Have patience when you visit this (well, any of their) location. You will likely have to wait a little, but it’s worth it. This is easily one of my favorite burger places, I always order a cheeseburger with a cookies and cream shake. It’s right in the entrance of Pentagon City, so it’s very easy to find. The staff were nice and the restaurant was clean. No complaints on my end!

The Triple Chocolate Brownie Shake ($6.69) caught my eye, but I found it disappointing. Very sweet and all those little bits and pieces kept getting stuck in the straw. I'll try something else next time.

Had the bad luck to get in line behind 20 plus school kids who were using a prepaid coupon for their meal. Service was good but slow. Ordered the Bourbon Back burger it didn't look like the picture but was good. Also had the cheese bacon fries which were tasty. I always like crinkle fries. The chocolate shake was okay.

Grabbed a bite here after a long day of shopping, and made the right decision! We enjoyed everything! The cookies & creme shake was perfect, nice and creamy! I had the classic shack burger which never disappoints. Crinkle cut fries came out nice and crispy. As well as the chicken bites! My boyfriend had the Bacon Cheeseburger and loved it. I only which the patties were thicker :/ Staff was kind and attentive which was a plus, the location is kept surprisingly clean! If you are in need of a good burger after shopping stop by Shake Shack!

First time visiting the Pentagon city location. Absolutely loved it. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff was nice, professional, and friendly. The restaurant was clean and busy. Will definitely visit again. 😊

Delicious burgers, full of flavor, perfectly cooked. Crispy fries and refreshing lemonade. This meal hit the comfort food spot I was craving.

Andrew at this location has completely changed my mind of Shake Shack. I haven’t been in years but when I went today I was greeted, offered recommendations and given an amazing experience. All thanks to Andrew I will be returning to this location specifically much more often. If you want to be taken care of come to this location. Ask for Andrew and he will provide the best customer service you have ever had.

Very happy with the quality and presentation of the food, cleanliness of the place and friendliness of the staff. The manager Simon is very professional and kind. Other Shake Shack locations aren't as pleasant as the one in Pentagon City.

It was my first time here, and honestly... expected the shake to taste better. It was the chocolate shake with whipped cream and sprinkles. It tasted bitter/kinda like coffee without cream or sugar. The fries were ok, not good, nor bad. The chicken tenders were very dry and had a weird aftertaste to it.

It was not even busy, and the employees are slowly making the orders as they talk. Very uncomfortable to stay around in the store. Also, total rip-off. We paid over 10 dollar for a small chicken that tasted less than popeyes.

This last Sunday I went to Shake Shack for dinner. When I arrived I waited in line to order my food. When it was my turn the employee stepped away and went in to the office with who I presume to be the manager. At first I believed that she was doing something important but then I heard employees saying "oh Mackenzie is in the office again I wonder how long it's gonna be this time" in a joking tone. Based on these events I believe what happened is she stepped away so she could flirt with the manager in his office. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and based on the dialogue of other employees it seems to be a common occurrence. Fortunately another employee came to take my order, he was very polite and apologetic for his coworkers actions. Nonetheless I'm worried about the work environment and more over the sanitation of this establishment.

From time to time, I don't get the best service, however my recent visit to this Shake Shack location was truly exceptional, all thanks to Andrew. I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic experience I had today. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted, offered excellent recommendations, and treated to outstanding customer service. He seems to be very knowledgeable of his stations and proficient in multitasking along with helping direct and overseeing his fellow employees. Andrew's attentiveness and dedication to ensuring a memorable experience completely changed my perception of Shake Shack. Thanks to him, I will definitely be returning to this specific location more often. If you're looking for exceptional customer service and want to be taken care of, I highly recommend coming to this Shake Shack location and asking for Andrew. He goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service you've ever had. Andrew is the GOAT! I do hope management does everything they can to compensate him appropriately and more!
