This is a lovely place; very clean, comfortable, and a great value for the price. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and attentive. It's the only place we stay in Rota when come for our medical visits to the base from our home in Almuñécar (3 1/2 hours away). We highly recommend it!!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The bathroom is immaculate. The receptionist was very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and all my questions were answered. The beach is only 5 minutes away. Everything is walking distance and there is a restaurant next door. There are several shops across the street like a bakery and a fruit store. The gate of the base is only 5-10 walk up the road. The only thing was that I would have preferred a non-smoking room. I would recommend the hotel.

We really enjoyed ourself here. The hotel is close enough to the downtown area and the beach but far enough away that you get a different kind of traffic. There is a cute little cafe attached to the building that makes it kind of fun and comfortable to go in and get a latte, drink or light snack. The wifi was decent. I used it for work. I did work in the lobby, which is small but late at night, no one is there.

Coming from 🇺🇸 it was nice stay for a very doable price. The receptionist was kind and willing to assist with getting a taxi to arrive. Free Wi-Fi was VERY fast for all my devices. With the price and convenience, I'm willing to stay again. There is construction nearby during the day so expect some noise from that

The hotel is very nicely decorated. Right-sized and cozy. Our room had a nice rooftop balcony that was enjoyable after dark. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel is very good and inexpensive. Parking is a challenge...

This place is so overlooked it doesn't look like much in the outside but as soon as you walk in through the glass doors you are greeted by a very friendly staff, they even went as far as offering us two room to see what view we liked better, they went with us all the way to each room. Everything is close by from a convenience store right across the street to the beach being a five minute walk, to a restaurant/bar downstairs. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Very nice hotel, very clean and spacious rooms. Staff was terrific and very helpful. Family run. Attached bar had very friendly service and staff. Great location within easy walking distance to the beach. Easy access to Food market, across the street.

Small but clean room. Bed was very comfy, memory foam of some sort. The attached cafe is great as well.

The staff at this hotel was extremely helpful in anything that concerned me. The location was close to the center of Rota and a lot of restaurants near by. The beds were extremely comfortable which surprised me! Great place!

Clean room. Great price. Courteous staff. Expected the tub to be bigger it is small. It only fits a small person. I’m 5’10 for reference and I was barely in. Expected more hot water. Ran out before it could fill the tub. (Roughly 10-15 mins) The tv also would not connect to YouTube or the mirroring applications on the TV after following the instructions prompted. It is however in close walking distance to some great eateries. I did not bring these issues up as my stay was only a night and I don’t want to seem like I’m bashing this establishment. I

Booked 2 days to look around Rota. Noisy first evening onto street 3rd floor room, in spite of asking for something as quiet as possible. Hotel café open 06.00 go 11.30, very noisy too. On the second morning, [obviously already known to owners when we booked in] they had an enormous crane block the road to carry out a job on the hotel roof. Noise and inconvenience from mid-morning onwards, with large structures being taken off roof and some being added. My partner is elderly and wanted to rest back at the hotel in the afternoon. Impossible. We vacated the hotel at 18.40 with the work still ongoing. The owner refused to refund the second night, even though I had paid in cash. Poor treatment & not at all honest of owners to let guests know in advance the work was in the pipeline. I would have booked the 1 night only, as we arrived in the evening after a long drive. Not recommended.
