Best cocktail bar in Rota hands down! Owner is a local legend named chicho who is kind, professional, and a marvel to watch work. Open since 1976 even as he pushes his 60s he hasnt slowed down a bit.

El Dardo is not a place is an institution. No one remembers Mozart playing the piano, but you will remember Chicho mixing your cocktail. An easy 5-star rating for one of the best cocktails bars in Spain.

Very friendly bar with a great mixologist. Ordered a Moscow Mule, which was served correctly and tasted great. Plenty of seating, place was clean, and was not overly busy. Turnaround for drinks was quick. Would definitely come back for the environment and the drinks.

Must go to place for mixed drinks. Chico is a beast! Don't know what you want? Talk to Chico, he will steer you in the right direction or make a custom drink on the spot. Picture is of Pinchin Punch(it looks odd but the flavor is off the charts)

Holy cow, Chicho is amazing! If you can't decide what to try here, just close your eyes-point to something on the menu- and enjoy it. Everything he makes is a delicious masterpiece.

Best place to grab a fancy cocktail. You can't go wrong with any drink here, but I recommend the different flavored and infused gin & tonics. I hear the whiskey sours are delicious as well.

Our absolute favorite bar here in Rota. They are super nice people and their mixed drinks are AMAZING. Would definitely recommend people to try this place

Chicho is 100% a word class mixologist. Get the apple whiskey sour with egg white. Absolutely amazing.
