I've been at the Espadaña for 6 weeks, 4 people, 2 dogs and a cat. Everyone here is incredibly welcoming and understanding of the needs of long term guests. The rooms are spacious and well designed and the property is spotless. Close to the beach and restaurants, with enclosed parking you can't ask for more!

Just a great place. All the staff speaks English. Very convenient. Great value.

Ideal for a relaxing vacation as long as you also have a vehicle for getting around. + Good size studio for an individual or couple. + Friendly professional staff +Attached restaurant Sedona has a varied and quality menu, although a little pricier than your average dining choice in Rota. - Lack of walking distance to other dining options. Recommendation: The property should have available bed sheets that spread over the two invidual beds to combine them into one bed.

Great extended stay experience. Comfortable beds, spacious suite, good a.c. and a yummy restaurant with plenty of choices on the premises. The margaritas are perfect! The room had everything you could need. 2 things that would have been nice: ice bucket and a kitchen towel or paper towels.

It's a nice apartment hotel. Service and food from the restaurant are good. The pool area, restaurant, bar and terraces are too small for all people together staying at the hotel. A stay longer than a minth with kids is quiet a whole big job. Location is great. Always shortness on parking.

The staff is great, Jose and Adrian and the front desk are very friendly and have great information about the area and will help translate small things when needed.
