I invited a close friend of mine for lunch to Long Horn, my treat. Her mother died a few months back and she is now moving back to her hometown in a whole other state to be with family. While I was getting dress I said out loud I just wish for us to have a great time. Y'all we got there put in order chatting it up. Our waitress (an Asian lady )was the best. Describing the various ways we can have our steak done. We had our laughs. Somewhere in between after giving us our meal. The waitress came back over to share a note with us. I read and though oh wow that was a nice note not realizing it was for us. Y'all I was balling tears when the waitress said someone just paid for you ladies whole meal and dessert. Sorry I forgot to get a picture of the strawberry cream shortcake. It was delicious.That person didn't know that was our farewell meal to a long friendship hoping to still keep in contact with each other. Thank you so much whoever you are. This is a story I will forever tell the world. Hope to pass it on one day. On our way home we was just kept shaking our heads, that really just happened to us.

Posting an updated review with pictures this time. This is a consistently great place for food and service. We had dinner with friends last night and everything went great - which is getting more rare in the Covid era. We were seated right away, our server interacted often and very well and all the food was cooked to order. The manager even stopped by to say hello. We’ve been coming to this location for years and have always had great experience.

My first time at this location and the food did not disappoint. The steak was cooked to perfection. This meal, Renegade Sirlion with 8ct grilled shrimp on a bed of rice & 2 sides, was a lot of food for $20. My only complaint was the noise. It was so loud I almost got up and left. There was a large party celebrating a birthday or something and kids were running around and screaming, they were singing to the top of their lungs and clapping very loudly. It was awful sitting through all of that. I enjoyed the food but not the experience. Went back last Sunday. It was less noise but the service was not good. I ordered the same meal as listed above but this time the plate was full of grease and juices from the steak which I wasn't happy about. I moved the food to one of the appetizer plates! Also, I didn't receive my shrimp and rice, so I had to wait until the waiter finally shows up to request the rest of my meal. We had to ask for refills and the ticket. The food was still good though!

My husband and I waited for 10 minutes at the front. We were never acknowledged so we sat down in the bar area. The waitress in the bar area was rude with an attitude. She never brought us a menu. We stopped the manager who told us the bar area was first come first serve. We got up and left at this point. 20 minutes, no service, no acknowledgment. I would not recommend for in restaurant service.

Ordered a steak and sweet potato for pickup. The steak I ordered was medium well. The steak I received was pretty rare inside (I couldn’t eat this if I wanted to, as I am pregnant). The chunk pictured is what’s left of it after I tried to eat what I could. I also received a baked potato instead of sweet potato. All I could enjoy was the salad and bread. Pretty disappointed.

Excellent food and staff, prices are great too for the amount and quality of food you get! The place is decorated in a ranch-style with lots of dark wood and paintings of horses, cowboys, and longhorns. Our family got ribeyes, too sirloins, New York strips, the shrimp app, and several drinks. Everything was great and we had a good time. The service was excellent, friendly, and fast too on a Tuesday night. There is plenty of free parking right outside the restaurant.

This is a great place to order a steak cooked the way I like it (medium rare), at a price I can afford and I don't have to wear dress clothes. The waiters we had were great - they doted on us since we came after the lunch crowd around 2:45 pm. Very friendly and were relaxed like we were. Oh yes, they do have a very nice frozen margarita - large - very tasty. Of course, I had to add an extra shot of tequila to "float" on top. Delicious!

My steak came out a bit cold but was good. With that said, I’m still giving 5 stars, simply because of our waiter. His name was Michael, he was PHENOMENAL. THE BEST SERVICE. Absolutely would go back time and time again (if we didn’t live hours away) simply for him. He did an incredible job!

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here last night. We had a long day of shopping and errands and it was nice to drop in for chicken tenders, fried shrimp and a perfectly cooked steak. Haven’t been to a longhorn in ages. This location has it together. Waitstaff were friendly and efficient at their job. Our section was clearly over-sat but Ryder had it under control the entire time. Even made friendly conversation and joked around with our kids. Everything we ordered was hot and just the way we wanted it. Thanks again for your service and hospitality!

Overall a good experience. Took a bit of time to get seated. Was a bit cold; however, the host was willing to inquire if the temperature could be changed. Our server was polite; however, distracted and would forget things. However, completely understand it was the last couple of hours before closing. Food was good...omg the Brussels!!

No wait, server was friendly and checked on us from time to time. Food came out in a very good time period, would recommend it. Atmosphere was dim lights, giggle every now and then.

This is not my first time to order outlaw steak in Longhorn. But on this location, I ordered medium-well and they cook my steak well-done. Need more seasoning. Service is OK.

A Steakhouse without Prime Rib? and she asked for medium rare and got well done meh steak. I honestly don't think anyone goes to longhorns that wasn't just given a gift card for a unthoughtful gift from the grocery store they didn't ask for ;)

It was probably a mistake to visit on Fathers Day, as the dining room was jammed the wait line was long (30 minutes) when we got there and still long when we left. My New York strip was overcooked and cool by the time I got it. Furthermore, it contained too much gristle. The room was very noisy, the waiter got our orders wrong, there was an extremely long wait between our order and the delivery of our food. I know this is not fine dining, but the restaurant should be able to provide some resemblance of a good dining experience. This Longhorn did not.

We had one of the friendliest waitresses. She earned more than the recommended high tips from me. The food was a bonus. Delicious, and just what I expected from Longhorn. The dessert was exceptionally delicious. They gave a whole different meaning to my favorite Chocolate lava cake...it was sinfully delicious and mouth-watering yummy. Looking forward to going back just for the dessert.

What a disappointment and waste of money-how do they stay open? A friend and I went for an early dinner and drink catch up session-NO SERVICE-took forever to get a drink-I got wine-friend got a flat gin and tonic-waited again 15 minutes-finally went to find a waitress. Dinner was inedible-Parm Chicken was a salty gooey mess-no parm crust-mushroom side order-rubbery tasteless -all food was cold-couldn't find waitress to complain-only good thing was the bread. Couldn't even find manager to complain. Will NOT BE BACK-WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME

The curbside experience was awesome. No crowds. Food was ready when promised. Quality of food was same as in restaurant dining but no wait list. Thanks for making Mother's day 💕 easy.

We had great service. The longhorn ribeye was cooked to perfection . This is a must try location. This only issue was they were out of several wines. The waiter handled it well offering several other offering. Management needs to work on this to make the restaurant a five rather than a four. Overall ths was a great dinning experience.

I ordered the peppered steak lunch salad. I like my steak medium rare. The bread was good, my brussel sprouts were perfect but my steak was so grisly that I couldn't est it at all. I told my waitress and she apologized and took it off my bill. She was very sweet. If I had more time I would have loved to replace the steak. We eat at another Longhorn often and no problems ever. I feel this was just a random mishap.

With today being Mother’s Day and my mom can’t get around as well as she use it. I decided to place a curbside order. Everything was very tasty! The customer service was awesome too. I will definitely order carry out again.

Absolutely delicious. Our food was the best. Service was fantastic. Not too often is the meal better than what I make at home and I’m glad to say so! Everything was well prepared. We will return!

Another great lunch! I enjoyed the 7-pepper sirloin salad and a bowl of loaded potato soup. My daughter's renegade sirloin was a perfect medium well and she was delighted to know she could get her mashed potatoes loaded. Everything was delicious.

This restaurant is not busy for a Friday night but I am not sure why. It is well staffed, the servers are friendly and the food is good. The overall ambiance, cleanliness, and tentative care given to patrons is top notch. I highly recommend this location.

Always a good choice! Never had a bad experience. The food is constantly good and the servers great! Natalie really stood out to me. Some longhorns aren't consistent this is one. I enjoy the new York strip or salmon if u order these entrees you can't go wrong

A wonderful experience after we were seated twice. That was an odd moment, being asked to move. It appeared we were moved to the adjacent section . I had the vibe he did not like his coworker. However, we had good food. And good service, sadly forgot her name, but her hair color stood out like her attention to detail. She was definitely the the correct staff member to serve our table.
