Took 8 minutes to get our food. It was 1230and only 5 people in front of us. I think they only had 4 people total working. Bathrooms were clean, but they had no ice in the drink machine. Onion rings were barely cooked through and not hot. Overall, disappointed. The joy of 2022 fast foot restaurants..

If you are looking for the most chaotic dining experience please come here. My burger had two top buns and the management are sarcastic and rude. More flies than cedar creek park. And most disgusting dining room. Would never recommend.

Went thru drive thru, worker kept yelling "what?" in a huff not only to us but also coworkers; had a little wait after being yelled at to pull up in front of building. Drinks were sticky plus overfilled and the sweet tea tasted like soda pop so went to waste. The fries weren't very good, sandwiches okay, and the mozzerella sticks excellent. Actually the mozzerella sticks are breaded just like the chicken fries and are delicious with both marinara or honey mustard so I gave an extra star. They offer yummie Heinz ketchup too 🙂 Gave an additional star hoping the worker was just having a bad day and doesn't normally treat others the way she did and overall the food was okay albeit a bit pricey. Would probably return if in the area but McDonald's sweet tea is way better so most likely will end up there. In conclusion I say check it out and hopefully you'll have a better experience...but definitely give the mozzerella sticks a try 🙂

The place is terrible anymore. I don't complain a lot, and I hate doing it, BUT if I could give a half star, I would. Ordered my food through the drive-through and was asked to pull forward after I paid. So I did, and I pulled behind another customer. We BOTH sat there for over 20 mins "no lie" waiting on our food. The first customer got his food, and I waited an additional 5 mins for mine. I got out of my car and walked back to the drive through window where the workers looked at me several times but wouldn't open the window so I could get a refund and move along with my day or even ask me if everything was OK. I got back in my car, and another 5 mins went by. 30 mins total for a whopper with cheese and chicken fries. The owner of this place needs to attend to his store for a few days and get things moving along. 0 out of 10 I will not be back! FYI, there were only two customers in the drive-through and not one single person inside waiting to order or eating.

This store is very inconsistent with cleaning their cooking oil. I never know if their fried food items will taste right. I have stopped visiting them mostly for this reason. The store itself was fairly clean. I just wish they would care more about their food quality with fried items. The sandwiches are generally put together well and taste good.

Food was really good. The man at the counter who took our order was exceptionally nice...I'm pretty sure he was a manager. I went to the restroom and my sneakers stuck to the floor. And not just a little bit. Other than that no complaints.

This burger King is great! The staff goes above and beyond. I went at 10am on a Sunday as they were opening. Food was fresh, fast, and delicious. I thought I'd never go to bk again after 3 bad experin a row at the north Versailles location. But 4309 St route 51 North, Belle Vernon, PA 15012 Has the best service.

I went through the drive-thru , so I really didn't eat inside. But they were really great,fast. & gave my little puppy a treat of bacon ! Great experience !

Food was delicious and the manager who helped me was very pleasant and you are lucky to have her! She even allowed me 2 BK crowns! Thank you!

This burger King is usually a hit or miss but more times a miss. There was quite a lime at the drive thru and people and it took too much time inside. I watched multiple people the drive thru and inside as well leave. The trash was full every where ND tables were not clean. The pop machine was gross and a mess and the man there said it hasn't been working right. I'm sure there were call offs or something. I felt bad for the people working so hard and fast to try and keep people happy.

Drive thru experience. It had a line but moved quickly. Burger was fresh, the frozen coke was good. Employees were kind and efficient

This particular Burger King is the best. Best food and friendly service at a fair price. Plus I the taste of their Whoppers.

Probably one of the worst Burger King's out there, incredibly slow, unfriendly, unprofessional staff
