Recently ordered 2 shrimp rolls that had no shrimp in them and when I went back and complained the lady in the front accused me of eating the shrimp when I never left the area. She then brings out another shrimp roll and this one only has 1 half of a shrimp then she tells me that there is a food shortage which I understand but why charge full prices without informing the customer of the change. She then told me to go somewhere else to get food. This place will never get my money again.

Had me questioning if I had COVID… little taste, ordered lunch special with “fried rice” and chicken. Had more onions then chicken, maybe 4-5 pieces of actual chicken. Lo mein wasn’t good, and even the spring roll was mid. Worst $15 spent

The fried rice wasn’t even fried rice. It was yellow and tasted like cooking oil. It was like they forgot to add soy sauce. I couldn’t finish it. The chicken I ordered was ok. The breading was soggy though. No crunch like I’m used to. Hot and sour soup was the redeeming dish. It was pretty good.

I would say it was a waste of $13 but during this pandemic it seems all Asian restaurants have gone extinct. I'm just sad to see that my favorite Asian restaurant is closed and I have no other choices but to find another one. This restaurant is typical as most of them. the staff has no charisma toward customers. The menu looks like it was copied from somebody else. And the food is very bland. I ordered general Tao chicken after lunch so it was 995 for combo. It came with a medium sized portion of chicken and rice with two pieces of broccoli stuff on the bottom. With an egg roll and one piece of fried chicken. the chicken was not crispy very soft, the sauce was not spicy AT ALL- it kind of tasted like orange chicken sauce honestly. I did not taste any ketchup any garlic any green onions any ginger in the sauce. The tasted was a bland sauce, like it came out of a jar. Needless to say I did not finish any of it. I took a few bites and not satisfied enough to throw the rest of away.

Never had a encounter with one of those Asian businesses that are the “ R” word but for some reason I feel like this sad excuse of a restaurant deff is. So I was picking up a order for Uber at this place and upon arrival I wasn’t greeted or anything the only thing I was greeted with was a angry face from I guess the owners wife and the words “let me see your phone” I was shocked that someone was speaking to me like this so I caught my breath and asked “Well how are you” the lady responds “yeah yeah let me see phone” while waving her hand I respond by saying “you must be having a bad day” she then proceeds to walk away because she clearly doesnt understand how customer service works. So I waited and then saw her son just staring at me and not helping me, so reached my had over to grab my order that’s when her son told me to stop, Someone yelled from the back and out came a angry daughter to finally give me my order. This is one of those Chinese places that clearly doesn’t like a certain kind Of person. You clearly came here for opportunity so act like it. If I would’ve acted like what you wanted me to act I would’ve been wrong. I will never spend money at this place and i hope no one else does. Also this isn’t one of those gaslight posts this is the truth, I’ve never felt like how they made me feel just because someone is picking up a order doesn’t mean you can treat them anyway those are potential customers as well but the hate just wouldn’t let the lady Simply say How are you ? Are you picking up a order ? That simple. I would think business owners would know that but we all know why this happened.Also that little boy shouldn’t be ringing up orders there are child labor laws here. The food was terrible. I ordered 4 Different plates to go. It tasted like the rice was old. The chicken in the Chicken Fried Rice was not cooked thoroughly. The wings were bot cooked well. One of my dinners was supposed to be spicy but instead it was sweet. Nobody enjoyed their food. I will never eat there again

**RUDE RUDE RUDE*** This place is involved in employing minors over the counter and are very rude. The staff, has some serious anguish against food delivery drivers who are actually helping the business make money. I was made to wait about 10 minutes on picking up an order for delivery, so I proceeded to using the toilets, as I had to. I texted the customer to inform that the food was not ready, which was true. The customer called the restaurant after a few minutes and texted me back that the food was now ready. Hands washed with soap and ready to go, I proceed to the counter and a minor child is like ‘Hey yo yo. What is the name on the order?’ I automatically unassigned and moved on. I would never allow no body to berate or disrespect me like that. Perhaps my sixth sense, garnered through years of delivery work, did not allow me to take that order as I could sense more trouble throughout the course of delivery!! Delivery drivers, you have been warned about this place!!! BEWARE!!

Sweet and Sour Chicken (L2) was over-cooked and tough. No longer includes veg's. Sauce was cold. No longer includes a chicken wing and pastry. Fried-rice was too greasy. The eggs in the fried-rice was not edible. I'll never go back.

I always love everything I order, I stick to the same 3 items because im picky veggie egg foo young, veggie lo mean, and beef and broccoli. The fried rice is just yellow rice.

Staff is very unprofessional and Violate child labor laws. I had came here year later and they are still violating child labor laws plus the child is being combative with me. How does this location still have a permit to do business?

Crunchy rice. Gave me yellow rice instead of regular fried rice.Sesame chicken tasted like Artificial Chicken. And I paid $15 and received the smallest amount of food ever Will never eat here again…also there was no vegetables in my rice

They were SUPER busy due to it being Christmas Day, so the order took a little bit longer than usual, but it was hot and delicious!!!

Just another basic Becky fake Chinese food with less than pleasant staff. Demanding we drivers just accept the order before we can even see it. Get your boring Chinese food at literally any other place. Hundreds around here that don’t have attitude and are respectful to the people who help make them money.

Decent food and super nice interaction. I stopped in for carry out dinner tonight and felt like lo mein. I was a little worried due to the reviews but my experience was very good overall. The lo mein was tasty and the portion was very good. The girl who took my order (and I think cooked my food) was very friendly. It took amount 5 minutes to get my food and be on my way.

Trash. We’ve been riding with this place for over a year and EVERY single time we decide to give it another chance the quality of food decreases and the quality of customer service. $20 for some over fried food?? Are you kidding. Especially after they made us wait nearly 45 mins. Ridiculous. We went back to let them know how poor of a service it was and how they made the food boxes smaller. Less food, burnt food, more money? Make it make sense. Waste of money. Go a quality restaurant for good food. You won’t get it here.

Have used this cafe for several years; however, their service and customer service is now below par. My last order they dumped a carton of sauce in the bag and left out the sauce for another entree. I contacted the store and they wanted me to drive back to the store and pick up sauces. I will not use them anymore. Terrible service

This restaurant is consistent with putting out excellent dishes, not your typical run of the mill Chinese spot..The chef does not miss!
