Massive excellent gym with great staff! Although I haven’t been to many Planet Fitness locations, I’ve been to many gyms and this one is simply massive. You have cardio as far as the eye can see and at least two of every machine you’d want to work out on. It has a dedicated stretching and ab area as well as dumbbells and Smith machines. The other thing I love about this gym is how clean it is. The staff is always cleaning or restocking and it really shows. A clean gym makes me so very happy! Finally the staff. Every one of them is engaging and not in that “I want to engage so I can up sell you” but in that truly “we are happy you are here” kind of way. This is a great location and a great gym.

Gym was big and spacious. Tons of cardio equipment. Definitely could be cleaner and better lighting would be nice.

I love the friendly and respectful staff at this gym. The girls' bathroom is always impeccable and the equipment is kept very clean. Ebony is exceptionally kind and sweet to everyone, and is always gracious and courteous. I almost never have to wait for equipment. I wish we had a full length mirror in the TRX room, but otherwise no complaints!

Staff is always polite and the facility is always clean! If only PF could go back to 24 hours as advertised. We are entrepreneurs and parents so it would be great to be able to go anytime we have some free time to get a quick workout or wellness moment in!! Thanks guys!

This is a very nice and professionally run center. Great selection of equipment and the manager really helped me out. I highly recommend them.

Today I visited Planet Fitness for the very first time, as I was interested in joining. The one thing that will always make a huge impact on me as a consumer is customer service. I’d like to say that Austin, although working the front desk alone, was the deciding factor in me joining the gym! People really underestimate the impact of good customer service these days, but how could I say no to someone that was so kind and so upbeat, and made me a priority even though he had a handful of things to do. Kudos to management for having such a kind person working the front desk.

Very frustrated. I moved and am two hours away from any PF. Called and try to cancel membership but only way to do that is through certified mail. I sent a letter last month but supposedly it did not get there now I have to go out of my way to go to UPS to send a certified letter instead of me calling them just cancelling my account. These loop holes are ridiculous.

1. I went there to sign up with the $1 down offer and use my friend’s referral too. There was a lady who helped me signup. She said nothing about the referral after I repeatedly asked her to use it. She signed me up with no referral. 2. I asked how much the annual payment was and when it gets debited. SHE HAD NO CLUE about any of that, neither did she show any interest in finding out. 3. I called the next day to find out about all the payments, like the annual fee and the membership plans etc. also to ask why the referral I asked for was not used. I’m not sure if it was the same woman who signed me up but the way she talked was ridiculous!! She kept telling me hm that she cannot understand the word “referral” after making me repeat it for 6-7 times. After which I found out she was just being racist. Says she can’t understand my accent when I in fact speak just fine. And finally, I had to cancel my membership after just 1 day of joining. The staff is just BAD!!! UPDATE!!! So after I cancelled my membership the day after I registered, my card was still getting charged. I went to the location to check it out. They say… no one cancelled my membership and it was not noted down on the paper. Like…. Really??? I’ve read multiple reviews about people having the same issue. Now they say refund may take multiple weeks because they have to check the CC camera if I was actually there to cancel my subscription. This is pure nonsense. NEVER GOING TO PLANET FITNESS AGAIN!!!!

Planet fitness is an excellent and well organized business. after trying Gold Gyms and LA fitness, I stay with Planet. Is affordable and has plenty equipment available. flexible hours and excellent staff.

The community, honesty and overall acceptance is awesome here. I lost a part of my custom anniversary diamond ring on Tuesday, notified the front desk and immediately had three PF employees literally on the floor helping me look and several gym attendees joined the effort. I found it and feel that much safer and valued at this gym. Best Planet Fitness I've ever been to!

This gym is amazing! The staff is very helpful and kind. They work hard to keep the gym clean as well. Everyone is just so welcoming. This is definitely a judgement free zone.

Awesome, and there’s a Mexican restaurant on the roof top. Which it can also be very refreshing after a work out, just saying 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

I absolutely love the overnight staff Shernet and Alexis ! I’ve been during the day time and it’s not the same the bathroom is never clean. Over night makes the experience amazing. Everything is always clean. They always greet me with a smile and even hold a conversation. If they ever left I would have to find another gym!

I normally go to the Smyrna planet fitness, but I was in the area so I stopped in here. This one was 10x nicer from upgraded machines to the locker room. I wish I lived closer!

Great first time experience. I visited club first thing Sunday morning. The staff greeted me when entered and exited the facility. The facility was clean. You can tell the members care because everyone was cleaning up the equipment after each use. The only knock is the equipment is a tad bit old and not as smooth. But this place will be new morning spot for years to come.

I love that it is open 24 hours so I can finally get back to my early morning workouts! I love that it is never truly crowded and I enjoy the amenities, especially the hydromassage and total body enhancement

A gym is a place where you go to keep your body healthy and to maintain a level of fitness. It doesn't matter what bells and whistles are offered there because when it boils down to it, it is still up to you to put in the effort and ask for guidance if you don't have a plan.

Clean and inviting like most are, the manager seems a little abrasive towards her staff.

I have been going to PF Roswell for over a year. It is the cleanest gym in the area, the staff is friendly, and I've never had any issues. They constantly clean and sanitize every inch of the gym. They also keep equipment up to date and in good condition. It's also very large with many cardio machines, free weights, and machines. Great variety for anyone!

The staff were kind and the guests were very good at cleaning the equipment. They helped whenever we asked for help. The place is smaller than the LA Fitness, but it is also way cheaper. It is a great bang for your buck. Amazing for only $10 a month.

Always clean, equipment is always in great shape, and staff is friendly and efficient. The place is big enough to handle almost any volume of people I've ever encountered while there--so very little issue waiting on equipment. They just make it really pleasant and easy to work out.

I have been coming to this gym for a few years now because it is close to home. However as time and management have changed so have the expectations of employees. I have spoke to the employees several times about basic maintenance on the equipment. The response that I received from the staff was eye-opening. A simple as lubricating the guide rods on the equipment. Apparently they need to put a service ticket in for it. Also if you want a seat tighten they will have to put a ticket in for that too.

Easy sign-up process. It's clean, not too crowded, new equipment and lots of cardio machines. It seems that constant repairs need to be made and it does take away from some of the usage of the machines. However, it doesn't ultimately impact your workout. Dumbbells only go up to 75 lb which can be a bummer sometimes, but I get it. Overall, I've had a good experience and they do keep it tidy and clean.

This is a very nice and clean gym. I come during the weeknight shift and I'm always greeted by the smiling face of Shernet 😁. She has shown me how to use many different machines, how to stretch properly, as well as exercises that will help me accomplish my goals. She is an absolute joy to be around which makes me look forward to my time here!

Great hours. I usually go later in the evening to avoid busiest times. Lots of machines avail which are in good repair and plenty to choose from. Lots of cleaning stations. Staff is friendly. Can't beat it for the price!

It's pretty spacious, and has enough equipment for people to use without having to wait on them to finish their workout. Most PFs that I've been to are pretty small compared to the Roswell location. Plus, the staff there are pretty helpful even when its a slow day.

Always kept really clean and I love the new equipment! It’s quiet gym and everyone is respectful. Truly the best planet fitness.

Our neighborhood gym had been closed for renovation so I had to go to Planet Fitness for free for a year. I am so lucky, it is only 2 stop lights from our place. This location has very nice and friendly employees and members. The place is very big with LOTS of new equipments, it is very neat and clean. I feel like at our own home in that gym, always lose track of time. After less than a year, I have got a lot better shape than I used to be.
