    Flooding when it rains, paying for a “fully remodeled townhome. And a disgusting dinosaur hvac closet with mold. Best part is waiting more than a month to get help from the office for the things we need fixed for obvious reasons. When was told it’d take one week. Hoping there will be new professionalism soon. No explanations on the lack of effort or apologies for the wait. Waste of excitement of a new home and total embarrassment to show friends and family. They have no care in the world for the people who live in the complex. Might as well hire your own help to get things done that are a hazard to health and safety. Won’t help you either if your ceiling falls in from a poorly fixed roof. Have to get a whole new lease and pay more than what you were before. Do not waste your money or time moving here. Hopefully the year will go by fast.

    These people are the worst. Yeah the deal to move in is good but after that there is no one to help you. 2 weeks into living there I’m still trying to find out my mailbox number the packages are not being taken then all of a sudden I have to sign up for Amazon hub. They don’t answer emails back and they are terrible at returning messages. By far the worst office staff I’ve ever had to deal with and I am not even a month into this lease. Maintenance is great and that’s the only thing this complex has going for them

    Within two weeks saw the SWAT team arresting a guy in broad daylight. A few other arrests since then, too. There are racist messages on my neighbor's mailbox. Packages get stolen. At what point will they install security cameras? There are cockroaches. Dead ones all over the carpet when I moved in. Still fighting the live ones in my cabinets, food, sink. Christian organizations set up shop in the grass every weekend. Neighbors leave trash in the grass areas. They charge for "trash" AND "valet trash" but it'll sit out in the hallway for days anyway. They charged me for their renters insurance even though I sent proof of my own. They also charged me for renters plus without me signing for it too. You have to pay for the package concierge and don't communicate anything to you about it so had no idea my stuff was going to amazon lockers by the mailbox. They didn't tell me my mailbox number. When I got a call back the assistant manager gave me the wrong mailbox number. They don't answer your calls. Went to the front desk and the only person in the office was a woman who said she couldn't access the computer and was watching over it for the employee who would be back in 10 mins, next sentence she said 30 then said 40. Apartment has been renovated but the walls have not and it shows. Neighbor is nice. Maintenance is fast. The apartment has potential.

    I’d give it a 0 star if I could. Went to tour on 9/21. No one sent any paper work just kept pressuring to apply. Called the office on 9/22 to give me a breakdown of security deposit and rent+ fees. Front desk girl couldn’t even figure out how to do the math. Said she had to call the manager and would call me back in an hour. Calling 5 hours later to find out the price of apartments went up within a couple hours? No thanks. Whoever Lyra is is the only one that knows what’s up. I’d replace your staff, giving you and your apartments a bad look. READ THE REVIEWS PEOPLE! Don’t move here.

    Just moved in yesterday, and boy, I was satisfied. The new team is amazing and did everything in their power to make sure we had a smooth move-in. Shout out to the assistant manager for being the GOAT! She provided A+ customer service. Also, shout Javel for adjusting the minor issues I saw during the walk through and got those issues resolved before the end of the walk through.

    If I could give them negative stars I would. DO NOT rent here. All reviews are fake unless they are complaints. And it’s funny that they respond to the ones that aren’t complaints. It’s always new management in here. No one knows anything. I have been waiting on a refund check for 5 months at this point and the process that they send you through is ridiculous. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Office staff get smart with you and are always rude. Not to mention that no one returns calls. Not the manager, not corporate, no one. This place is a joke.

    Kenya was amazing! We had so many issues with the apartment we were supposed to move into (totally different complex and company) and she was able to get us something that met all of our needs right away. The staff was very friendly and understanding of our situation and that we needed an apartment on such short notice. :)

    Thankfully the last management was replaced with professionals. I want to send praise to Javell one of the maintenance staff for actually dedicating time and effort to the residence. He has been nothing but respectful and attentive to the needs of my apartment. He is the guy I request to come out for service. His communication is by far much appreciated. I also want to thank Alan! He is also attentive and caring when it comes to his residents. He is always available with a welcoming attitude. Both Alan and Javell reassure you by taking on the attitude of “your problem is my problem” you do not find genuine people who want to connect people to solution. Salute to these gentlemen for taking up the last staff’s slack and chaos they left for them to clean up

    My experience with Rosewell apartments was the best because Mrs Karla was the best. She helped us with everything she was polite professional and very sweet to us. When you have great staff on board like her. It makes the transition easier. I just wanted to personally thank her. ❤️❤️

    I lived and recently moved out. Lots fake reviews! Look at the pattern of real reviews. Some are even employees posting fake reviews. Don't buy into this disgusting place. All of sudden the reviews are positive overnight. This place hasn't changed. The staff is rude, lack knowledge and the rodents are chewing into everything.

    This is an excellent place to live and have a great management. Karla Ventura has been really helpful,professional and would follow up and communicate with us regarding maintenance work or any other issues.
