We go to Outback at least once a week and feel like family. John and the other bar staff are friendly and fun. The atmosphere is relaxed and the food is great!!! Try the handmade frozen margarita!

Love this place! Jesse is the best! He always makes his customers feel special and embraces them as part of the family! He will give you honest advice on menu choices and always makes sure you leave feeling special!

We had the best experience tonight! We were welcomed in right away and greeted by the owner of the restaurant who thanked us for dining with them before we even sat down. Our server was extremely kind and made us laugh. I ordered a sirloin with a sweet potato and my husband ordered the Alice springs chicken and sirloin - both of our meals were cooked just right! The restaurant was clean along with the bathrooms! We felt so welcomed and almost like family. We chatted with our server, the host, the owner, and even the to go server! We can’t wait to come back! A++

I told myself I would never be back to another Outback again due to the horrible service and lack of care about the food from other locations (Alpharetta location). Well, let me say… I will be coming back to location. The service was by far the best I’ve had in a really long time. Our waitress “Brittney” was amazing. To my surprise again the food was also sooooo good. Everything had flavor and came out hot. I highly recommend stopping by.

Our first time at this location, food was great as always (been to many Outback’s). Our server, Lexie, was so sweet and attentive. It’s what was needed after a long day of work and just looking to enjoy a relaxing dinner with my family. My wife always loves to change things on the menu, but Lexie took it in stride and everything came out exactly as ordered. We will be back!

Went for the first time (to this location) and had a great experience. Steak was cooked perfectly (Medium) and everything came out just as we ordered. Our server, Lexie, was wonderful. She recommended drinks for us and was very attentive. She suggested the bloomin onion and it was perfectly cooked. She was even great with our picky 10 year old son and so kind to our kids! Will definitely be back.

Excellent food & customer service! We have our monthly work dinners a few times a year here & the food comes out fast & the server is always nice.

New to town my fiance and I decided to take our family out to dinner here great place hands down our waitress/server kayleigh was great super sweet she made sure our experience was great she is a great waitress ordered the filet with lobster 👍🏾👍🏾 which was made just right!! Side note: my kids say they give them a 10/10 and I agree lol the boomerang (boomarita)drink was made to perfection but my absolute fave out the bunch is the blackberry rita drink go check them out and ask for kayleigh

Food was very good as always, but what stood out about this one particular visit was our incredible server! I believe his name was Jack (what the receipt said, I hope that's right!). He was super friendly and funny and really added to the atmosphere. There was a small wait and a slight issue with one of our dishes, yet they made sure to correct the issue and even offered 15% off for the inconvenience. Definitely will be coming back; there is some great management here and wonderful staff!!

New to town, first time visiting and Jesse the bartender was AMAZING! Warm, welcoming and just enough attention to my experience. The food was on point, had a hankering for outback salad and it hit the spot. Only question - is the zesty ranch still a thing?

Lexi was the best server ever!! So kind and attentive to our needs! She made sure we were well settled and our food was delicious. Will definitely be back here. Also Jack M was such a great buss boy and checked in on us while we waited for our table.

We ate here for dinner tonight and it was so disappointing. It took me getting up and finding a hostess to just come and take our drink orders. Our waiter finally got in the game but the food was really just poor quality. I got the prime rib & shrimp special and the meat was SO oversalted and tough it was hard to believe it was prime rib. I ordered it medium and it was more than well done. My husband said his burger tasted like one of those freezer burgers that was thawed out and thrown on a grill. So for $61 we just really left with a bad taste in our mouths, in more ways than one. We won't be back.

Went in with a group of 8 and we're quickly seated. Service was outstanding, friendly, accurate, and kept glasses full. Food came out in a reasonable time and was hot and fresh. A small delay getting initial loafs of bread. Great visit overall.

We went to this location because the Kennesaw location had been extremely disappointing. Food was up to par, aside from a little extra gristle in the steak. Service was decent, although they could not honor my request to not bring the entree until we were done with our salads- how hard is that??? Something about a half full Outback really kills the atmosphere. It does make for quick service though.

We had a very good meal. I’m usually wary of big chains but this was much better than expected. We had gift certificates i wanted to use. Got the onion to start and the prime rib and baked potato. Prime rib cooked perfect medium rare. Service good. Everything good.

BE AWARE! I highly suggest NOT to order online directly/DoorDash/Grubhub from this Outback. My first order a couple months ago, they completely gave me the wrong order (purchased through Grubhub) I immediately called and manager sent via mail a $20 gift card voucher. Mistakes happen, perhaps just a misunderstanding. Today 5/21/23 ordered via DoorDash and paid $8.89 for a French onion soup and when delivered, my “BOWL” was barely a 1/4 way full. Basically 4 spoonfuls and would be finished. I immediately call this location and NO ONE ANSWERS. What a JOKE.

Just spent $78 on dinner, the majority of which is in the trash. The only things worth eating were a couple of the sides that came with our entrees. The container that the blooming onion was in had so much grease in the bottom of it that I could tip it and drain so obviously that wasn’t edible and had to be tossed. It was the worst meal we have gotten from a restaurant in a very long time.

Weekday girls night was a wonderful experience thanks to our sweet server Sydney! She is knowledgeable about the menu and gave us the special HONEY BUTTER with our bread. She is my go to gal from here on out. Our food arrived quickly and was cooked to order. A wonderful experience!

I've ordered from this outback twice in the last 2 years. Both times have been a major disappointment. I've already reviewed the last time where they claimed the delivery service lost my order and refused to help me until I went in and talk to the manager. To be fair, he did make it right. Today was a second time I've ordered from this restaurant. I'm including a picture of the $15 chicken sandwich I got. It's the most pathetic excuse for a chicken sandwich I can imagine, particularly for a restaurant chain that claims to offer big portions. I'm not a particular fan of Chick-fil-A either, but even their grilled sandwiches are better than this. And at a third the price. This is utterly laughable. I'm so very tired of hearing about restaurants who are struggling, when this is the food they give us. It's the last time I'll order from here.

Everything was good until I tried to get my bill, to pay, so I could leave. It took far too long to get the bill, to then have my card charged so I could leave. Disappointing and I really wouldn't recommend anyone going to the location. It was not busy so it should not have taken as long as it did.

Sydney was a fabulous server! The food was so good. We had the Salmon and Filet. Both cooked perfectly. We'll be back again soon.

We had Sydney and Lexi as our servers today and they were fantastic! Helpful, fast, efficient and always smiling. Sydney recommended the strawberry seasonal salad and it was AMAZING!

The food isn't what it use to be. Got the center cut sirloin, 3 of us did. Medium rare and it was tuff. 😔 My loaded potato wasn't much loaded. [The bloomin' Onion now was great.] The one good thing was our awesome server, Jason. Very polite. Kept us with all we needed. Great attitude! 👍🏼

I really love the food at Outback, but the reason I keep going back to the Roswell location is the service. You could go to every one of the 697 Outback Steakhouse locations in the United States and not find a better server than Kayleigh. She's simply the best. I appreciate the great job she does each and every visit. She's a terrific ambassador for the chain. Because of her great customer service, I'll keep coming back. So, if you're in Roswell and looking for an All-Star server, stop by Outback and ask for Kayleigh. You'll thank me later.

Kristen manager Lauren served Tonight my son and I ate here. Not only did we have great service, we had the best meal we have ever had in Outback!! Meal was done to perfection! I am 68 years old and been coming to Outback practically since they were open. I've lived at 48 different places so I've been to many different Outbacks. We've always had a great meal but this is without question the best we've ever had. Thank you, Barry LeFever

I sat in the bar area and had good service. Ordered the 6oz sirloin, baked potato, and side salad. All my items were great. The steak was cooked correctly, the seasoning was just right, and the salad was exactly as ordered. The restaurant wasn't too crowded around 8pm on a week night.

This was my first time at this location and the bartender victor was absolutely incredible! My friend and I didn’t know what we wanted to drink and victor made us a delicious grapefruit mango drink. It was seriously one of the best drinks I have ever had. Also he was so sweet and attentive. I will definitely be back to see victor. He really made the experience great!
