Pathetic selection of sports supplies for kids. We couldn’t find anything we needed. In the short time I was in the store 5 customers came in and immediately walked back out because they weren’t allowed in without masks, but not one of them was offered a mask. If you’re going to enforce a mask policy then have a box at the front to offer customers (duh). One staff member decided to play mask police while were in the store, walking around and ordering customers to adjust the way they had their mask on. Obviously she was on some kind of an ego trip. Ridiculous. We won’t be going back ever and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

People that work there don’t know anything about their products or where they are located in the store. Also, they never ask if they can help you with anything. They just stand around or ignore you while they’re stocking other items. Also, they are one of the very few stores forcing customers to wear masks.

Very rude employees and service. Of all the stores in Roswell, NM they are the only ones that force people to wear a mask. The girl at the register was very rude. The fact that we can no come in to shop without a make even being vaccinated has lost our business. I can not medically wear one so to force me to is bad for my health.

The front cashier was so helpful as I was in a hurry to get back in time for a football game. I was looking for black long sleeved compression shirt to go under a football uniform. I was in and out in less than ten minutes😍

They have a great selection of sport foot wears,casual and work.great selection of socks to rock your new shoots assortment of hunting and camping gear. Excellent selection of sporting clothing at a reasonable price.they also have an excellent section were you can get basket ball,football,baseball softball and tennis equipment. One stop shop

We move recently to Roswell and our bed were deflated. Needed a quality electric air pump. Thanks to Big 5 Sporting Goods I found what I needed. Great store, big variety!👍

Went in to look at a variety of things....firearms.... The firearms guy was really helpful and very friendly..... Went to look in shoes and of course they got the typical size but nothing about 10.... The ladies in front were just standing there.... Didn't even ask if there was anything they could do.... In a world where I can go online and get what I want.... You would think the helpers would wait to be more friendly

Given the town I live in our choices are very limited to where we can shop for sporting gear. The prices are decent and the quality of materials sold here are just the same as others.

Their shoes suck, no customer service, no greeting. No welcome back. Definitely need customer service training.

It said in the widest it was open until 7:30 but i when that a 7:10 and it was close

The girls at the register were very nice and helpful. I was looking for arm protectors and they had exactly what I was looking for. Ended up buying a nice pair of hiking boots at a fraction of the regular retail price.My wife and I buy most all of our hiking shoes from Big 5. Great store with lots to look at.
