Super friendly staff. We had a great stay at Days Inn by Wyndham in Roswell, New Mexico. The check-in was fast and the lady in the reception was super friendly. The rooms are new and there is no carpet in any of the rooms. The room itself is quite spacious and clean. There is an ice maker near the rooms. We were on the upper floor and had a good nights sleep. It was quite silent for being right next to one of the main roads. We can definitely recommend staying here when visiting Roswell.

Iā€™m sorry not to be able to give our stay a better review because the hotel staff was extremely nice. However, the room was only just reasonably clean, the pillows were those horrible things stuffed with pieces of foam that are like sleeping on padded gravel, the air conditioning was unusually noisy, and there was a strange, rubbing scuffling sound, which I think also came from the air conditioning. As with all open court motels there was a lot of noise from the parking lot, even quite late at night, which was a problem since we were traveling with dogs and meant we didnā€™t get very much sleep. Possibly fine if youā€™re not staying in a pet room.

Super solid room with updated decor. Exactly what you want for the reasonable price. Set up motel style so the rooms open up toward the parking lot. Martha at the front desk was THE BEST. Super friendly and helpful with maps of all the places youā€™d need or want to go to in Roswell, from sites to food to souvenirs. The breakfast is LEGIT. They have the standard coffee, juice, egg/cheese omelette, potatoes and breads, but they also had absolutely delicious refried beans and biscuits and gravy! Also had awesome green chilies on the side. Itā€™s on the main drag and close to everything. Great value.

First I would like to adress the question of rooms. They are big, clean, and affordable. Well decorated. The only bad thing I would have to say is that some of the towels were obviously not clean. It is well isolated. As for the location, it isn't far from multiple fast-foods and restaurants, which comes in handy when you are really hungry and you need a quick bite. There is a pool which is clean and not too close to the road, making it appreciable. The breakfast is gigantic I love it absolutely worth it. The service is good as you would expect from professionals. I highly recommend this place.

As other reviwers have mentioned, check in with Martha was excellent. Room was perfect for my trip and I will stay again in the future. Enough restaurants within walking distance as well. Breakfast is good too. For what you get...friendly service, clean/quiet room, etc...makes this a great deal.

The rooms were not cleaned properly. The bathroom flooded after ONE shower because they donā€™t have the proper shower curtains. I had to go to front desk and ask for more towels since they only give you two in the room. The poor boy at the desk look frustrated when he saw that the cleaning ladies only left him two extra towels. We asked for four but that obviously wasnā€™t his fault. Cleaning ladies just arenā€™t doing their job. Breakfast was gross. I wish I had the breakfast everyone else was talking about. I stayed at a Days inn not too far from here and it was wonderful. This was nasty. Water flavored eggs, water flavored gravy, no fruits other than two black bananas. The three desk clerks I met were okay, the boy who got us our towels late at night was the nicest but I do not see what everyoneā€™s hype is over the service. Itā€™s basic. Ambulance with pulled up about 6 rooms down from ours late at nightā€¦when you pull into the parking lot you could probably make your own assumption as to why. The pillows are those awful cubed pillows? Clean enough to sleep in an emergency but will NEVER recommend here. I wouldnā€™t be writing this review if I didnā€™t have to pay OVER 100 dollars for something thatā€™s only worth 60. Iā€™ve stayed at Days inn all over the country. All over this state of enchantment. This Days inn is by far the worst Iā€™ve stayed in. I should have taken more photos.

Love this Days Inn. Martha at the front desk was sooooooo helpful. Clean room, outdoor pool, super good location in the middle of all things alien :) Nice breakfast in the morning. Alsoā€¦.safe. With two kiddos, I always have my ears perked when we do roadside motels. This motel (and area) felt super safe. Can not even begin to explain how accommodating and kind Martha was. We have just finished a few weeks of camping, and maybe itā€™s a reflection of that, but best showers ever. I have never written a motel review. But, this is the place if you are goi g to spend time in Roswell. Oh, and also affordable.

We stayed here 3 nights. Updated, spacious comfy room. Breakfast has something for everyone. Nice staff. We went to the Alien museum, Bottomless lakes park, Bitter Lake wildlife area.

Found this hotel on Wednesday night thru maps. Great price for 4 people. Book online it was really fast. Easy to check in. Great customer service she let us know about the events going on for the festival. Free breakfast was included and was good. Overall, it was great service and will come again.

Spent one night while checking out the sights of Roswell. The check in process was quick, the clerk was friendly and accommodating as I wanted a second level room. The room was clean, appeared updated, had a mini-fridge and microwave. The hotel fronts to the busy road but it was not much of a bother at night. The breakfast was good (waffles, scrambled eggs, toast, oatmeal, etc) and the breakfast room was clean, staffed and well run. There is a pub style restaurant across the street which was good (nice wood fired pizza options) and it was nice not to use the car. In fact we walked to all of the tourist sites from the hotel. The hotel is well priced and I would stay again.

Friendly and knowledgeable clerk. Our room was squeaky clean and the bed was comfortable. 10/10 recommend. Being itā€™s summer and 115 the pool is nice.

The rooms could be nicer but for the price they're decent enough. Front desk always super friendly all 3 times I've stayed here. Location is so convenient

Very clean, very well kept. New furniture and bathroom is very nice. Good room layout. Pet friendly. Checking in was a breeze as Martha at the desk was great! Looks as if it's close to attractions though we are not here for that, just passing through. Very reasonably priced.

Martha at the front desk was helpful and kind. Made check in very easy. Our room was very sufficient for the price. Close proximity to lots of food and a Starbucks for our early morning travels.

I had an alright experience. Hotel is off Main St and is close to eateries and shops. Room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom needed serious work. They served a full breakfast, which was decent, and it's a budget-friendly option.

Its was a nice place to stay but I ended up stepping on a Big black bug in the middle of the night. Lol And had bunch of flies in the room . Other wise good place to stay. Breakfast was great šŸ‘

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited but free very close to a few good restaurants and a good Starbucks. But far enough away from town as to be quite at night

Front desk clerk was great, friendly & helpful. Room was super spacious! No ice machine at all, was told it had been out of order for months. Indoor pool was open but we didn't use it. Ample parking but there were a few questionable people hanging outside of motel next door. No grass at all for dogs, my girl was not happy. Shower was a slow trickle and finding warm water was a challenge. If passing thru town again I would consider again.

The room was nothing to write home about, your standard run of the mill no frills room. Which is what you are paying for, but it was clean and the lighting was great. One complaint none of the vending machines had soda in them and it won't tell you "sold out" until you put your money in, and then it won't give your your money back . So just get soda somewhere else. The staff was great, both of the employees I saw were nice and friendly,. Now for the best part... Breakfast! It was great a good amount of choices, plenty of food for all the guests and the breakfast room is so cute and so clean.

The room that we were in was recently updated. The walls were neatly painted by an excellent painter. The flooring was also new. (Many times rooms have had a sloppy coat of paint applied, this one was very good!). Above the bed were three large canvas photos of one western horse scene. It was beautiful. We found the person at the counter polite, and upon our arrival offered to switch us from the second floor to the first. The breakfast was good. The Motel staff were very Covid-19 aware. We would recommend this Days Inn.

Me and my partner are driving across the state to move and decided to come to Roswell. We decided on this hotel and so happy we did. Martha at the front desk made our stay so much better than we thought. She was able to accommodate our request with such ease and excitement and we couldnā€™t be more grateful. Thank you for suggesting where to eat and visit to make our stay even better! Someone needs a bonus šŸ˜‰

Every staff member was exceedingly friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise with eggs and make it yourself pancakes. Although clean, the rooms were a little run down.

My husband and I received the best welcome Iā€™ve probably ever been given at any hotel- Martha hooked us up with all the local recommendations. Her kindness was greatly appreciatedā€¦ especially after a 10 hour drive. I fully appreciate people who take the time to connect with others. Rooms are generally clean and the price is right for a couple days of stay. We have genuinely loved our Roswell experience- canā€™t overstate how kind and welcoming people are here. Everyone is interested in your travels and wants to make sure you have a great experience. This means a lot, especially while traveling cross country. She took the time offer us a military discount as well- something an active duty soldier and his wife really appreciated, its not something we ever ask about. So pleased we decided to stop in Roswell!!! Thanks for everything Martha!

Great value, clean and comfortable room, nice water pressure in the shower. I highly recommend, if you're visiting Roswell, to choose the Days Inn Wyndham. I will definitely stay here again. They also have a great full, hot breakfast. Rooms feature coffee maker, blow-dryer, iron, ironing board, mini fridge, and a microwave. The staff is fast and friendly. They made my stay very pleasant.

Room was nice and clean. The staff was informative and helpful. There were plenty of towels and blankets available. Room was a little small but since we spent our time exploring the town, this wasn't an issue for us. The coffee maker in the room looked kinda gross so I avoided that but there is plenty of coffee in the breakfast area in the morning. Seems really safe. All the doors of the facility face the main office and they have cameras too. We really enjoyed the breakfast especially the pancake maker. My kids could not get enough of those pancakes. The dining area was nice and clean and spacious. Lots of fun activities within a short walking or driving distance; even that cool UFO shaped McDonald's that lights up at night and has a big indoor play area is close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent front desk service! I thought I lost a pin there and called after we left, and they seemed very thorough and sincere in looking for it! (I found it by the way! It had fallen between the passenger seat and the center console in my car. Thank you again for looking!) The rooms were well-kept, and the location was lovely. I recommend this place, especially for a relatively inexpensive pet friendly option!!

Great location. Walking distance to many attractions. Only 20 minutes away by car from the bottomless lake. Service was amazing. The evening receptionist Marta was really helpful and provided a map with all the UFO related attractions. Rooms was big with private bathroom.

For a Days Inn I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was awesome, the room freshly updated and the location perfect for hunting šŸ‘½aliens! The nightly rate was very affordable and the beds super comfortable. Nice job!

Not a bad place to stay and the layout of the room was really nice. The downside is we were totally grossed out with the blood stain and black and brown marks on the sheets. I went down to the office to tell the lady at the desk and she did give us a new sheet but we were so grossed out that we went to Target to buy bedding so we could feel comfortable and clean!

Nicest Days Inn I've stayed at. Really clean grounds, updated, comfortable rooms, great center of town location, friendly and courteous young lady at the desk, 10-15 minutes straight down main to airport. This is an outstanding inn and value!

Donā€™t stay here if you want to sleep at all. Rooms are fairly clean, but property is very dingy. Front desk person was very nice. Can hear the person in the next room as though they are in your room with you. Overall a bit scary and would never stay here again.

  • 5/5 Michael S. 1 year ago on Google
Seemed newly renovated. Couldnā€™t beat the price. Breakfast was actually quite good - would compare to Hilton/Hampton/Holiday Inn express. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!
