Our stay was phenomenal! We were greeted upon arrival and was given thorough information on the apartment/building. The apartment was well equipped and mostly quiet. Thankfully, we had access to a parking spot in the garage as well as ease of access to the beach and restaurants etc. around the area. We needed further assistance even after our stay for military reasons and they fixed the issue promptly. The best customer service we have ever received in a long time. Highly recommend especially for military families!

The accommodations here were fantastic: plenty of space, nicely kept up, and equipped with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. I was in Rota for two months and had absolutely no complaints. The apartments have a great location, near the town center and just off the beach. The owners are extremely helpful, and the service prompt and comprehensive. I would recommend Summerland Apartments to anyone, and have!

Stayed at Summerland apartments in Rota from Feb, 15 - 24 2023. We had a great and comfortable apartment. The owner greeted us and was very kind and very thorough in his explanations of all the features of the apartment. The location is great, in town and near the beach. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone that is a couple or single. 5 stars!

Lovely apartment with everything you need and located right in the middle of the areas in which we needed to be close to and more importantly very close to the beach and lovely sounds of the sea at night. Very happy customers

Hello, we have stayed in Summerland twice. Once with my wife and the second time when I was travelling around Andalusia on a motorbike. Both times we extended our stay.I don't like to write reviews but in this case I have to make an exception. For me and my wife it was the best accommodation at all on our trip to Spain . Everything is exactly as shown in the photos . First of all I want to thank Antonio , who recommended us great restaurants and also places to go and see . It was very helpful information for me. And now for the accommodation. We had a one-room apartment with a balcony. Everything was clean, tidy and cosy. The apartment was equipped with everything. The view from the balcony to the quiet street. You don't live in the city centre, but you can walk to the centre in 2 minutes. The same way to the beach. Unbelievable great place. The garage is a big plus of the whole accommodation. The accommodation doesn't have thin walls, as it sometimes is. Lucia and Antonio are very helpful in any case. I hope that next year we will return and again enjoy the great comfort in Summerland apartments . But I might ask for one extra pillow :-) joke :-)

Recently stayed at Summerland for 5 nights. The apartment was fresh, clean, and modern with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's in a fantastic location, and the company was friendly and professional. We've stayed in several Airbnbs in Rota, and this was much nicer!

Excellent communication with Lucia, from our enquiries to the booking and also whilst we were there: (providing us with a sun umbrella at short notice). The apartment is situated only 2 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach and close to many restaurants. It is a bright, spacious and everything is extremely clean. They provide a small package containing washing up liquid, a tablet for DW and washing machine and a scourer and cloth. The roof terrace is fantastic! We were lucky enough to have good weather and after days of sightseeing in places like Cadiz it is a wonderful way to end (or start) the day. If we were in the area again we would not hesitate to book again.
