the entire sandwich just looked like it had been sitting. The cheese on my bagel will show you that! I had someone else go inside for me so I can’t rate customer service but even the biscuit that my friend ordered was hard as a rock. I recently visited this McDonald's location and had the pleasure of trying their double cheeseburger and 6-piece chicken nuggets combo. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and overall experience. The double cheeseburger was a classic delight. The patties were juicy and flavorful, and the melted cheese added the perfect amount of gooey goodness. The buns were fresh and held everything together nicely. It was a satisfyingly filling burger that hit the spot. The 6-piece chicken nuggets were equally enjoyable. Each bite was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, just as I had hoped for. The accompanying dipping sauces provided a variety of flavors to enhance the nuggets' taste, and the portion size was generous. What impressed me the most about this McDonald's was the value for the price. The combo meal offered a great deal with a decent portion of food. The quality of the ingredients exceeded my expectations, considering the affordable price point. The staff at this location was friendly and provided quick service, ensuring that my order was accurate and served promptly. The dining area was decent and well-maintained, for a McDonald's within the DMV. While this particular McDonald's didn't offer any unique or innovative menu items, it excelled at providing classic favorites with consistent quality and affordability. If you're looking for a quick and tasty meal that won't break the bank, I highly recommend giving this McDonald's a try. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this McDonald's. The double cheeseburger and 6-piece chicken nuggets were both delicious, the value for the price was excellent, and the service was friendly and efficient. It's a reliable spot for satisfying fast food cravings.

This place is going downhill. Been coming here before going to work in the morning for years, but the quality of the food and service has deteriorated. Their payment systems are routinely down, the food tastes like it has been reheated in a microwave, and the eating areas are always filthy. There’s usually large numbers of homeless people sleeping inside or harassing the customers and the whole dining area smells like body odor and stale urine. I know it’s just a McDonalds and I don’t expect a fine dining experience, but this place is just too gross now.

Food is always good. But Why keep the front doors proped wide open at 0800 when its 32°f? Are they trying to get rid of customers? Or are they trying to heat the outdoors? OK I get it. It takes 2 vatos to wheel in 20 pallets. Why not have a 3rd guy monitor the doors and only open them when necessary 🤔

Surprisingly clean. Quick. Tasty. My typical McDonalds visit leaves me disappointed for selecting it as my fast food solution. Stepping out of the metro, it was readily available and on my route, so I stopped in. I was met by a team happy to provide good customer service. My well presented meal was delivered to my table with a smile. The food tasted fresh and well prepared. What a surprise. I’ll be swinging back through to confirm my experience in a few days. Great job guys!!

Arlington, Va aint playing no games. It is refreshing to see how this city takes time and money to invest in modernizing this business. Very pleasing to the eyes. It makes you want to patronize this business. They have a state of the art charging station table, savy do it yourself self serving beverage and condiment stations, classy dessert station. I hope the customer service and food quality meets the same standards.

Night shift ladies were amazing . I got there with my family group around 9 people and get my food and my drinks ready in less then 10 minutes They did great and they are also very friendly

Store was rude, understaffed and disorganized for a franchise this busy and well located. A restaurant with this location should be a flagship store for the brand. Some managers/staff are pretty nice and helpful, even bringing your tray/food to the table if you eat in, but they were not working tonight. Lady who seemed in charge was barking order numbers to customers loudly and rudely. Got cut off mid-sentence by another lady when she asked what else for my decaf coffee, which I had to ask for (15 minutes after I ordered it) and after telling me it would be ready in 5 minutes. This store has a consistency problem when it comes to management/staff. Also, kiosks typically do not print a receipt, so if you blink you miss the quick order number the screen pops up at the end (which would be helpful to have if you need to convince an employee that you paid for something 15 minutes ago and you're still waiting for it, FYI). I sure hope this isn't a corporate store! P.S. - To post this reviewI had to delete the body of the last, unrelated review I posted and replace it with this new review. Unfortunately, my encounter with one particular staff member was marked by aggressive behavior. I also experienced long wait times, which negatively impacted my overall dining experience. That man was a little older and shorter

they are trash, disgrace, they don’t know how to do your coffee or frappes right. The person took 20 minutes for 1 drink when there was barely any customers. They deserve to get fired and close down, service was bad they didn’t want to help out, NEVER come here.!

Don’t waste your time and money , the worst customer service ever .I ordered a hotcakes and sausage meal received one syrup and one butter for 3 pancakes . Asked for more butter and another syrup got attitude in return! U don’t know wat someone preferences and how they like to eat their food , if I want to drown my pancakes in syrup I should be able too, Then received a smoothie with 85 percent of the cup full, if I’m buying a large I expect a large and my drink filled to the top , , got attitude in return for that. , to top it off a rat came running across the floor and everybody reacted like it was normal thing which is crazy ! Please don’t waste your time and money the staff is rude , nasty and disrespectful, and anywhere food is cooked should never be rat accessible
