The kindest thing I can say is to find somewhere else to go! We arrived at 10:00am for our 10:10 appointment. I quickly checked in on their electronic system (though 2 out of the 4 were out of order). Then we sat, and sat, and sat… we were finally seen for the initial screening just after 11am. After they dilated my son’s eyes, we went to the cinema room to sit and wait the 25 minutes for the dilation to set in. It is currently 12:45pm… and still no doctor. I have asked twice when we will be seen, and no one has an answer. My son, who is autistic and nonverbal, is beginning to lose it. He is hungry and angry at this point…. Not that I blame him. I’m giving two stars instead of one bc the initial tech was very nice. Update: over 3 hours in total. What a disaster.

I needed to make an appointment for an eye infection and called Thomas Eye Center. I got an appointment right away and the customer service was outstanding on the phone. I was so impressed with Dr. Gibson in the Roswell office. He was able to diagnose the problem and had my prescriptons called in before I left their parking lot. I would recommend Dr. Gibson to anyone having eye issues.

Had an easy, professional and enjoyable visit, As always. They ran on time, My appointment went well. They answered the few questions I had with no trouble at all. And I’ve said many times I would recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you again you all for another fantastic job.

I switched to this place from America best and this place is SO much better! I really feel like they care for you and giving you the best care and what’s best for you! From the testing, to the doctor and the contact lens fitting. They were all wonderful and made me have a wonderful experience. The only reason I didn’t put a 5 star was because of the glasses service, the person who handled me seemed very frustrated and snappy with me which made me feel uncomfortable but other then that so glad I switched!!

Excellent Eye Group! Quick appointment from time I called to scheduling the exam date. No delays in the office and the staff was warm and welcoming. Aging eyes, but all good. Won't be back until next year. Thank you!

I was deeply impressed with the level of professionalism and human concern that I experienced at the TEG, throughout the entire process I was made to feel like patient C.E. rather than number 28. Every step left me well informed regarding the state of my vision. Your facility could be the template for how all health care facilities should operate, thank you doesn't seem like enough in exchange for the care that you give.

I've been going to Thomas Eye since my mom went there for cataract surgery over 12 years ago. Mom has since passed and I'm still there. They have gotten better over the years with the check-in process, appointments, waiting room time, and the patient portal is handy. I don't have many eye- related complaints, I wear "computer glasses" while I work and for reading only. My visit two days ago was for my annual checkup - it was quick and easy. I'm also VERY happy that there's now an alternative to being dilated! The front desk check out was efficient and Ginny was especially helpful. All-in-all, no complaints, I'll be back next year!

Long time patient. Always great care and service. I drive past their competitors because of how well they treat me and the top notch eye care I receive. Highly recommend.
